2. Description of the Related Art Generally, a polyolefin resin is a poor conductor of electricity, so once charged, the static electricity does not easily escape. The electrification phenomenon occurs due to friction or peeling, so that there are many obstacles due to electrification during processing of the polyolefin resin, and practically, static electricity tends to cause dust and dust to adhere to the polyolefin resin product, and there are many obstacles due to electrification. As a method for solving the drawbacks of this polyolefin resin, an antistatic agent such as alkyldiethanolamine, fatty acid diethanolamide and glycerin monofatty acid ester is used alone or as a mixture thereof. In addition, the surface of polyolefin resin is extremely hydrophobic so that it has excellent water resistance, but on the other hand, when water adheres to the surface because it is hydrophobic, the water does not show any wetting phenomenon on the resin surface. . This drawback appears, for example, when a polyethylene film or polypropylene film is used for packaging water-containing foods (fruits, vegetables, meats, etc.), condensed water adheres to the inner surface of the film, making the packaged foods difficult to see. As a method for solving this drawback, an antifogging agent such as sorbitan fatty acid ester or glycerin monofatty acid ester is used alone or as a mixture thereof.

As described above, polyolefin resins are often required to have both antifogging properties and antistatic properties from a practical viewpoint. In this case, an antifogging agent and an antistatic agent are blended. Although attempts have been made to do so, the present situation is that no polyolefin resin product having excellent antifogging property and antistatic property has been obtained yet. Therefore, it is an object of the present invention to establish a polyolefin resin having excellent antifogging property and antistatic property.

The diglycerin fatty acid ester of (2) according to the present invention has a carbon number composition in the range of C 16 to C 18 and a C 18 content of 50% by weight with respect to 1 mol of diglycerin.
From the point of effect, it is necessary to be a compound obtained by reacting 1.0 to 1.5 moles of the above fatty acids, and especially when the number of moles of reaction of fatty acids exceeds 1.5 moles, the antifogging effect is inferior. ,
If the amount is less than 1.0 mol, the antifogging property, which is one of the objects of the present invention, is poor in sustainability, which is not preferable. Also, when a fatty acid having a carbon number composition of C 15 or less is used or the C 18 content is 5,
If less than 0% by weight is used, it is inferior in terms of sustaining antifogging property and antistatic property, which is not preferable.
