おいて、該駐車場の利用開始から終了までの間に複数の
駐車場またはエリアの出入り口を利用車両が通過する際
に、該出入口を通過する該利用車両を特定する車両特定
情報を検出する車両特定手段と、該利用車両の出入り口
の通過時に、該車両特定情報と通過場時刻と通過位置を
対応付けた通過点情報を生成する通過点付加手段と、該
通過点情報をもとに該駐車場の利用開始から終了までの
経路情報を抽出する走行経路抽出手段と、該通過点情報
をもとに駐車場内の運用管理を行う運用管理手段を設け
た複合型駐車場管理装置。
