長手方向に往復移動する移動枠とを有し、 かつ該移動枠に、テープ状の拭取りシートを保持するシ
ート保持具と、このシート保持具からの拭取りシートを
ワーク表面に押当てる押当て具と、前記押当てに際して
前記拭取りシートに予め拭取り液を供給する拭取り液吐
出具と、ワークの前記押当て具が通過した部分に向けて
エヤーを吹付けワーク表面の異物の吹飛ばしと拭取り液
の乾燥とを行うエヤー吹出し金具とを設けて一体に往復
可能としたことを特徴とする拭取り装置。
