Abstract

両端部に各々形成された広幅状の嵌合口、9は該各嵌合
口8の口縁に沿って対向状に突設された所要高の弾性を
有する鳥害防止用障壁片、10は各カバ−部材2a・2
bの長手方向に沿ってその内周面に対向状に突設された
所要高の圧接支持用弾性突片、11はカバ−部材2a・
2bの開き角度規制部材で、該開き角度規制部材11は
両端嵌合口8の口縁に各々ヒンジ3をはさんで対向状に
延設された係合孔13付き帯状規制片12と係合片14
とより構成され、各規制片12の長さを適宜調節して係
合片14に係合せしめることによりカバ−部材2a・2
bの開き角度を適正に調節せしめるものとされている。
