いては吸水紐を使用しない場合には吸水紐の吸水不足に
よるトラブルからの解消ができ、更に貯水槽について吐
水孔の付いた平面部を底部とすることで貯水槽の形の中
に頸部またはネジ付き頸部が不必要であり、従って頸部
付の貯水槽(容器)に比べ背丈が同じであれば貯水槽の

受部、蓋受部、栓部受部、頸部受部のいずれか)、更に
水路部および貯水部の3要素から成る鶏水飲み器式原理
の応用品に於いて貯水槽に1本の指先で塞ぐことのでき
る穴径の大きさの吐水孔が付いた蓋(符号3−1)、ま
たは栓(符号3−2)を間に介して貯水槽を栽培器本体
の蓋受部または栓部受部に倒立する方式の自動定水位底
面給水植物栽培器本体または水飲み給水器本体である
が、従来ペットボトルを利用した植物底面給水栽培器は
平成9年特許願第164865号で出願されているが同
ボトルは注水口径が約20mmであり1本の指先で塞ぐ
ことはできないので同ボトルを逆さにして頸部受部に倒

請求項3については鶏水飲み器式原理の応用品に於いて
貯水槽を水源とし貯水槽を設置する部分、更に水路部お
よび貯水部の3要素から成る自動定水位底面給水植物栽
培器本体または水飲み給水器本体について3要素を陶磁
器製または木材の接水部に防水処理を施す製作方法で作
った製品であるが、本項をプラスチックの素材で作る場

