2. Description of the Related Art As is well known, one of the weaving techniques widely used in Japan since ancient times is a technique called "Hikihaku" or "Hikibaku".
According to Page, Tankosha Co., Ltd., the first edition issued on June 6, 1977, "Hikihaku-Draw foil-Gold foil, silver foil, etc. cut into thin flat foil using a spatula etc. to prevent twisting, Or insert a bamboo spatula etc. into the open shed, close it, hook a flat foil on the tip of the spatula, pull out the spatula while holding one end, the flat foil is squeezed with a spatula, It is inserted without twisting and shows a luster peculiar to metal because it is held down by warp. It is used for brocades and belts. "Design Training Paper Training Page, 148 pages, Nishijin Design Pattern Paper Cooperative, Heisei 7 According to a report issued on December 12, 2012, "Hikibaku-pulled foil-a technique in which a thinly cut foil slightly longer than the width of the fabric is hung on a cut portion at one end of a spatula and drawn into the warp opening. , Or its foil, characterized in that the foil is woven without turning over In the past, all were manual work, but recently there are also semi-automatic ones. "Further, Japanese Utility Model Registration No. 252432 discloses that" ... The foil 5 as a weft
Is formed by weaving the fabric 6 in a flat foil state without twisting the fabric 6 by a manual operation using a spatula or an automatic foiling apparatus ... ".

Fourth step: The dried sheet is cut into strips having a width of 0.3 to 3 mm by a flat foil slitting slitter, and the strips are kept as they are without being separated. In this state, the PET film is temporarily fixed on a backing paper with the surface (glossy surface) of the PET film facing up to obtain a flat foil thread for a drawn foil. At the time of use, the flat foil yarn for the drawing foil is peeled off one by one from the backing sheet one by one according to the usual method of the drawing foil, and the warp shedding is performed one by one with the surface (glossy surface) of the PET film on the front side. It is drawn into the department and woven.

The flat foil yarn for a draw foil according to the present invention has a thickness of 4 mm.
Since a transparent PET film having a thickness of 0 to 150 μm is formed on the front side, a band or a haori made of a woven fabric by using the foil is woven by using a conventional flat foil for various kinds of foil. It is more durable than those formed, and peeling and discoloration of the pattern formed of the metal foil (as described above) can be prevented as much as possible.

Further, the conventional flat foil yarn for drawing foil using the washi foil washi has a white cross section (color of the washi paper), so if the cut section is exposed on the surface of the woven fabric, "white blur" ( (The phenomenon that the surface of the fabric looks whitish)
The flat foil yarn for a drawing foil according to the present invention using a film has a transparent cut surface, and therefore does not cause “white blur”.
