There were also lighting devices that connected to the ballast without using electric wires by using a wiring component that was a composite component that integrated a small bulb socket, a glow socket, and a switch. (See, for example, Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 56-51216) [Problems to be solved by the invention] In the former type of fluorescent lamp lighting equipment, there is a lot of work (for example, soldering) to connect electric wires to each part, and the assembly work is difficult. there were. Furthermore, since there are a large number of wires, wiring errors are likely to occur, and the inside of the device body becomes cluttered with the wires.

[Effects of the Invention] The present invention provides a lighting block configured by mounting electronic components of a lighting circuit on a printed circuit board for stably lighting the above-mentioned fluorescent lamp, a switch for switching a load including the fluorescent lamp,
Attach wiring parts such as a socket for attaching a miniature bulb and a lamp boulder having a socket part that holds a fluorescent lamp and supplies power to the fixture body, and then attach a printed circuit board, wiring parts, and lamp holder to the fixture body. Insert and connect the electrical connection part provided on the printed circuit board and the electrical connection parts provided on the wiring component and lamp holder respectively so that they are at the same height when installed, and the socket part is exposed to the outside. Since the body cover that covers the lamp holder, lighting block and wiring parts is attached to the main body of the appliance, each part can be assembled in the same direction, improving assembly efficiency. Electrical connections can be made at the same time as parts and lighting blocks are installed without using electric wires, making automatic assembly possible.
Moreover, since no electric wire is used to connect the socket portion to which the fluorescent lamp is connected, there is an effect that the appearance does not become ugly. By providing openings for installing wiring parts and lamp holders on the printed circuit board so that wiring parts and lamp holders can be installed on the equipment body after the splint board is attached to the equipment body, lamp holders and wiring parts can be installed. It can be replaced regardless of the lighting block, and the wiring parts and lamp holder are positioned and fixed on the fixture body so that the force when installing the wiring parts and lamp holder on the fixture body is received by the fixture body. Because of this, during assembly, force is applied to the electrical connection part on the lighting block side, and the connection part between the printed circuit board and the electrical connection part does not peel off, improving the reliability of the connection. Furthermore, if you install the printed circuit board with the side where the electronic components of the lighting block are mounted as the main/body side of the device, the electronic components of the lighting block will not be exposed when the main body cover is removed, and there is no risk of them being damaged by touching them. Also, since the pattern side of the printed circuit board faces downward when installing the equipment, there is no accumulation of dust.
Insulation failure due to moisture absorption by lumps is also less likely to occur.
