Description

The present invention relates to a film stopper member used when fixing a synthetic resin film coated on an outer surface of a greenhouse or the like on a house construction material.

Conventionally, a synthetic resin film coated on the outer surface of a greenhouse such as a greenhouse is fixed on the house construction material via a film fixing member for fixing the film on the house construction material forming the skeleton of the greenhouse. . This film fixing member is a bowl-shaped body in which a long belt-shaped steel plate or the like is bent and a film fixing groove serving as a fixing portion of the film is provided along the longitudinal direction. The film is inserted into the film fixing groove by loosening the film, and a film locking spring meandering from the top of the film with a predetermined swing width is inserted. Is to be clamped.

In relation to such a film stopper member, for example, the following techniques have been proposed.

In Patent Document 1, the ends of the left and right side wall portions, which are erected obliquely upward with the left and right edges of the long plate-shaped bottom wall portion facing inward, are folded inward to form a folded portion, and the folded portion is folded back. There has been proposed a film stopper member in which an inner surface and a side wall surface are substantially flush with each other.

In Patent Document 2, the ends of the left and right side walls are curved outward at the opening edge of the fixing groove to form a curved portion, and when inserting the film into the fixing groove, the film is smooth without being caught at the opening edge. What is comprised so that it may be inserted in is disclosed.
JP 2005-295997 A Registered Utility Model No. 3031353

However, the conventional film stopper members described in the above-mentioned patent documents have the following problems.
(1) In the film stopper members described in Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2, when the film stopper members are connected to each other, the space for connecting the synthetic resin film and the elastic locking member at the connecting portion and the connection strength thereof are set. Since it is difficult to ensure, there is a problem that the installation workability and the durability of the greenhouse may be lacking.
(2) In the film stopper member in which the folded inner surface and the side wall surface of the folding part described in Patent Document 1 are substantially flush with each other, the metal part is crushed at the folding part, so the strong wind For example, there is a problem that it is difficult to effectively exhibit structural strength such as bending rigidity and torsional rigidity necessary for holding the entire greenhouse.
(3) Furthermore, since there is little catching resistance at the opening of the fixing groove, there is also a problem that the synthetic resin film and the spring held in the fixing groove are likely to fall off and the stability and film retention are poor.
(4) In the case where the ends of the left and right side wall portions are folded outward as shown in Patent Document 2, rainwater or the like tends to accumulate in the folded portion at the tip, which causes rust. In addition, since the synthetic resin film is pressure-bonded and held by the curved tip, there is a problem that there is a case where the frictional resistance is low and it is difficult to reliably hold the synthetic resin film.
(5) With the conventional film stopper, while securing the opening width of the fixing groove so that the spring can be inserted, the left and right side walls of the fixing groove must be inclined so that the inserted spring does not come out of the fixing groove. Therefore, the fixing groove had to be formed shallowly. For this reason, there has been a problem that it is difficult to secure a fixing groove having a sufficient width for laminating and fixing the second and subsequent films.
(6) A plurality of springs can be accommodated so that the right and left side wall portions of the fixing groove rise from the middle at right angles to the bottom wall portion, but the spring stays in an inclined state inside the fixing groove. Is not transmitted to the left and right side walls of the fixing groove, and the film may not be fixed reliably.
(7) If the spring is left obliquely tilted inside the fixing groove, the film is locally pressed for a long period of time, and the film may be damaged. For this reason, when trying to make the spring parallel to the bottom wall portion, the film may be dragged while being sandwiched between the side wall portion and the spring and may be damaged.
(8) When the edge portions are swaged to connect the film stopper members, not only the lateral direction with the side wall but also the vertical direction is caused by the retaining portion and the folding portion provided in the opening of the fixing groove. The degree of compression must also be considered. For this reason, if the bottom wall is not wavy and the degree of compression is not increased, it will not be large enough to be inserted into the fixing groove of the other film stopper member, the internal space of the fixing groove in the swage processed portion will be narrowed, and the spring will be It may be difficult to insert one.
(9) When the film stopper members are connected by inserting the end portion of the film stopper member into the fixing groove of the other film stopper member, the curved portion is purposely crushed at the stage of edge-processing the film stopper member. Therefore, there is a problem that workability is poor.

