内装されている。そしてこの制御回路5には半導体素子
5ー2が使用され、通常図5に示すように制御回路5を
構成する回路基板5ー1に搭載されるが、高性能、小形
化のニーズに伴い、当該半導体素子5ー2の放熱効果の

持円筒部の円板状底部は、その外側表面に前記半導体素
子を装着するための凹部と、該凹部および前記足に形成
された溝に連通する窓とを備え、前記半導体素子が前記
円板状底部の凹部に収納固着されると共に、前記窓と溝
とが前記制御回路の引出線の挿通場所となる如く構成さ

数の足で連接され一体を成す電動機保持円筒部の円板状
底部に固着配設すること、を特徴とする軸流フアン。1.
