2. Description of the Related Art In general, polyolefin resins are poor conductors of electricity, so once charged, the charged static electricity does not easily escape. The charging phenomenon occurs due to friction and peeling, and therefore, there are many failures due to charging such as a failure due to charging during processing of the polyolefin resin, and a practical problem that dust and dust easily adhere to the polyolefin resin product due to the static electricity. As a method for solving the drawbacks of the polyolefin resin, for example, an antistatic agent such as an alkyldiethanolamine, a fatty acid diethanolamide, and a glycerin monofatty acid ester is used alone or as a mixture thereof. In addition, polyolefin resin has excellent water resistance because the surface is extremely hydrophobic, but on the other hand, when moisture adheres to the surface because it is hydrophobic, the moisture does not show any wetting phenomenon on the resin surface. . For example, when a polyethylene film or a polypropylene film is used for packaging moisture-containing foods (fruits, vegetables, meats, etc.), condensed water adheres to the inner surface of the film, making the packaged foods less visible. As a method for solving this drawback, an antifogging agent such as sorbitan fatty acid ester and glycerin monofatty acid ester is used alone or as a mixture thereof.

As described above, polyolefin resins are often required to have both antifogging properties and antistatic properties from the practical point of view. In this case, a polyolefin resin is blended with an antifogging agent and an antistatic agent. However, at present, polyolefin resin products having excellent antifogging properties and excellent antistatic properties have not yet been obtained. Therefore, an object of the present invention is to establish a polyolefin resin having excellent antifogging properties and excellent antistatic properties.