The present invention was made in order to solve the above-described conventional problems, and is excellent in workability and film retention when connecting film stoppers, and reliably and effectively even with a large number of synthetic resin films. An object of the present invention is to provide a film stopper that can be retained and has excellent rust prevention and swageability.

(1) A film stopper member for covering and fixing a synthetic resin film on a house construction material, which is a long strip plate-like bottom wall portion whose back side is fixed to the house construction material, and the bottom wall The left and right side wall portions formed by raising the left and right side edges of the longitudinal side obliquely upward on the inside, and the ends of the left and right side wall portions are folded inwardly so as to have a columnar space, respectively, By a locking portion formed so as to be substantially parallel to the bottom wall portion, a right and left side wall portion having the locking portion, and an elastic locking member that is mounted and expanded inside the bottom wall portion A film fixing groove to which the synthetic resin film is clamped, and the left and right side walls and the bottom wall are swept so that one end thereof is contracted, and a part of the left and right side walls is cut away. Side wall cutout Anda reduced-shaped connecting portion to be fitted from the longitudinal direction to the film fixing groove of the stop member which is the other linked wherein the locking portion is a tip of the left and right lateral walls once outward Bending and sequentially bending in the inner winding direction to form a bent portion, and further folding back in the inner winding direction so that the tip portion abuts on the bent portion, so that the elastic locking member can be locked In the swaging process in the contracted connecting portion, the left and right side wall portions are crushed in the left and right direction while the bottom wall portion is pressed and held from above, and the left and right side wall portions are extended upward. It was formed by notching the opening side of the part at a predetermined depth.

(2) In the film stopper member of the present invention, in (1), the depth of the notch on the opening side of the left and right side wall portions is 1/3 to 1/2 with respect to the height of the film stopper member. The depth was to be .

(3) The film stopper member of the present invention is the film stopping member according to (1) or (2), wherein the left and right side wall portions are formed by bending from the edge of the bottom wall portion, and extended to the bending portion. And a straight portion formed at an angle of 45 to 65 degrees with the bottom wall surface between the engaging portion and the engaging portion.

(4) The film stopper member of the present invention is the positioning hole for fixing to the house construction material via a locking tool at the center inside the bottom wall and both sides thereof in the above (1) to (3). Another characteristic is that a row is provided.

(5) In the film fixing member of the present invention, in any of the above (1) to (4) , the ratio of the depth to the opening width and the maximum width in the film fixing groove is 129 to 133: 175 to 185: It is also characterized by being formed to be 314 to 316 .

According to the present invention, one end side of the left and right side wall portions and the bottom wall portion is reduced in size and formed by cutting out a part of the left and right side wall portions and fitted into the film fixing groove of another film stopper member. because it has a shape connecting part, lightweight, providing a film excellent stop member in productivity and installation workability while securing a space for accommodating a predetermined connection strength between the synthetic resin film and the elastic engaging member Can do. In addition, the swaging process in the contracted connecting portion is formed by crushing the left and right side wall portions in the left and right direction while pressing and holding the bottom wall portion from above, and extending the left and right side wall portions upward. Since the width of the reduced connecting portion can be shortened while keeping the shape of the bottom wall portion flat, a plurality of films can be reliably fixed even in the reduced connecting portion.

Furthermore, the front end side of the left and right side wall portions can be bent inwardly and folded back so as to have a cylindrical space, and the locking portion can be formed so that the front end is substantially parallel to the bottom wall portion. The structural strength necessary to maintain the entire greenhouse can be ensured while reducing to a minimum. Moreover, since a wide film fixing groove can be secured, even a synthetic resin film having two or more layers can be reliably and effectively held. Furthermore, since rainwater etc. do not collect easily in a latching | locking part, it is excellent in rust prevention property. In addition, the torsional rigidity and bending rigidity of the film stopper member are thereby increased, and a film stopper portion having excellent workability can be obtained when joining with another film stopper member.

