Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve external appearance and usability for a spout-equipped cap made up by injection molding with its spout erected, from the bottom of the cap, by a method wherein gates for injection molding are provided at the reverse side of the bottom of the cap on positions at the side opposite to a side where the spout is erected. SOLUTION: A spout-equipped cap 10 mounted on a mouth part 1A of a container 1 with a measuring cup 2 mounted thereon is formed of a resin by injection molding, and while an engaging recessed part 11a for being driven onto the mouth part 1A of the container 1 is provided at the inner circumferential part at the lower end of an outer cylindrical part 11 thereof, a screw part 11B whereon the measuring cup 2 is screwed down is provided at the outer circumferential part at the upper end of the outer cylindrical part. Furthermore, a spout 14 is erected at an inclined planelike bottom part 13 of an inner cylindrical part 12 connecting to the inner circumference of the outer cylindrical part 11. For the structure as mentioned above, gates 30 for injection molding are provided at the reverse side 13A of the bottom part 13 on positions at the side opposite to a side where the spout 14 is erected, and the gates 30 are provided further at two positions being mutually symmetrical at both sides of the central axis of the cap 10 at the reverse side 13A of the bottom part 13.