合わせ方式による自動定水位底面給水植物栽培器である
が陶磁器製または植物製とすることについては透明また

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明の産業上の利用分野は、植木鉢用底面給水栽培器
および鳥等のペット用水飲み自動給水器を含む分野であ
る。請求項1については、鶏水飲み器式原理を応用した
植物栽培器または水飲み給水器であって、構成する要素
としては、吐水部平面座付貯水槽((1)および(2)
に複数例を示す)、貯水槽用平面座受部分((3−1)
(3−2)(3−3)のいずれか)、通水路部分((4
−1)(4−2)のいずれか)、および台座要部部分
(5)の4要素から成りたった自動定水位底面給水式の
植物栽培装置または植木鉢を設置しないで使用する自動
定水位式の水飲み給水装置であるが、それぞれの要素に
ついて次の機能または構造をもつ製品である、平面座付
貯水槽とは、吐水部は、吐水用の孔のみとし吐水部を下
にして貯水槽用平面座受部分に立てて置いた時に安定し
て自立できる平面(または平面を構成できる必然的要素
で平面座付貯水槽の平面座(F)と称す)を備えた貯水
槽である、平面座付貯水槽の特徴は、吐水現象の不調防
止、製作コスト削減、操作の省力化等のためネジおよび
バネ付き止水弁を不要とし無駄を廃する、貯水槽用平面
座受部分に接する部分を平面として同部分に吐水部を下
にして密着して立てて置けることで陶磁器、ガラス製等
は突出部(20)が無くとも自重により屋外の風力に対
しても安定して自立する能力をもつ、また飲料用ペット
ボトルの漏斗形状となっている肩部に比べ同貯水槽の、
肩部(G)は容量を増大できる。貯水槽用平面座受部分
は、中心は窪み状とし周囲の平面部分で平面座付貯水槽
の荷重を平面的に受ける、同受部分に同貯水槽をセット
(立て置く)する場合には、底面の最低部(11)と窪
み部上段周囲の平面(3−1)は1mm以上の高低差
(H)を確保し、且つ平面座付貯水槽の底面の最低部と
吐水孔直下の窪みの最深部(12)との間には、空間
(D)を設け吐水孔より水を排出し、そこに接続してい
る通水路部分に通水する構成とする、そのため窪み部上
段周囲(3−1)または中段に平面(3−2)、または
平面を構成できる必然的要素である3点以上の突起(3
−3)形状を設ける(中段の平面座の面積は、概ね直径
(d)6cm以上が平面座付貯水槽の安定に適す)。通
水路部分は、貯水槽用平面座受部分より台座要部部分に
水を供給する補給水路であるが、形状は、上方を開放し
た溝状(4−1)または上方開放部を皆無としたトンネ
ル状(4−2)とし、溝状は、水の蒸発を節減し貯水量
を長期に保つため溝幅(W)は、全長(L)に渡り50
mm以下とする、溝状の特徴は、平面座付貯水槽が不透
明な素材であって台座要部部分の内面の底が植木鉢で見
難い場合に溝内を覗くことにより水の有無が分かり、ま
たトンネル状と違い異物により水路が閉塞することもな
い。台座要部部分は、水を溜める様に凹状とし、内面の
底は水平の構造とするが側壁の一部は、通水路と接続
し、水は定水位より減水時に補給される。自動定水位底
面給水式の植物栽培装置として使用する場合は、底に水
抜穴(11)付の通常の植木鉢を、水の溜まった台座要
部分に乗せる。請求項1についての電気不要、節水式
である自動定水位底面給水式の植物栽培装置の有用性に
ついては吸水紐を使用しなくとも(使用しても可能)給
水できるので、吸水紐の乾き過ぎ、吸水断面積不足等に
よる吸水不足トラブルからの解消ができ、更に平面座付
貯水槽については貯水槽用平面座受部分にセットする場
合に同貯水槽の荷重を同受部分の平面で受けることで単
に置くのみで自重に対し安定性も良く実用的である、従
って同貯水槽の形の中にネジ付き頸部が不必要であり、
そのため同貯水槽は、回転しても水面の高低差に変化が
でないので給水能力(水の深さ)を変えることなく同貯
水槽の向きを任意の位置に設定できるので装飾を目的と
した人形型平面座付貯水槽でも植木鉢との外観上の釣り
合いを最良(任意)の位置に設定でき、更にはネジ付き
頸部が不必要であることで成型難易度が容易になるとと
もに外力が集中する場所が無くなるので応力に対する強
度も下げることができ、割れ易い性質の陶磁器でも使用
することができ設備費用を安価にできる、また陶磁器で
あれば手作りにて可能で彩色を含め貯水槽の外観の造形
表現の自由度を増すことができ、人形、動物(例、図
1、図18、図19)等市販品の中空塑像も平面座付貯
水槽に改造でき装飾性のあるものから単純形状のものま
で広範囲に幅を広げることができる。貯水槽用平面座受
部分の窪み部中段に平面座付貯水槽を置く場合は、同貯
水槽の平面座の外径が貯水槽用平面座受部分の窪み部中
段の直径以内であれば寸法を固定することなく使用する
ことができるので寸法的に許容性が生ずる、一例として
貯水槽用平面座受部分の窪み部中段の平面座の径(d)
を90mmにすれば外径66mmの平面座付貯水槽であ
っても外径80mmの同貯水槽であっても共通して使用
できる。請求項2については、請求項1に記載の4要素
のうち平面座付貯水槽について次の機能または構造を付
加した改良型自動定水位底面給水式の植物栽培装置また
は改良型の水飲み給水装置である。平面座付貯水槽に付
加された機能または構造とは、1本の指先で塞ぐことを
目的とした穴の吐水孔(6)を設けた単体型の平面座付
貯水槽((1)に複数例を示す)または同目的の吐水孔
を設けた蓋(例、図15)もしくは栓(例、図16)を
付属した組み合せ型の平面座付貯水槽((2)に複数例
を示す)をいうものであるが、請求項2に記載の平面座
付貯水槽の特徴は、従来の問題点は例として飲料用ペッ
トボトルに水を入れた場合、同ボトルは注水口径が約2
0mmであり1本の指先で塞ぐことはできないので水を