The film stopper member of the present embodiment has a long strip-shaped bottom wall portion whose back side is fixed to a house construction material such as a greenhouse, and the left and right edges of the bottom wall portion on the diagonally upper side. The left and right side wall portions formed by being raised and the front ends of the left and right side wall portions are bent inward so as to have a columnar space, and the front end is formed to be substantially parallel to the bottom wall portion. A film fixing groove in which the synthetic resin film is clamped by an elastic locking member that is surrounded by the locking portion, the left and right side wall portions having the locking portion, and the bottom wall portion, and is mounted and expanded therein; The left and right side wall portions and the bottom wall portion are swept so that one end side thereof is contracted, and includes a side wall notch portion formed by notching a part of the left and right side wall portions, and the other connected stopper. Film fixing of parts To its fitting in the longitudinal direction together are condensation-type connecting part has a, the locking portion includes the tip of the left and right lateral walls once is bent outwardly are bent into successively inward winding direction by the bent portion In addition, it is further folded back in the inward winding direction so that its tip is brought into contact with the bent portion so that the elastic locking member can be locked. By crushing the left and right side walls in the left-right direction with the wall pressed from above, the left and right side walls are extended upward, and then the opening side of the left and right side walls is cut out at a predetermined depth. It is formed. By providing such a reduced-sized connecting portion, it is possible to provide a film stopper having excellent mounting workability and productivity while maintaining a predetermined space and connection strength. That is, a compression coupling portion that can be inserted into the film fixing groove of another film fixing member is formed at one or both ends of the film fixing member, and a film locking spring is formed in the film fixing groove of the compression coupling portion. Multiple pieces can be inserted stably. For this reason, a plurality of films can be reliably fixed even in the contracted connecting portion.

The contracted connecting portion can be formed by pressing the film fixing groove from the left and right directions and extending the left and right side walls upward while pressing and holding the bottom wall from above. That is, by applying pressure only to the film fixing groove from the left and right when performing the swaging process, the vertical width of the compacted connecting portion is prevented from being shorter than that before the swaging process, and the bottom wall portion where the pressure is applied Can escape to the left and right side wall portions, and the left and right widths of the contracted connecting portion can be shortened while keeping the shape of the bottom wall portion flat. And a side wall notch part is formed by notching each right and left side wall part . As this can be formed a Chijimigata connecting portion without imposing effort in a simple process, it is possible to reduce the cost of manufacturing the film stop member lower. In this way, the compact connecting portion can be securely fixed by sliding it from the longitudinal direction into the film fixing groove of the other film stopper member.

The film stopper is attached to a frame of a house construction material such as a greenhouse installed outdoors, and is covered and fixed with a synthetic resin film or a fastening band. Note that the film stopper member can be formed by bending a metal plate made of steel or the like, or extruding a metal such as aluminum.

The bottom wall is a long band plate whose back side is fixed to a house construction material such as a greenhouse via a locking device such as a bolt nut, joint fitting, etc., and left and right side walls provided on both left and right ends thereof A film fixing groove is formed between the two portions.

The left and right side wall portions are portions formed by raising the left and right end edges forming the longitudinal side of the bottom wall portion obliquely upward inward. The left and right side wall portions have an angle of 45 ° between the curved portion formed by bending from the edge of the bottom wall portion and the bottom wall portion surface extending from the curved portion and the locking portion. It is also possible to set the width and shape so that two or more synthetic resin films and springs can be held in the film fixing groove so as to have a linear portion formed at ˜65 degrees.

The locking portion is, for example, a portion formed by bending the tip side of each of the left and right side wall portions inwardly so as to have a cylindrical space, and having the tip end substantially parallel to the bottom wall portion. As a result, the torsional rigidity and bending rigidity are given to the film fixing member, so that the durability of the greenhouse, the workability in the film fixing work, and the workability at the time of manufacturing the film fixing member are improved. I have to.

The film fixing groove is a portion in which a cross section thereof is formed so as to expand from the upper opening toward the bottom wall portion, and an elastic locking member that elastically expands therein is accommodated. The upper opening of the film fixing groove is provided with a locking portion having a shape for locking a synthetic resin film to be clamped or an elastic locking member.

In order to form a greenhouse, for example, it is necessary to attach a tightening band for preventing the synthetic resin film from expanding outward due to wind or the like, or to make the sheet double-tensioned. However, even in that case, the film fixing member can be covered and fixed by using a plurality of elastic locking members such as springs.

