Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shielding structure for a mobile panel, which allows smooth movement of the panel, and ensures shielding of a gap space defined by a lower bed of a guide rail and an upper bed of the panel, to thereby avoid infiltration of light and sound to the utmost, from an adjacent space partitioned by the mobile panel. SOLUTION: The shielding structure is available for the mobile panel 1 which has its upper end guided by the guide rail 3 erected on a ceiling 2, and its lower end borne by a freely traveling caster on a floor surface. According to the shielding structure, elastically deformable shielding members 10 are engaged with front and rear surfaces of the panel 1 at locations in the vicinity of upper ends of the respective surfaces, in a manner facing to the guide rail 3.

[0004] In order to reduce the load acting on the guide rail, the applicant of the present application has developed a movable panel for partition as shown in FIG. The developed movable panel 01 has a support shaft 07 provided upward from the upper end, and a guide roller 08 as a guide member is provided at the tip of the support shaft 07. The guide roller 08 is slidably supported by a guide rail 03 provided on a ceiling 02 for guiding the movable panel 01. To partition the room, move each movable panel 01 to the wall 0

Further, as shown in FIG. 6A, the lower end of each movable panel 1 has a horizontally long box shape, and the lower surface thereof is open. A movable plate that can move up and down is accommodated in this horizontally long box shape, and casters 015 and 015 that can move freely are mounted near the front and rear ends on the lower surface of the movable plate so as to be housed in the horizontally long box shape. A load is prevented from being applied to the guide rails 03, enabling the use of the inexpensive guide rails 03 having a small strength and being easily attached to the ceiling 02 of an existing building.
Then, after moving the movable panel 01 to a desired position, the user pushes up the movable plate, pulls up the caster 015, and pushes down so that the lower end surface of the panel is placed on the floor surface 04, thereby moving the movable panel 01. Is restricted by the floor surface 04.

However, the above-mentioned movable panel still has the following problems to be solved. That is, when the movable panel 01 is installed, the panel moves downward toward the floor surface, so that
The gap between the lower end of the guide rail 03 attached to the ceiling 02 and the upper end of the panel part widens, and the movable panel 01
There is a problem in that light or sound leaks from the space on the back side (partitioned adjacent room) through a gap. Therefore, it is conceivable to attach a shielding member in advance, but it was necessary to attach a longer shielding member in consideration of the amount of downward movement of the panel. When a longer shielding member is attached, there is a risk that the panel will come into contact with the guide rail when the panel swings or the panel is taken in and out.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and the panel can be moved smoothly, and a gap formed between the lower end of the guide rail and the upper end of the panel portion is reliably shielded, so that the movable panel can be mounted. It is an object of the present invention to provide a shielding structure in a movable panel which can minimize light and sound from a space adjacent to the panel.

In order to achieve the above object, a shielding structure of a movable panel according to the present invention is provided by a caster whose upper part is guided by a guide rail erected on a ceiling and whose lower part is movable on a floor. And a shield member elastically deformable is fixed to the guide rail side in the vicinity of both upper and lower edges of the panel. According to this feature, the panel shakes when the panel moves, or moves across the guide rail when the panel is moved in and out, so that the shielding member can be elastically deformed even if the shielding member comes into contact with the guide rail. The panel can be smoothly moved without receiving resistance even if the panel is mounted somewhat longer, and a reliable light shielding and sound insulating effect can be obtained.

[0013] In the shielding structure of the movable panel, it is preferable that a fastening width of the two shielding members is wider than the width of the guide rail, and a leading end portion extends at least to a lower end of the guide rail. In this way, when the panel moves in the direction along the guide rail, the shielding member does not come into contact with the guide rail, and since the shielding member extends at least as far as the guide rail, it is ensured. Can shield light and sound.

Although the embodiments of the present invention have been described with reference to the drawings, the specific configuration is not limited to these embodiments, and even if there are changes and additions without departing from the gist of the present invention. Included in the invention. For example, in the embodiment of the present invention, an example has been described in which the caster rises when the movable panel is erected and the panel falls downward toward the floor surface.
The present invention is not necessarily applied only to such a type of panel, but may be a type in which the casters are always kept in contact with the floor surface in a running state. In this case, the panel is fixed by dropping when the panel is erected. At this time, the panel does not move downward, but if an elastically deformable shielding member is provided at the upper end of the panel, it has a light shielding and sound shielding effect, and even if a longer shielding member is used, resistance to the movement of the panel is given Is the same as that of the previous embodiment.
