More specifically, the present invention relates to a sheet receiving member that is capable of stacking one or more sheets and is configured such that existing connectors and other parts can be used in common.

The shape described in Japanese Patent No. 48-37715 is representative. As shown in Fig. 1, the left and right side walls 2 following the bottom wall 1 are equally symmetrically inclined inward to form an inclined wall, and the upper end of the inclined wall 2 is directed outward (or inward). The curled portions 3, 3 are slightly curved in the direction (direction). The sheet 4 is held down in the groove of the sheet receiving member 11 by an elastic continuous wave-shaped locking line 5.

For example, the sheets 4 may be layered in double or triple layers for the purpose of insulation and heat retention, or a light-shielding film (cheesecloth) or insect repellent net may be placed for the purpose of blocking light, and these sheets may be used to There is a considerable need and desire for things such as being able to be easily removed depending on the situation.

1 and 12, it is very rare to use it alone as a frame material for vinyl houses, etc., and usually the frame of the house is made of so-called lightweight structural materials such as pipes, angles, and C-shaped steel, and then the frame is placed on top of the frame. It is used by attaching and fixing the sheet receiving member 11 or 12 to the sheet receiving member 11 or 12. Therefore, various types of connectors and other parts have been developed and used.

3, the standard type seat receiving member 11 shown in FIG. Insert it toward the lower corner of the socket 14 until it hits the bottom, then twist it to return it to the horizontal position shown in FIG. 3B, and place it in the socket 14. In reality, however, the connector 13 will be operated to achieve the same result as before. Thereafter, the bottom wall 1 of the sheet receiving member 11 is placed on the pipe 16 as shown in FIG.
The latching claws 15, 15 provided on the upper end edge of the socket 14 of No. 3 keep the both side walls 2, 2 in a latching state. When the wedge 17 is driven into the connector 13, the wedge effect causes the pipe 16 and the sheet receiving member 11 to come into strong pressure contact and become connected and fixed. Therefore, the connector 13 can be easily attached and used from the lateral direction of the sheet receiving member 11 when and where necessary.

く、この点が不便であり不経済であつた。 However, the same existing connector 13 cannot be used for the sheet receiving member 12 having the shape shown in FIG. This is because it is taller and wider than the standard type by the amount of the second dovetail groove, so even if it is tilted diagonally, it cannot be inserted like the standard type shown in Figure 3A. This is because it is impossible. Therefore, there is no choice but to develop and use a new dedicated connector for this seat receiving member 12, which is inconvenient and uneconomical.

The upright side walls 23, 23 can accommodate at least one locking line 5, and are formed at a height that does not hinder the insertion of the connector 13 into the socket 14, and the upper end thereof has a substantially inward groove. It is characterized in that the lips 24, 24 bent at right angles are formed to have an inner width dimension that reliably locks the locking line 5 to which the sheet 4 is fastened.

The left and right side walls following the bottom wall 21 are inwardly shaped with relatively large arcs so as to have a predetermined width dimension for use of the connector 13 (for example, 31.5 mm, which is the same as the conventional standard seat receiving member 11). bent, each approx.

is formed. This inclined side wall 22 is located at a position (in width dimension) that is slightly narrower than the inner width dimension of the latching claws 15, 15 that protrude inwardly from the upper end edge of the socket 14 of the connector 13. The standing side wall 2 rises almost vertically upward from the position of about 27.5 mm).
It is formed in 3. In the case of the illustrated example, the outer width dimension of the symmetrical upright side walls 23, 23 is the same as that of the curled portions 3, 3 of the conventional standard sheet receiving member 11.
The outer width dimension is approximately the same as that of the Further, the height of this standing side wall 23 is approximately 3 times the length of the locking line 5.
It can accommodate about a book, and the socket 1 of the connector 13
It is formed at a height that does not pose any problem when it is inserted into the inside of 4 as shown in FIG. 5A. At the upper end of the upright side wall 23, there is a lip 2 bent inward at a substantially right angle.
4 and 24 are formed. The height position of this lip 24 is set to be several mm higher than the top of the curled portion 3 of the conventional standard sheet receiving member 11. Also, the inner width between the pair of lips 4, 4 is such that the second locking line 5' that holds the second sheet 4' is securely caught and there is no risk of it coming off, as shown in Figure 5B. (For example, the internal width is approximately 17.5 mm). The tips of the left-right symmetrical lips 24, 24 are folded back inward, so that there is no risk of damaging the sheet due to burrs that often occur on the edge of the iron plate. However, the tip of the lip 24 may be folded back outward.

る。 As is clear from FIG. 4A, the sheet receiving member 20 of this embodiment is arranged so that it extends from the bottom wall 21 to the inclined side walls 2 on both sides.
2 and 22 are the same as the sheet receiving member 11 shown in FIG. The width dimension is the same, and the height position of the lip 24 is the same as that of the sheet receiving member 1.
It is slightly higher than the top of the curled part 3 of 1, and the inner width between the left and right lips 24 is the same as that of the sheet receiving member 11.
Since the width of the opening is approximately equal to the opening width of the connector 13, when using the connector 13, the seat receiving member 20 has the same width as the standard sheet receiving member 11 of FIG. In exactly the same way, it can be inserted into the socket 14 in an oblique manner and used for connection with the pipe 16, and the connector 13 can be attached and used from the lateral direction of the sheet receiving member 20. 5B on the inclined side wall 22.
As shown in the figure, the hook 15 of the connector 13 is hooked so that it can be connected to the vipe 16 using the wedge 17.
In addition, in the case of this sheet receiving member 20, FIG.
As shown in FIG.
In addition to being able to push it inside 3 and stop it,
Furthermore, if necessary, the purpose of stacking the required number of sheets can be achieved by pushing the third and fourth locking lines inside the upright side walls 23, 23.
