面材間に胴差外壁材が設けられる箇所の防水構造であっ
て、上下階の左右に並ぶ外壁パネルの外壁面材間に形成
される縦目地には、左右の外壁パネルにおける外壁面材
と外壁下地桟の間に一側縁が各々挟み込まれた一対の帯
状の縦目地防水シートを互いに他側縁結合状態に設け、 下階外壁パネルの上端には外壁下地桟と外壁面材との間
に下縁が挟み込まれて外壁下地桟の上方張出部分上に延
びる下階横目地防水シートを、側端が下階の縦目地防水
シートの表側に重なるように設け、 上階外壁パネルの下端には外壁下地桟と外壁面材との間
に上縁が挟み込まれて外壁下地桟の下方張出部分上に延
びる上階横目地防水シートを、側端が上階の縦目地防水
シートの裏側に重なるように設け、 前記上階横目地防水シートの裏側に上縁が重なって下縁
が下階横目地防水シートの表側に重なる胴差防水シート
を設け、この胴差防水シートの表側に重ねて前記胴差外
