を備える場合に比較して、換気部は電動駆動装置の取付
空間に相当する分だけ広くなり、多くの換気を得ること
ができる。請求項3に記載のサッシは、腰パネル部が開
閉自在となるので、腰パネル部の内部に設けた電動駆動
装置のメンテナンスが容易になる。特に腰パネル部の室
外側を開閉自在にすると、室内空間を有効に利用し、建
物の外側、例えばベランダから開閉し得る利点がある。
