2. Description of the Related Art In the above-mentioned pipe fixing band, if the length of the band is too long as compared with the thickness of the pipe to be fixed, the extra length will obstruct other pipes or obstruct it. In particular, when fixing a pipe covered with a heat insulating material, the extra length may come into contact with the heat insulating material and damage the heat insulating material. Therefore, conventionally, for each thickness of the pipe to be fixed,
A pipe fixing band having an appropriate length corresponding to the thickness is manufactured in advance, and the pipe is fixed to the pipe support using the pipe fixing band.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, the pipe fixing band can be used by simply removing an excess length portion so as to have a length corresponding to the thickness of the pipe. In other words, as the fixed portion of the required length portion and the fixed portion of the extra length portion adjacent to the fixed portion are relatively displaced in the plate thickness direction, the connection portion is moved along the band width direction. Plastic deformation along the guide part of the provided bending position causes bending, and by repeating this bending operation, the connection part is fatigued and broken along the band width direction, and the extra length of the pipe fixing band is It can be easily torn off at a fixed position along the width direction. In addition, the pipe fixing band can be wound around the pipe in a state in which the connection part is appropriately plastically deformed along the guide part at the bending position so as to conform to the shape of the pipe. In other words, while securing the necessary tensile strength in the longitudinal direction of the band as a pipe fixing band, excess length is torn off due to fatigue failure due to plastic deformation of the connection part, and the length corresponding to various pipe thicknesses Can be used. Therefore, there is no need to manufacture pipe fixing bands of various lengths in advance, so that the manufacturing cost can be reduced, and the pipe fixing bands corresponding to the thickness of the pipes can be replaced with the pipe fixing bands of various lengths. Since there is no need to select a pipe, a pipe having a desired thickness can be fixed even if the pipe has various thicknesses. In addition, since pipes of various thicknesses can be fixed using a common pipe fixing band, pipes of a desired thickness are required without storing the pipe fixing bands of various lengths in stock. Can be fixed at any time, and the storage cost can be reduced. In addition, since the excess length of the pipe fixing band can be torn off at a fixed position along the band width direction, the pipe can be fixed with a clean appearance and good appearance, and furthermore, the torn off portion can be obtained. When using another part to fix another pipe, there is no risk that the part to be fixed at one end is deformed into a shape that is not suitable for fixing to the pipe support, and the extra length that has been removed This is convenient when parts are used separately. In the pipe fixing band according to the second aspect, the length of the connecting portion in the band width direction is set to be shorter than the maximum width of the fixed portion in the band width direction. Bending stress generated as the parts are displaced relative to each other in the plate thickness direction is concentrated on the connection part, and an extra length can be easily torn off. In addition, the periphery of the portion on the band width direction outer side of the connection portion of the fixed portions adjacent to each other with the connection portion interposed therebetween is, in plan view, the distance between the fixed portions adjacent to the band width direction outer side is smaller. Because it is formed in the shape of a curved edge that expands, there is little risk of damaging other objects at the end of the pipe fixing band after cutting off the excess length, especially pipes that are covered with heat insulating material. When fixing the heat insulating material, there is little possibility of damaging the heat insulating material. Since the fixed part and the connection part are integrally formed of a metal plate, the pipe fixing band according to the third aspect is easy to manufacture. In addition, while securing the tensile strength in the longitudinal direction of the band required for the band for fixing the pipe with a metal plate, the connection portion is easily plastically deformed, and is easily broken by fatigue. In the pipe fixing band according to the fourth aspect, since the guide portion at the bending position is formed by forming a groove along the band width direction, the fracture surface is formed in a series along the band width direction of the guide portion. You.
Therefore, the fracture surface is formed intermittently along the band width direction of the guide portion, and an edge is formed at the through hole portion. A plurality of small through holes are formed in a perforated shape at intervals. As compared with the case of forming the guide portion at the bending position, there is less possibility that the broken surface will damage other objects. In the pipe fixing band according to the fifth aspect, the fixed portion is configured such that the fixing bolt is inserted into a bolt insertion hole formed in the fixed portion and fastened and fixed to the pipe support portion. Therefore, for example, a large-diameter pipe or a small-diameter pipe can be securely fixed as compared with a case in which the fixed section is sandwiched and fixed by a clamp provided in the pipe support section.
