Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall face panel structure provided with a plurality of traveling panels slidably between a support member laid on a foundation face of a room and a coping member provided in parallel with the support member on a ceiling which can slide the traveling panels smoothly and attach and detach the traveling panels to/from the support member and the coping member easily when the traveling panels are lifted upward. SOLUTION: A coping member 4 is a long member having a shape of one-end opened square in section and is provided so as to open downward on a ceiling 1b, and a guide member 20 is provided with a guide roller 21 on a support shaft 22 protruding upward in an upper part of a traveling panel 5 so as to move vertically and rotate. The guide roller 21 is formed by elastically energizing it into a condition in which it protrudes upward, and the guide member 20 can move within the coping member.

However, in the conventional wall panel structure, a structure in which an upper portion of the movable panel is supported and supported by a shed member to guide the movement is provided by a slider protruding or a vertical rotating shaft. The wheel is provided rotatable, but if there is an inconsistency in the capping member due to the unevenness or inclination of the head of the anchor bolt or ceiling in the groove of the capping member, that part is removed. Not only does a large resistance occur when passing, but also a situation occurs in which it is difficult to pass.

As described above, according to the wall panel structure according to the present invention, when the movable panel is slid, the movable panel moves along the rail of the support member, and the guide member provided on the upper part of the movable panel has a sash. The guide member moves inside the groove of the member, and the guide member is provided with a wheel that is vertically movable and rotatable on a support shaft that protrudes upward at the upper part of the moving panel, and that the wheel is protruded upward. Therefore, even if there is an inconsistent portion of the capping member due to the unevenness or inclination of the head or ceiling of the anchor bolt inside the groove of the capping member, the sliding can be smoothly performed. When the movable panel is attached to and detached from the supporting member and the coping member, the moving panel is lifted upward, and after the pick-up wheel contacts the upper surface of the coping member, the moving panel is lifted against the elastic urging force. Just move it to.

First, as shown in FIG. 7, the sound insulation structure of the movable panel 5 provided between the movable panel 5 and the movable panel 5 has rectangular concave stripes 31 vertically arranged at both corners on the front surface of the movable panel 5. Moving panels 5, 5 adjacent to each other
And has a plate-shaped closing portion 32 having a size that is in contact with the front surface of the concave streak 31 and straddles the front surface of the concave streak 31 and has a rounded left end. The attached portion 33 of the long sound insulating joint member 8 having a T-shaped cross section is fixed to the side surface of one of the movable panels 5 by screws 34, and a soft packing member is provided between the adjacent side surfaces of the movable panel 5. 9 is attached to the side surface of the other movable panel 5 with a double-sided tape or the like so that the front panel 16a of the front panel 16a of the movable panel 5 is covered. The end is bent inwardly in a U-shape and extended to form a blocking plate 35. In particular, in the illustrated moving panel 5, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 9, a punch hole 36 is formed in the front plate 16a and the core material 15b is formed.
In addition, a hole 37 having a larger diameter than the punch hole 36 of the front plate 16a is formed, and the panel is formed by mounting the punch hole 36 and the hole 37 so that they coincide with each other in the axial direction. The entire panel 5 can have a structure excellent in sound absorbing effect. Also, a packing member 9 is interposed below the adjacent moving panel 5 as shown in FIG.

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the wall structure A of the present embodiment positions the guide member 20 provided on the upper surface of the movable panel 5 in the coping member 4 and the wheel 19 on the lower surface. By attaching the movable panel 5 by engaging it on the rail 2, the movable panel 5 can be slidably mounted along the rail 2. After the movable panel 5 is slid on the rail 2, the core member 28 is slid. Then, the surface of the upper blocking packing 6 covered with the sheet member 29 is brought into contact with the side surface of the ceiling rail to maintain the sound insulation state. Also, when the movable panel 5 is slid, the entire movable panel 5 is lifted upward due to distortion of the rail 2 or the like, and the pick wheel 21 of the guide member 20 abuts on the top rail, and the coil spring 23 contracts.
Since the moving panel 5 moves up and down, smooth movement of the moving panel 5 can be maintained.

As described above, according to the wall surface structure A of the present embodiment, the movable panel 5 can be slidably mounted along the rail 2, and after the movable panel 5 is slid on the rail 2, The surface of the upper blocking packing 6, in which the sheet member 29 is covered by the member 28, abuts against the side surface of the top rail so that the sound insulating state can be maintained. Furthermore, the upper blocking packing 6
Has a structure in which a sheet member 29 for blocking sound such as vinyl chloride is covered from above a core member 28 for absorbing sound such as sponge, rubber, etc. The sheet member 29 provided on the upper surface, the front surface, and the rear surface of the core member 28 reflects sound while leaking from the gap of the core member 28, and the internal core member 28 absorbs sound. The effect is very excellent, and moreover, since the sheet member 29 plays a role as a core material against set in the core member 28, set of the upper blocking packing 6 may occur even when used for a long time. Absent.

According to the wall panel structure of the present invention,
The guide member is provided with a pick-up wheel that is vertically movable and rotatable on a support shaft projecting upward at the upper part of the moving panel,
Since the toothed wheel is formed by elastically urging it so as to protrude upward, there is an inconsistent portion of the capping member due to unevenness or inclination of the head or ceiling of the anchor bolt inside the groove of the capping member. In particular, the wheel truck is provided with a wheel that can slide over the head of the anchor bolt protruding into the groove of the shed member or the mismatching part of the shed member when the moving panel is moved. It is more effective.

If the moving panel is lifted upward,
After the pick-up wheel contacts the upper surface of the coping member, the movable panel can be moved upward against the elastic biasing force, and the movable panel can be lifted from the rail of the support member. The work of attaching and detaching to the Kasagi member is simplified.
