Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a luminaire which can simplify assembling of lighting circuit structure, also can improve a working property, by integrating a cord bushing with an insulating member. SOLUTION: This luminaire is constituted so that a lighting circuit structure formed by loading required circuit components on a printed-circuit board is set on the luminaire body 1A through an insulating member 20A, and the lighting circuit structure is covered with a metal cover 40A, also at least cords 34 connected to a fluorescent lamp from the lighting circuit structure are led out through an cord leading-out aperture. Here, a cord bushing 25 is integrally formed on the periphery of the insulating member 20A, and a notched aperture 43A is formed in the cover part corresponding to the cord bushing 25. The cords 34 are led out through the cord bushing 25, and the cord bushing is almost surrounding by the aperture in the cover 40A under the condition that the lighting circuit structure is covered with the cover 40A.

[0006] AC power is supplied to the inverter circuit INV via a pull switch PS. As shown in FIG. 19, for example, the pull switch PS is configured by arranging fixed contacts a to h around a rotating movable contact piece.
For example, when the movable contact piece is in contact with the fixed contacts a and e, no AC power is supplied to the inverter circuit INV. When the movable contact piece comes into contact with the fixed contacts b and f by the pulling operation, AC power is supplied to the inverter circuits INV1 and INV2, and the first and second ring-shaped fluorescent lamps 13a and 13b are provided.
Lights up. When the movable contact piece contacts the fixed contacts c and g, power is supplied only to the inverter circuit INV2, so that only the second annular fluorescent lamp 13b is turned on. Further, when the movable contact piece comes into contact with the fixed contacts d and h, the second annular fluorescent lamp 13b is turned off and only the bead ball IL is turned on.

The glove 14 is attached to the instrument body 1 as follows. First, as shown in FIG.
After the curved portion 16 of the glove 14 is positioned so as not to correspond to the simple attaching / detaching means 6, the glove 14 is pressed so that the rising portion 15 thereof is pressed against the taper portion 7a of the glove fixing claw 7. If you lift it as shown by the arrow (right arrow)
The glove fixing claw 7 retreats in the direction of the illustrated arrow (left arrow) against the spring 11. When the rising portion 15 passes through the taper portion 7a, the glove fixing claw 7 moves forward by the spring 11, as shown in FIG.
The locking portion 14 of the glove 14 is provided on the upper surface of the glove fixing claw 7.

By the way, in this luminaire, the lighting circuit assembly is assembled as follows, for example. First, as shown in FIGS. 15 and 18, the lighting circuit structure 30 is inserted into the insulating member 20, and the guide pins 22 and 22 are inserted into the guide holes 35 and 35.
The four locking claws 23 are supported by being inserted and locked in the four locking holes 36. A connector 33 having sockets SKa, SKb at its ends via the cords 34, 34 is connected to the pin connectors 32a, 32b of the lighting circuit assembly 30.
a and 33b are combined. Next, code bushing 5
The cords 34, 34 are inserted into the holes 0, 50 and the insertion holes 51, 5 thereof.
1 through the respective sockets SKa and SKb. Next, the insulating member 20 on which the lighting circuit structure 30 is mounted and supported is arranged in the appliance main body 1 so that the concave portion 20b of the insulating member 20 is inserted into the concave portion 1c of the appliance main body 1. Next, the respective sockets SKa, SKb are inserted into the openings 43, 43 of the cover 40 from inside to outside, and the code bushings 50, 50 are also inserted into the openings 43, 43 and mounted. . Then, the cover 40 is arranged on the insulating member 20 such that the lighting circuit structure 30 is covered and the insertion hole 44 matches the insertion hole 21. In this state, the screw is screwed into the screw hole of the instrument body 1 via the insertion hole 44 and the insertion hole 21 to complete the assembly.

According to this configuration, the opening 4 of the cover 40 is formed.
The code 34 derived through 3 is a code bushing 5
Since it is protected by zero, even if there is a burr or the like at the time of processing at the peripheral portion of the opening 43, damage due to the burr can be eliminated. Moreover, since the insulating member 20 is interposed between the lighting circuit assembly 30 and the appliance body 1, even if the connection between the circuit component and the printed wiring is exposed on the back side of the printed board 31, The electrical insulation between the lighting circuit assembly 30 and the appliance body 1 can be sufficiently maintained.
Further, since the lighting circuit structure 30 is covered with the cover 40, excellent effects are obtained such that an electric shock or the like can be reliably prevented without touching the hands.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, in order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a lighting circuit assembly, which is obtained by mounting desired circuit components on a printed circuit board and wiring them, to an appliance body via an insulating member. The lighting circuit structure is covered with a metal cover, and at least the code connected to the fluorescent lamp from the lighting circuit structure is led out through an opening for leading out the code of the cover. In a lighting fixture, a code bushing is integrally formed on a peripheral portion of the insulating member, and a notch-shaped opening is formed in a cover portion corresponding to the code bushing. The lead-out is guided through the bushing, and the code bushing is substantially surrounded by the opening of the cover when the lighting circuit structure is covered by the cover.

As described above, according to the present invention, since the code bushing is integrally formed on the peripheral edge of the insulating member, the cover is mounted on the insulating member and supported by the insulating member. When arranging the lighting circuit structure to cover it,
The code bushing is automatically surrounded by the opening.
Therefore, the separate code bushing is covered as in the prior art.
The assembly work can be performed efficiently, since the work of mounting on the vehicle can be completely omitted.
