2. Description of the Related Art Normally, a stator of a motor has a plurality of projections formed radially on an inner peripheral surface of a substantially cylindrical body, and a conductor is wound around grooves of the projections. However, it has been pointed out that the operation of winding the conductor is extremely complicated.

Therefore, for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. Hei 7-163070
There is known a stator disclosed in Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication (Kokai) Publication. The stator includes a plurality of stator cores formed as a substantially T-shaped elastic body having a head and a leg, and the stator core has a recess at one end in a circumferential direction of the head, and A convex portion corresponding to the concave portion is formed in the portion, and the convex portion is fitted into a concave portion of another adjacent stator core and connected in an annular shape to form a stator.

[0004] In this stator, after the conductor wire is wound around the leg portion of the stator core, the stator core is connected to the annular shape by fitting the concave portion and the convex portion to each other. Next, the stator core is inserted into the cylindrical body in a state where the stator core is tightened in the axial direction by the holding body, and the fastening force by the holding body is released, so that the stator core expands in diameter and the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical body. Is pressed against.

However, since the stator core itself is an elastic body, when the stator core is press-fitted into a cylindrical member in an annularly connected state, the stator core is deformed and the inner diameter of the stator as a whole is reduced. It has been pointed out that the circularity cannot be maintained. On the other hand, the cylindrical member is also an elastic body, and when the stator core is pressed into the inner periphery of the cylindrical member, the cylindrical member is easily deformed. As a result, there is a problem that the roundness or cylindricity of the stator cannot be maintained at a desired accuracy.

In the method and apparatus for assembling a motor stator according to the present invention, a stator core connected in an annular shape to the outer periphery of an inner diameter jig is arranged.
After the cylindrical member is arranged on the outer periphery of the stator core, the outer diameter jig and the inner diameter jig arranged on the outer periphery of the cylindrical member are moved relatively close to each other. Thereby, while the inner diameter of the stator core is constrained by the inner diameter jig while the outer diameter of the cylindrical member is constrained by the outer diameter jig, the stator core is integrally pressed into the inner periphery of the cylindrical member to obtain a stator. Therefore, the inner diameter of the stator core and the outer diameter of the cylindrical member are constrained by the inner diameter jig and the outer diameter jig, respectively, and it is ensured that the stator core and the cylindrical member are deformed during the press-fitting operation. Can be blocked. Therefore, in a stator obtained by press-fitting the stator core into the inner periphery of the cylindrical member, roundness and cylindricity are reliably maintained at desired accuracy, and work efficiency is effectively improved.

The inner diameter jig comprises a plurality of first jigs which are set in a ring shape as a whole and are capable of moving back and forth in the radial direction, and a second jig arranged on the inner diameter side of the first jig. Have. Then, the second tape of the second jig is applied to the first tapered surface of the first jig.
While the inner diameter of the stator core is constrained by expanding the outer diameter of the first jig by contacting the tapered surface, the second jig is moved by pressing the stator core into the inner periphery of the cylindrical member, and then moving the second jig. By reducing the outer diameter of the inner diameter jig, the work of taking out the stator is easily and smoothly performed.

Accordingly, it is possible to reliably prevent the stator core 14 and the cylindrical member 20, which are elastic bodies, each connected in an annular shape, from being deformed during the press-fitting operation.
Thus, the stator 12 obtained by press-fitting the stator core 14 into the cylindrical member 20 can maintain the shape accuracy effectively, and the effect of effectively improving the outer diameter accuracy and the inner diameter accuracy can be obtained.

Further, the stator core 14 is attached to the inner diameter jig 36.
While the cylindrical member 2 is placed on the stator core 14.
The stator 12 can be obtained simply by arranging the outer jig 40 with respect to the inner jig 36 and disposing the outer jig 40. For this reason,

In the method and apparatus for assembling a motor stator according to the present invention, the inner diameter of the annularly connected stator core is restricted by the inner diameter jig, while the outer diameter of the cylindrical member is restricted by the outer diameter jig. In this state, the inner diameter jig and the outer diameter jig are relatively closely displaced to obtain a stator. For this reason, it is possible to reliably prevent the stator core and the cylindrical member, each of which is an elastic body, from being deformed during the press-fitting operation, to effectively improve the outer diameter accuracy and the inner diameter accuracy of the stator, and to effectively improve the assembly operation efficiency. Will be possible.