That is, a fastening band or other synthetic resin film is inserted into the film fixing groove where the synthetic resin film for forming the house has already been inserted, and a wavy linear spring (elastic locking member) is also inserted from above. Arrange and fasten. As described above, since there are many cases where a double or triple sheet material is fixed using a single film fixing member, the film fixing groove of the film fixing member has a depth corresponding to that.

The film stopper member of this embodiment is folded back so that the locking portion has a cylindrical space by curving the front end sides of the left and right side wall portions so that the front end is substantially parallel to the bottom wall portion. You can also As a result, the elastic locking member necessary for fixing the synthetic resin film can be securely locked to secure a wide film fixing groove, so that even a large number of synthetic resin films can be securely and effectively gripped. Can do.

The film stopper member of the present embodiment is formed between the curved portion formed by bending the left and right side wall portions from the edge of the bottom wall portion, and the bottom wall portion surface extending between the curved portions and the locking portion. It can comprise so that it may have a linear part with an angle formed at 45-65 degree | times. As a result, a sufficient space can be secured in the film fixing groove for inserting a plurality of sets of the synthetic resin film and the elastic locking member, and the synthetic resin film or the like is in a stable state that does not easily fall off. Can be set. Thus, by setting the inclination angle of the left and right side wall portions with respect to the bottom wall portion within a predetermined range, the spring inserted into the film fixing groove is pushed toward the bottom wall portion side by the inclined surface of the left and right side wall portions, and the film In the fixing groove, the spring is disposed horizontally with the bottom wall portion, and the pressing force of the spring acts evenly on the left and right side wall portions, so that the synthetic resin film can be securely fixed. If the angle formed by the straight line portion with respect to the bottom wall surface is smaller than 45 degrees, it becomes difficult to accommodate three or more sets of elastic locking portions and the synthetic resin film in the film fixing groove. On the other hand, if the angle of the straight portion exceeds 65 degrees, the elastic force of the elastic locking member mounted in the film fixing groove cannot be effectively applied to the left and right side walls, and the film holding force becomes unstable. It is.

Further, it is desirable that the ratio of the depth to the opening width and the maximum width in the film fixing groove is 129 to 133: 175 to 185: 314 to 316, more preferably 130: 180: 315. By setting such a ratio, the maximum width of the film fixing groove can be made as small as possible while ensuring the opening width into which the elastic locking member can be inserted and the depth into which a plurality of springs can be inserted, The enlargement of the film stopper can be prevented.

The film stopper member of the present embodiment can be provided with positioning hole rows for fixing the stopper member body via a locking tool at the center inside the bottom wall portion and on both sides thereof. This makes it possible to securely attach a locking tool such as a bolt and nut even when attaching a film stopper to a house construction material such as an unstable scaffold. Further, by arranging the locking tools alternately in the center and left and right positioning hole rows, the mounting strength of the locking tools can be increased as compared with the case where the locking tools are arranged in a straight line.

The positioning hole row is a punch hole such as a concave portion arranged in parallel with each other on the center of the bottom wall portion and on the straight line on the left and right sides thereof. This makes it easy to work even in the case of bad conditions.

In the film stopper member of the present embodiment, the left and right side wall portions may be formed by crushing the left and right side wall portions in the left and right direction in a state where the contracted connecting portion presses and holds the bottom wall portion from above. This makes it possible to efficiently manufacture a film fixing member having excellent bonding strength and durability.

Below, the Example of the film stopper member which concerns on this invention is described concretely, referring drawings.

FIG. 1 is an explanatory view of a greenhouse to which a film stopper member according to this embodiment is applied, FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the film stopper member, FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing a joining state of the film stopper members, and FIG. Is a front view thereof.

As shown in FIG. 1, the greenhouse 1 is constructed by connecting a plurality of house construction materials 2 at predetermined locations with predetermined fasteners. The film stopper 10 is attached to the outside of the structure constructed by combining these house building materials 2 via a locking tool such as a bolt and nut. A synthetic resin film F for forming a house is attached and fixed to the film fixing groove of the film stopper member 10 together with an elastic locking member so as to be covered. In the figure, reference numeral 4 denotes an entrance formed on the wife face of the greenhouse 1.

