Abstract

(57)【要約】 【目的】 旅行あるいは仕事等で鞄を持ち歩く際，内容
物を含んだ鞄の重量を簡単に知ることができるようにす
るため，コンパクトな構造で重量の小さな，携帯に適し
た秤の機能を鞄に付与する． 【構成】 鞄の取っ手の握り部分をＡとＢの上下二つに
分割し，この間にロ−ドセルＪを設置し，秤を形成し
て，内容物を含む自体の重量を測定できるようにする．
不使用時にはクラムプ例えばＤでＡ，Ｂを固定し，クラ
ムプには連動するスイッチ例えばＫを付随させ，使用時
に秤と電気回路が作動するようにする．電源は太陽電池
Ｈまたは小型電池，鞄の外側に電子式デジタル重量表示
板Ｉ，内側に付属電子部品等Ｇを設ける．

【発明の詳細な説明】

【発明の属する技術分野】本発明は，秤を組み込んだ鞄
に関するものである．
【０００２】
【従来技術と問題点】旅行あるいは仕事等で鞄を持ち歩
く際，内容物を含んだ鞄の重量を知る必要が生じても，
重くて大きな秤を一緒に持ち歩くことは困難であった．
【０００３】
【問題解決に係わる知見】本発明は，鞄の取っ手の中に
秤の主要な重量感知部を組み込むことにより，重量の増
加も少なく，スペ−スを取らず，コンパクトな構造で鞄
に秤の機能を持たせることを可能にした.
【０００４】
【発明の構成】以下，本発明の構成について説明する．
【０００５】図１のＡ，Ｂのように鞄の取っ手の握り部
分を上下二つに分割し，図４のようにＡ，Ｂの間にロ−
ドセルＪを設置し，これによって取っ手の中で重量を感
知させる．
【０００６】図２のように, Ｊの部分以外では，ＢはＡ
と全く接しないかあるいはＢの下に位置するＡの水平部
分イのみでＡに接している．更に図３のようにカバ−材
料ＣがＡの上に被せられるが，ＢはＣとも接しておらず
両者の間には常に少しの間隔がある．
【０００７】図４のように，例えばＤのような形状のク
ラムプを取っ手の握りの両端に近い部分に取り付け，通
常の時は例えばＤの先端をＢのロの部分に挿入するよう
な方法で，ＢをＡに固定しておき，鞄の重量を測定する
ときのみこのクラムプによる固定をを外し，ＢとＡの間
のＪの部分に，鞄全体の荷重がかかるようにする．
【０００８】重量測定時のロ−ドセルに生じた歪みを検
知するための電気配線Ｌが，取っ手の本体Ａの壁または
内部を通り，取っ手の回転軸を通りニの部分から軸受け
Ｅを通って，更に鞄の本体内部に導かれ，秤の構成に必
要な付属の電子部品Ｇにつながれる．
【０００９】ＤをＢより引き離したときに接続され，Ｄ
を動かしてＢをＡに固定したときに切れるようなクラム
プ連動のスイッチＫ，および場合により更に取っ手の表
面に指で作動させるスイッチＮをつけ，それらの配線Ｍ
をＬと同様にＡの内部からＥを通してＧに接続する．
【００１０】上記取っ手の本体部Ａ，Ｂ，Ｃ，接続部
Ｅ，支持板Ｆ等は，金属またはプラスチックスで製作
し，ＣやＦには厚紙や革のようなものも使用することが
できる．
【００１１】取っ手付近の鞄の外面に，重量表示板Ｈ及
び太陽電池Ｉを配置する．これらは取っ手接続部Ｅとと
もに支持板Ｆの上に取り付けた後，鞄に取り付けても良
く，あるいは鞄本体の外面に直接取り付けても良い．太
陽電池の代わりに小型の電池を使用しても良いが，この
場合は鞄の内側の適当な場所に取り付ける．
【００１２】取っ手の形状，特に取っ手の先端の回転軸
及びその軸受けとなる接続部分の構造や形態には様々な
ものがあるが，殆どのものに本発明の装置を組み込むこ
とが可能である．
【００１３】クラムプによる固定を外し，Ｂの部分を指
または手のひらで持ち上げ，取っ手上にスイッチが無い
場合はそのままで，またスイッチがあればそれを入れる
と，秤及び電気回路を作動させ，鞄の重量を表示板に表
示することができる．

【発明の効果】本発明により，コンパクトな構造で，重
量増加，容量低下の殆ど無い状態で秤を組み込むことが
できるようになったので，秤付きの鞄を持ち歩き，内容
物の重量をいつでも知ることができるようになった．

Claims (3)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】 取っ手の握りの部分を上下二つに分割
    し，その間にロードセルを設置し，秤を形成させて重量
    を測定できるようにした鞄．
  2. 【請求項２】 請求項１に記載した鞄の取っ手の両端
    に，重量測定時以外は，上下二つに分割された握り部分
    を固定して一体化しておくためのクランプを設けた鞄．
  3. 【請求項３】 取っ手にスイッチを取りつけ，スイッチ
    及び請求項１に記載のロ−ドセルよりのそれぞれの電気
    配線を，取っ手の中を通して，鞄の本体内に設置した秤
    の付属電子部品に導く，太陽電池又は小型電池を電源と
    し，重量を電子式のデジタル表示板に表示する秤を組み
    込んだ鞄．
