Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with the placing work of a sealing material and execute a joint in a short period of time by butting a projected corner column 1 and an exterior finish panel with a gap and fittiing a joint joiner to vertical furring strips. SOLUTION: A projected corner column 1 and exterior finish panels 2, 2 are attached to the outside of a column 3 through vertical furring strips 4, 4 and metal fixings 5, 5. The projected corner column 1 and the exterior finish panels 2 are butted against each other at the jointing parts 9, 9 with gaps 6, 6 and joint joiners 10, 10 are fitted to the vertical furring strips 4 at the near side of the gaps 6. A plurality of sealing members 12, 12 having a semicircular bead-shaped section made of a rubber-like elastic body are fixed onto metallic boards 11 as a base board, in this joint joiner 10. Hence, rain water is prevented from penetration owing to the sealing effect of the sealing member 12 and it becomes unnecessary to place a sealing material in the gap 6 of the jointing part 9 and hence, a joint can be executed in a short period of time.

2. Description of the Related Art Generally, a building board for an outer wall has a male part at one end and a female part at the other opposite end, and the male part and the female part are connected to each other. A joint structure in which two adjacent building boards are joined by overlapping, or a joint structure in which two adjacent building boards are simply butted without forming a real part Is used. In such a joining structure, actual caulking and joint sealing are performed on the joining portion for a so-called raining action that prevents rainwater from entering from the outside.

[0003] On the other hand, in joining the building plate for the outer wall and the protruding corner pillar, the building plate is cut to an appropriate length at the construction site for use in order to adjust the dimensions. In that case, since the real part on one side is cut off, there is no caulking material at all. Therefore, in the joint between the protruding corner post and the building board, a sealing material is put into the gap portion where they are abutted with each other after the building board is put in place for sealing rain.

FIGS. 9 and 10 show an example of a conventional joint structure of a portion between a protruding corner post and an exterior plate. 1 is a corner post,
Reference numeral 2 denotes an exterior plate. In this example, one member 5a of the fastening metal fitting 5 is fixed to the vertical waist 4 attached to the outside of the column 3, and the other member 5b is connected to the exterior corner post 1 and the exterior. The protruding corner post 1 and the exterior plate 2 are fixed to the column 3 on the skeleton side by fixing to the back surface of the plate 2 and engaging the two members 5a and 5b in the vertical direction. There is also a case where the work is fastened by nailing without using such fasteners 5.

In any case, a hat joiner 7 composed of a rib portion 7a and a flange portion 7b is arranged and fixed on the back side of the gap 6 at the joint portion between the protruding corner post 1 and the exterior plate 2. A sealing material 8 is cast into 6. As the sealing material 8, a one-component moisture-curable polyurethane or a modified silicone is used.

The above-mentioned conventional joint structure requires the operation of placing the sealing material 8 into the gap 6 and requires about 2 seconds until the placed sealing material 8 is stabilized. Requires a week curing period. In addition, since the sealing material 8 is cast into joints that are easily visible,
It is easy to cause a sense of incongruity due to the difference in appearance from the building boards (outer corner pillars 1 and exterior boards 2) and inadequate construction techniques. Furthermore, there is a problem that the casting operation of the sealing material 8 requires skill and time, and the construction cost is high. The present invention has been made by paying attention to the above points, and an object of the present invention is to provide a joining structure of a building board which eliminates the above-mentioned drawbacks by eliminating the casting of a sealing material by using a novel joint joiner. I do.

In the joint structure for building boards of the present invention, the joint joiner composed of the board and the sealing member integrated with the board is attached to the back side of the building board, so that the sealing effect of the sealing member prevents rainwater from entering. (Raining). Therefore, it is not necessary to cast a sealing material into the gap between the butted portions of the building boards as in the past, so that the construction can be performed in a short period of time and the appearance of the joint portion because there is no sealing material exposed to the surface as in the conventional case. The design is improved.

As described above in detail, according to the present invention, the joint joiner composed of the substrate and the sealing member is mounted on the back side of the building board, so that the sealing member seal effect prevents rainwater from entering. Is possible, and a good rain closing effect can be obtained. Therefore, since it is not necessary to cast a sealing material in the gap (joint) between the joints as in the related art, the construction can be performed in a short period of time, and since there is no sealing material exposed to the joint as in the related art, Appearance design is improved. In addition, since the sealing member of the present invention is not exposed to joints, it is less deteriorated by aging and has high durability. The joining structure of the present invention can be applied not only to the joining of the protruding corner pillars as described above, but also to the joining of ordinary building boards. In that case, since it is not necessary to form a real part on the building board, There is an advantage that the structure of the building board is simplified.
