Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the gloss by a method wherein the surface of a white synthetic resin film is made into a fine uneven surface and at the same time, a hardened hard coat layer is coated on the fine uneven surface. SOLUTION: An uneven surface 20 is formed in such a manner that a coating layer of which the minimum thickness is approx. 10 μm containing a silica fine grain 21 having an average grain size of 20 μm, being coated on the surface of a synthetic resin film 10 comprising a polyester based film having a thickness of 100 μm, is formed on the synthetic resin film 10. Then, on the uneven surface 20, a hard coating agent is applied, and then, a baking is performed, and a hardened hard coating layer 30 having an average thickness of approx. 10 μm, is formed. Also, the hardened hard coating layer may be formed in such a manner that a synthetic resin film having a thickness of 75 μm is used, and on surface, a hard coating agent containing a silica fine grain of the same average grain size is coated, and an ultraviolet ray is cost. Therefore, the gloss becomes less, and a white board can be used as a projection screen as well, and thus, the using application can be expanded.

公知のコーテイング装置により1〜50ミクロン程度の
厚みに塗布後、遠赤外線焼却炉等の公知の焼付装置で1
80℃前後に焼付ける公知の硬化処理法と、いわゆるハ
ードコート用のUV塗料による厚み1〜50ミクロン程
度のコーテイング後、紫外線照射による公知の硬化処理
法などがある。