The synthetic resin film F covered with the greenhouse 1 is a so-called agricultural film, and a vinyl chloride film (vinyl chloride film) and a polyolefin film (PO film) are preferably used. In this example, a PO film having a better weather resistance than a vinyl chloride film is used. However, this PO film has the property that it is less likely to expand and contract than the PVC film, is weak against rubbing, and is easily damaged.

To cover the structure of the synthetic resin film F, a film stopper member 10, which will be described in detail later, is installed between the vertically arranged house building materials 2, 2,. A part of the synthetic resin film F is inserted into the fixing groove, and a wavy linear spring S serving as an elastic locking member is attached and stretched. In order to prevent the stretched synthetic resin film F from being detached from the film stopper member 10 due to the force of wind or the like, the fastening band 3 is separately stretched from the synthetic resin film to an appropriate place. Yes.

As shown in FIG. 2, the film stopper member 10 is formed by raising the bottom wall part 11 whose rear side is fixed to the house building material 2 and the left and right edges forming the longitudinal side of the bottom wall part 11 upward and obliquely upward. The left and right side wall portions 12 and 13 and the left and right side wall portions 12 and 13 are bent inwardly so as to have a columnar space, and the front ends thereof are formed substantially parallel to the bottom wall portion 11. The locking portion 14, the film fixing groove 15 to which the synthetic resin film is clamped, the right and left side wall portions, and the side wall notches formed by swaging and cutting on the one end side of the bottom wall portion are formed. Positioning hole rows 17a to 17c comprising punched holes each having a depth of about 0.5 mm and a diameter of about 0.5 mm provided in three rows on the inner side of the contracted connecting portion 16 and the bottom wall portion 11 and on both sides thereof. And have.

The film stopper member 10 has a length of, for example, about 2 m to 10 m. As shown in FIG. 3, the film fixing groove 15 of the other film stopper member is provided with the reduced connection portions 16 provided on both sides or one end portion thereof. Can be connected to each other and set to a predetermined length.

When the left and right side wall portions 12 and 13 of the film stopper member 10 are raised from the side edges of the bottom wall portion 11, first, the metal plate is raised in a curved shape with an inclination angle of about 45 degrees with respect to the bottom wall portion 11. A curved portion is formed by raising the metal plate, and a metal plate continuous from the curved portion is raised linearly at an inclination angle of about 60 degrees with respect to the bottom wall portion 11 to form a linear portion.

In this way, by changing the rising angle of the left and right side wall portions 12 and 13 in the middle to form the curved portion and the straight portion, when the number of the synthetic resin films F to be fixed is one, The spring S can be accommodated in the inner portion, and the synthetic resin film F can be reliably fixed. And even if there are a plurality of synthetic resin films F to be fixed, the spring S that cannot be accommodated in the inner portion of the curved portion is accommodated in the inner portion of the linear portion, and the plurality of synthetic resin films F are stably fixed. be able to.

When the left and right side wall portions 12 and 13 are raised from the left and right ends of the bottom wall portion 11, the depth of the film fixing groove 15 formed between the bottom wall portion 11 and the left and right side wall portions 12 and 13 is 13 ±. It is 0.1 mm, the opening width is 18 ± 0.5 mm, and the maximum width is 31.5 ± 0.1 mm. Thus, by setting the ratio of the depth, opening width, and maximum width of the film fixing groove 15 to approximately 130: 180: 315 (that is, approximately 26:36:63), the spring S is applied to the film fixing groove 15. The maximum width can be reduced as much as possible while ensuring the insertable opening width and the depth that can accommodate the plurality of springs S, and the film stopper 10 can be prevented from being enlarged.

Locking portions 14 are formed at the tips of the left and right side wall portions 12 and 13, respectively. That is, the front ends of the left and right side wall portions 12 and 13 are folded back so as to form a cylindrical space inside the film fixing groove 15 so that the end portions are substantially parallel to the bottom wall portion 11. Since the locking portion 14 is arranged in the opening of the film fixing groove 15 as described above, it is necessary to perform the film fixing work while paying attention so that the synthetic resin film F is not caught on the locking portion 14. Therefore, the work efficiency of the film fixing work can be improved. Further, it is possible to prevent the synthetic resin film F from being torn at the opening and being damaged to generate a useless film.

