Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide heat-insulating bearing wall structure by a heat-insulating board, in which a heat-insulating material is fixed without beforehand removing the heat-insulating material and by which a bearing wall can be constructed. SOLUTION: A face material 22 for structure is screwed to a column 5 and a stud 6 by using screws 30 and power tools 32 from the heat-insulating material 23 side of the heat-insulating board 21, and the heat-insulating board 21 is fixed firmly without interposing the small pieces of a heat-insulating material 23 among screw head sections 33 and the face material 22 for structure by forwarding the screw sections 32 of the rotated screws 30 and the screw head sections 33 while pushing the heart-insulating material 23 aside, thus building a bearing wall. Accordingly, the heat-insulating material 23 as the mounting section of the heat-insulating board 21 need not be removed, and the heat-insulating board 21 is manufactured easily at low cost.

2. Description of the Related Art In a building such as a house, a heat insulating material is used to keep a room comfortable. However, in order to prevent decay and rust due to dew condensation, a wooden or steel building structure is used. While the external insulation method of attaching insulation to the outdoor side (outdoor side) of the building is becoming popular, social demands for improving the seismic resistance of buildings are increasing, and the structural panel is installed on the outdoor side of the frame to withstand the strength. It has been practiced to mount a heat insulating material on the structural face material constituting the load-bearing wall as a wall.

As shown in FIG. 1, such a heat insulating board 1 is attached to the heat insulating material of the structural face material 2 at a portion corresponding to the mounting position of the heat insulating board 1 to the frame (building structural material). 3 is formed without molding, or is cut after molding to remove the heat insulating material 3, and the structural side material 2 side of the heat insulating board 1 is placed on the outdoor side A of a frame such as a pillar 5 or a stud 6. Then, the structural face material 2 in a portion without the heat insulating material 3 is fixed to a building structural material which is a shaft set such as the pillar 5 or the stud 6 with a short nail 7. Then, a body edge 8 higher than the thickness of the heat insulating material 3 is attached to a portion of the connection portion of the heat insulating board 1 from which the heat insulating material 3 has been removed, or a heat insulating material having the same dimensions as the heat insulating material 3 removed. After preparing and attaching with metal fittings, the body edge is further attached with metal fittings.
The exterior material 9 is located through the “0”. In addition,
In the figure, reference numeral 11 denotes an interior material attached to a shaft set such as the pillar 5 and the stud 6 on the indoor side B.

Thus, the heat insulating board 21 is
When the heat-insulating wall is constructed by attaching the heat-insulating member, a concave portion 34 corresponding to the size of the screw head 33 of the screw 30 is formed in the heat insulating material 23. This makes it possible to close the air in the concave portion 34 in a closed state, thereby contributing to the heat insulation as a heat-insulating air layer. Insulated performance can be obtained.