入れた同ボトルを逆さにする際には下に水がこぼれ床等
を汚す、湯飲みまたはコップ等の広口の場合は更に床に
水がこぼれる、これらの欠点を解決するため孔径16m
m程度以下の1本の指先で塞ぐことを目的とした吐水孔
(6)を設けた単体型の平面座付貯水槽または広口の容
器等の場合は、水を入れた後、孔径16mm程度以下の
1本の指先で塞ぐことのできる吐水孔の付いた蓋(図1
5)または栓(図16、図17)を容器の開放部に嵌め
て、組み合せ型の平面座付貯水槽を作り上げ、穴を指先
で塞ぎ貯水槽用平面座受部分に設置すると同時に指先を
離す、多少の練習を行えばこの動作により台座(7)の
外に水をこぼすことを無くすことができる、従って病人
の園芸療法を行う等の場合にも病室内で床に水をこぼす
こともなく清潔にできる、また本吐水孔には、付属部品
および運動部もないので故障が全く無いことも大きな特
徴である。なお同孔径は10mm以上の必要があります
が10mm以上の穴とすることについてはこれ以下にす
ると表面張力で水が吐出しないことがあることが実験で
明らかになった。また平面座付貯水槽を陶磁器製または
植物製とすることにより透明または半透明製で同貯水槽
を製作した場合に日光が当って水温が上昇すると同時に
藻類が発生する現象を防止することができる、植物製の
容器は竹筒、瓢箪等がある。請求項3については、請求
項1に記載の貯水槽用平面座受部分、通水路部分および
台座要部部分の3つの要素を木材を用いて製作し接水部
に防水処理を施す製作方法または同要素を陶磁器製で製
作した請求項1に記載の植物栽培装置用または水飲み給
水装置用の台座(7)であるが、本項をプラスチックの
素材で作る場合は、その工程では金属等の成型用原型
(金型)が必要であるので少量生産では単価が増しコス
トを下げるには規格品で大量生産とならざるを得なかっ
た、更にプラスチック素材は経時変化による劣化で利用
後は廃棄物となり焼却した場合ダイオキシン類等の有害
物質の発生で人類等生物環境に悪影響が甚大であるので
廃棄物公害の一因となる、本請求項3について素材を木
材とする場合の有用性は特殊木工加工機械(ルーター
等)を使用することにより、また別の方法では図18、
図19の例に示す様に底板用平板1枚の上にルーターを
必要とせず糸鋸ミシンにて穴加工をした板を2枚(図1
8)または1枚(図19)重ね合せ接合することにより
板の反りを防止し成型することができる、木材および陶
磁器共、いずれも個性のある形状のものが小量受注生産
で比較的容易に生産可能で納期も短く中小企業向けにも
最適である、また木材とするためには接水部は漏水と腐
敗を防止するため塗料等で防水処理を行う。木材は地球
と共生できる材料であるので利用後は燃焼または腐敗に
より自然に帰り、プラスチックの素材と比べ燃焼による
ダイオキシン類等の有害物質の発生も少なく陶器の様に
固形物として残らないので廃棄物公害となることもなく
環境に優しく、室内設置用インテリアとしても木肌の温
もりを生かした製品作りが可能となる。素材を陶磁器と
する場合の有用性は寿命が永久である、焼き窯と素材さ
え準備があれば特に加工機械が無くとも個性のある形状
のものが小量受注生産可能で、金型ではできない意外性
を持ったものが比較的容易に生産可能で納期も短く中小
企業向けに最適であり身障者用授産施設の製品としても
育成が可能である、また廃棄に際しては大気環境を汚染
することも無い、なお釉薬を好みの模様に選び個性のあ
る外形に仕上げることにより付加価値を上げることがで
きる、また陶磁器は比重が大きく強風時等には植木鉢ま
たは平面座付貯水槽と自動定水位底面給水式の植物栽培
装置用の台座(7)をゴムバンド輪等で連結し外力にも
倒れ難くすることができる。請求項4については、請求
項1に記載の貯水槽用平面座受部分、通水路部分、およ
び台座要部部分の3要素を用いて製作した自動定水位底
面給水の植物栽培装置用台座(7)または水飲み給水器
装置用台座(7)に使用の目的として作られた平面座付
貯水槽に於いて1本の指先で塞ぐことを目的とした吐水
孔(6)を1ケ所設けた蓋または栓にて同貯水槽開放口
の外周または内周に着脱のできる構造の着脱式蓋(図1
5)または栓(図16、図17)であるが、有用性につ
いては、蓋を外すことにより容易に水または請求項5に
記載の銅製金属を吐水孔より大きいものでも平面座付貯
水槽に入れることができる、液面の見える素材製の平面
座付貯水槽では植木鉢に対し給水(灌水)中であるかど
うかの有無を誤作動がないので水位を目で見て確実に管
理できるが欠点として透明または半透明製で平面座付貯
水槽を製作した場合に容器内に藻類が発生するので、汚
れた際には分解してブラシで隅まで容易に清掃できる様
な構造にするものである、更に平面座付貯水槽の表面に

または請求項2に記載の植物栽培装置用の台座要部部分
(5)の液体内または平面座付貯水槽の液体内に銅製金
属((8)または(9))を没し銅イオンの抗菌および
殺菌作用を利用した植物栽培方法もしくは請求項1また
は請求項2に記載の植物栽培装置と本目的の銅製金属を
組み合わせた改良型植物栽培装置の製品であるが、銅製
金属の有用性については家庭の流し台の銅製水切りネッ
ト等で証明されている銅イオンの抗菌および殺菌作用に
より雑菌侵入による液体の腐敗防止および植物の根腐れ
を抑制する働きがある、なお平面座付貯水槽の液体内に
銅製金属を入れるについては、吐水孔を塞ぐことのない
様に吐水孔の直上部または銅製金属を凸型(9−1)に
して頂点に通水孔を開ける、または中空の銅環(9−
2)を使用すると良い。請求項6については、請求項1
または請求項2に記載の植物栽培装置用の台座要部部分
(5)の液体内に焼成ゼオライト(10)を敷き、その
上に底面に孔付きの植木鉢(13)を置き、平面座付貯