Moreover, as shown in FIGS. 2-4, the edge part of the film stop member 10 which consists of the said structure forms the compression connection part 16 by swaging, and the film stop member of the film stop member which is not swaging the reduction connection part 16 A plurality of film stopper members can be appropriately connected by slidingly inserted into the end portion of the film fixing groove 15. In particular, after pressurizing the end portion of the film stopper member 10 to be the contracted connecting portion 16 so as to be contracted from four sides during the swaging process, the opening side of the left and right side wall portions 12 and 13 is set to a predetermined depth, for example, a film stopper. The side wall notch portion can be provided by being processed so as to be cut at a depth of 1/3 to 1/2 with respect to the height of the member 19 main body. As a result, it is possible to form the reduced-shaped connecting portion 16 having a predetermined connection strength and to suppress the manufacturing cost of the film stopper member.

Moreover, the vertical width and the left-right width of the reduced size connecting portion 16 can be made shorter than the vertical width and the left-right width of the main body portion of the film stopper member that is not swaged. As a result, when the compression coupling portion 16 of the film stopper member that has been swaged is slid into the end portion of the film stopper member that has not been swaged, the compression linking portion 16 is inserted into the film fixing groove 15 of the film stopper member 10. Will be completely contained.

When attaching the synthetic resin film F to the film stopper member 10, as shown in FIG. 5, the synthetic resin film F is inserted into the film fixing groove 15 from the opening side, and then from above the synthetic resin film F. A dedicated spring S meandering with a predetermined swing width according to the width of the film fixing groove 15 is inserted, and the synthetic resin film F is clamped by the spring S and the left and right side wall portions 12 and 13 of the film fixing groove 15. The synthetic resin film F is prevented from being detached from the film stopper member 10. When a plurality of synthetic resin films F are attached to the film fixing member 10 at the same time, the above-described film fixing operation is repeated every time one synthetic resin film F is fixed, and the synthetic resin film F to be fixed is fixed. The same number of springs S are inserted into the film fixing groove 15 and fixed.

FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view of four types of film stopper members including the film stopper member 10 (FIG. 6 (c)) according to the present embodiment and having different film fixing groove shapes, and FIGS. It is the graph which showed the measurement result of the mechanical characteristic (bending rigidity (lx, ly) and torsional rigidity) of a film stop member.

Table 1 shows data of measurement results of mechanical characteristics. In addition to the dimension specifications of the film stopper member, the bending rigidity (lx) in the direction along the surface of the bottom wall portion of the film stopper member and the bottom wall portion The measurement data of the cross-sectional performance of the bending rigidity (ly) and the torsional rigidity (lp) in the normal direction with respect to the surface is shown.

Figure 0004555247
Figure 0004555247
The cross sections of the film stopper members of the four types of film stopper members (a) to (d) subjected to the measurement of mechanical properties have the following morphological features as shown in FIG.
(A) Comparative Example 1: A film stopper member in which a locking portion is formed so that the ends of the opening portions of the left and right side wall portions are curved outward.
(B) Comparative Example 2: A film stopper member in which box-like film fixing portions are formed so as to be parallel to the upper portions of the left and right side wall portions.
(C) This embodiment: Film stopper provided with a locking portion in which the front end side of each of the left and right side wall portions is curved inward and folded back to have a cylindrical space, and the front end is substantially parallel to the bottom wall portion. It is a member.
(D) Comparative Example 3: The front end side of the left and right side wall portions is bent outwardly in two stages to form a locking portion, and the lower portions of the left and right side wall portions constituting the film fixing groove are curved and the upper portion is linear. A film stopper member formed.

If the spring S is to be attached to the film stopper, as shown in FIG. Comparing the angles α and β formed with the side wall portion of the film stopper member at this time, the spring S becomes the film fixing groove (15) when the angle β formed with the film fixing groove (15) side is larger than α. It is easy to push in and it is easy to have a parallel stable posture.

Looking at the relationship between α and β, it can be seen that except for Comparative Example 2, there is such a relationship of α <β, and there is no problem with the wearability.

NO.1、NO.5、NO.3、NO.2、NO.4というような張り方をする。 When constructing the greenhouse 1, a plurality of film stoppers 10 are used at predetermined intervals in the vertical direction. For example, NO. 1-NO. When the five film stopper members 10 of No. 5 are used, the order in which the films are stopped is usually not one from the other, but NO. 1, NO. 5, NO. 3, NO. 2, NO. Do the tension like 4. When using a PO-based film that is inferior in elasticity to a PVC-based film, the above-mentioned NO. 3-NO. 5, the film often floats from the bottom of the film fixing groove 15. Therefore, the spring S is locked at the upper position of the film fixing groove (15). Even when a plurality of springs S are used in an overlapping manner, the uppermost spring S is locked at the upper position of the film fixing groove (15).

Thus, when the spring S is locked at the upper position of the film fixing groove (15), there is a possibility that the spring S will come off as it is due to the influence of wind or the like. In particular, in Comparative Examples 1 and 3, the risk is great. In the film stopper member 10 and the comparative example 2 according to the present embodiment, since the locking portion (14) protrudes inward, the spring S can be prevented from coming off as much as possible.

Thus, from the viewpoint of the mountability of the spring S and the ability to prevent the spring S from being removed, only the film stopper member 10 according to the present embodiment sufficiently satisfies both performances, and is superior to the other comparative examples 1 to 3. It is clear that

Further, as shown in FIGS. 7 to 9, it can be seen that the film stopper member (FIG. 6C) is superior to other film stopper members in terms of bending rigidity and torsional rigidity. Note that the film stopper member having the box-shaped film fixing groove in FIG. 6B has almost the same mechanical characteristics as that in FIG. 6C, but a plurality of synthetic resin films are used as the film. There is a drawback that it is difficult to stably dispose the spring when it is mounted in the fixing groove, and it can be said that the one shown in FIG. 6C is superior in terms of overall usability.

Table 2 is a comparative table of data evaluating the use characteristics of the film stopper member 10 (c) according to the present example and the film stopper members (a), (b), and (d) according to the above-described comparative examples. FIG. 10 is a cross-sectional view of the film members (a) to (d), in which three springs are included.

Figure 0004555247
In Table 2, the evaluation when using three springs with three synthetic resin films mounted in the film fixing groove, the evaluation of the fit of the synthetic resin film, the evaluation of the holding strength of the polyolefin film, and the film extension A tear evaluation, a tear evaluation when a shoe or the like is stepped on during film application work, a resistance evaluation against rust, and an evaluation of the mechanical characteristics are shown. In each of these evaluations, the ones marked with ◎ are indicated as the best evaluation, and the evaluations are ranked in the order of ◎ → ○ → △ → ▲ → x.

As is clear from Table 2, the film stopper shown in (c) of Table 2 is the best (◎) in all the above evaluations. In particular, it can be seen that the holding strength in the case of holding three synthetic resin films and the strength of the main body are excellent. Therefore, this film stopper can secure the structural strength necessary to maintain the entire greenhouse 1 while reducing the weight of the material to the minimum, and can also be a synthetic resin film having two or more layers. It can be reliably and effectively held, and it is understood that it is excellent in productivity and economy.

FIG. 11 is a partially enlarged perspective view showing the contraction connecting portion (16) in the film stopper members (a) to (d) including the film stopper member 10 according to the present embodiment and having different film fixing grooves.

As shown in the drawing, the film fixing member of the present invention can be easily formed by processing so as to cut out part of the left and right wall portions provided with various different film fixing grooves.

Thus, according to the film stopper member 10 of the present embodiment, the reduced-sized connecting portion 16 that can be inserted into the film fixing groove 15 of the other film stopper member 10 is formed at one or both ends of the film stopper member 10. Even if the film-connecting spring S is a portion where the reduced connecting portion 16 is formed, a plurality of synthetic resin films F can be reliably fixed, and installation workability and economy in the greenhouse 1 or the like It is possible to provide a film stopper 10 having excellent properties and bonding strength.

FIG. 12 is a perspective view of a sheet material fastener applied to the film fastening member 10, and FIG. 13 is an explanatory view showing a fastening state of the sheet material fastener.

The film stopper member 10 includes a locking fold portion formed so that the front end sides of the left and right side wall portions are curved inward and folded back so as to have a columnar space, and the front end thereof is substantially parallel to the bottom wall portion. As shown in FIG. 13, the synthetic resin film F for the greenhouse, the fastening band 3 and the like are fixed through the sheet material fastener 50 mounted in the film fixing groove 15 as shown in FIG.

The sheet material fastener 50 is made of aluminum or aluminum alloy manufactured by extrusion molding or the like, and as shown in FIG. 12, a band-plate-like bottom surface portion 51 whose back surface is in contact with the tightening band 3 that is a sheet material. A connecting portion 52 erected from one longitudinal side of the bottom surface portion 51, and a strip-shaped upper surface portion 53 that is integrally formed at the upper end of the connecting portion 52 and is provided in parallel with the bottom surface portion 51. Thus, it is formed in a substantially letter-like shape in cross-sectional view. In addition, as the length of the sheet material fastener 50, it can be appropriately set according to the sheet material to be fastened, and when the synthetic resin film F is fastened, it may be the same length as the film fastening member 10, If the fastening band 3 is fastened as in the present embodiment, it may be appropriately cut to a length.

As shown in FIG. 13, the bottom surface portion 51 of the sheet material fastener 50 can be disposed in the film fixing groove 15 of the film stopper member 10, and the width of the bottom surface portion 51 is the width of the opening portion of the film stopper member 10. While being formed wider than the width dimension, it is formed narrower than the width dimension of the bottom wall portion 11 of the film stopper member 10.

In addition, one longitudinal side edge of the bottom surface portion 51 is a bulging portion 51 a having a predetermined round shape and having a substantially circular appearance, and the bottom surface portion 51 is formed in the film fixing groove 15 of the film stopper member 10. The bulging portion 51 a can be engaged with the inner sides of the left and right side wall portions 12 and 13 of the film stopper member 10.

Further, one long side edge portion of the bottom surface portion 51 protrudes outward from the connecting portion 52 to form an overhang portion 51b. By providing the overhang portion 51b, the sheet material fastener 50 is fixed to the film. When the film fixing groove 15 of the member 10 is mounted, the protruding portion 51 b can be engaged with the left and right side wall portions 12 and 13 on the other side of the film stopper member 10.

On the upper surface portion 53, an engagement piece portion 53 a that engages with the upper ends of the left and right side wall portions 12 and 13 on the other side of the film stopper member 10 is formed so as to protrude from the upper end of the connecting portion 52 to the outside of the bottom surface portion 51. At the same time, an end portion of the engagement piece 53a is also formed with a bulging portion 53c having a predetermined round shape and having a substantially circular appearance.

Further, as shown in FIG. 12, a curved portion 54 is formed between the engaging piece portion 53 a and the connecting portion 52, and the round portion of the curved portion 54 is a locking portion provided in the film stopper member 10. 14 so that the curved portion 54 and the locking portion 14 are as close as possible to each other when the bottom surface portion 51 is mounted in the film fixing groove 15 of the film stopper member 10.

The upper surface portion 53 is formed with a protruding piece portion 53b that protrudes in the opposite direction to the protruding direction of the engaging piece portion 53a. The connecting portion 52 that connects the bottom surface portion 51 and the top surface portion 53 described above has a shape inclined inward so as to correspond to the left and right side wall portions 12 and 13 of the film stopper member 10, and the width of the bottom surface portion 51 is described above. The range is as wide as possible. In this way, the fastening band 3 can be pressed and held by the sheet material fastener 50 in the film fixing groove 15 of the film stopper member 10.

Furthermore, since the sheet material fastener 50 is urged by the spring S, the overhanging portion 51b is also pressed against and engaged with the inner side of the left and right side wall portions 12 and 13 of the film stopper member 10, even if the direction described above is Even if the reverse force acts on the tightening band 3, the sheet material fastener 50 does not easily fall off from the film fixing groove 15 of the film stopper member 10.

As described above, the film fixing member of the present invention is formed by shrinking one end side of the left and right side wall portions and the bottom wall portion and cutting out a part of the left and right side wall portions, and fixing the film to other film fixing members. The gist of the present invention is to provide a contracted connecting portion that is fitted in the groove, and this is the scope of the present invention. For example, in the present embodiment, the film fixing member having a single film fixing groove is described, but it is also possible to provide two or more film fixing grooves on the same film fixing member.
