2. Description of the Related Art In general, as a joint structure of an outer wall material, for example, as shown in FIG. 3, a joint portion 32 having a predetermined width formed between joining ends of two outer wall materials 31, 31 is used.
A hat joiner 33 is provided on the back surface side of the outer wall material 31 inside, and a caulking material 34 (or a putty material) such as a silicon-based or urethane-based material is provided on the outer wall material 31 surface side of the joiner 33 in the joint portion 32. Filling so that the surface on the front side is flush with the surfaces of both outer wall materials 31, 31;
It is known that the surfaces of both outer wall materials 31, 31 or the caulking material 34 are coated. Incidentally, in FIG.
Numeral 35 is a coating film formed by painting, and numeral 36 is a rim material as an outer wall base to which each outer wall material 31 is fixed by nails.

[0003] Further, as shown in FIG.
1, 31 are fixed to the body material 36 in a state where their joint ends are abutted with each other, and the joint portions 32 are coated on the surfaces of both outer wall materials 31, 31 without using a caulking material or the like. 35 may be formed.

However, in the latter conventional joint structure (FIG. 4), the surface accuracy of the outer wall members 31 and 31 depends on the thickness accuracy of each outer wall member 31 and unevenness of the rim member 36. May not be flush, and a step may occur in the coating film 35 along the joint portion 32. Further, stress concentrates on the coating film 35 on the joint portion 32 due to the movement of each outer wall material 31 and the body edge material 36,
There is a problem that the stretch of the coating film 35 cannot follow the opening of the joint portion 32 and the coating film breaks at the joint portion 32.

On the other hand, in the former joint structure (FIG. 3),
Since the caulking material 34 has elasticity and can follow the movement of each of the outer wall materials 31 and the rim material 36, the coating film is less likely to be cut at the joint portions 32. However, since the so-called thinning phenomenon occurs due to the volatilization of the solvent or the like before the surface of the outer wall material 31 side of the caulking material 34 is hardened after application, the coating film 35 is dented along the joint portion 32. There's a problem. Although the volume change of the caulking material 34 is about 5%, the portion of the caulking material 34 that is in contact with the joining end portions of the outer wall materials 31 and the joiner 33 is harder to move than the outer wall material 31 surface side. In addition, the joints 32 in the width direction central portion on the outer wall material 31 surface side surface are intensively thinned, so that the dents of the coating film 35 become conspicuous.

The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and an object of the present invention is to improve the joint structure of the outer wall material to improve the structure of the outer wall material so that the coating film breaks at the joint of the coating and the step is reduced. In order to prevent appearance defects such as dents and the like from occurring.

More specifically, in the invention of claim 1, the joint structure of the outer wall material is formed between the joining ends of the two outer wall materials, and has a predetermined width at least on the surface side of the outer wall material. An insertion recess, an elastic body inserted into the insertion recess with a gap formed between the insertion recess and a side surface of the insertion recess, and a gap between the side surface of the insertion recess and the elastic body or an outer wall of the elastic body. A putty material which is filled on the material surface side so that the surface on the outer wall material surface side is flush with the surfaces of the two outer wall materials, and the elastic body is bonded to the joining end portions of the both outer wall materials, respectively. It is assumed that the surface of the material or putty has been painted.

Thus, since the elastic body is bonded to the side surface of the insertion recess (the joint end of both outer wall materials) via the elastic putty material, the elastic body expands and contracts following the movement of the outer wall material and the outer wall base. In addition, it is possible to prevent the coating film from breaking at the joint. Also, since the surface of the putty material is flush with the surfaces of both outer wall materials,
No step is formed in the coating film. Further, since the volume of the elastic body does not decrease with the lapse of time, the elastic body is not thinned like a caulking material. On the other hand, the putty material becomes thin, but its thickness can be made considerably smaller than that of the elastic body, so that even if the putty material becomes thin, the dents in the coating film can be made less noticeable. Therefore, it is possible to prevent appearance defects from occurring at joints of the coating.

According to the present invention, the elastic body can be temporarily fixed to the bottom surface of the insertion concave portion before filling the putty material during construction, so that the workability can be improved.
In particular, since it can be temporarily fixed at the center of the insertion recess in the width direction, gaps can be reliably formed on both sides of the elastic body, and the gaps can be filled with the putty material. It can be assured. Further, since the putty material can be prevented from wrapping around the back surface side of the elastic body by the adhesive, the three-sided bonding in which the back surface of the elastic body is bonded to the bottom surface of the insertion recess by the putty material can be prevented. . For this reason, the elastic body is bonded only to both outer wall materials (2
Thus, it is possible to prevent the elongation from being restricted, and it is possible to reliably prevent the coating film from breaking at the joint. Moreover, even if the pressure-sensitive adhesive loses its tackiness due to aging, it does not adhere and fix the elastic body to the bottom surface of the insertion recess by curing. Therefore, it is possible to more reliably prevent the appearance failure of the coating while maintaining good workability.

According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the first or second aspect, the insertion concave portion is provided only on the outer wall material surface side,
The back side of the insertion recess is in a state where the joining end portions of both outer wall materials abut against each other.

By doing so, even if the coating film, elastic body and putty material which are organic at the time of a fire are burned, the outer wall material is made of an inorganic material so that the penetration of the flame into the inside of the wall can be achieved by the abutting portion. Can be prevented. Therefore, the fire protection inside the wall can be improved.

According to the fourth aspect of the present invention, the first, second or third aspect of the present invention is provided.
In the invention of the above, the outer wall material is obtained by integrally laminating a front and back layer composed of mineral fibers, an inorganic powder and a binder, and an intermediate layer composed of an inorganic foam and a binder, and has a specific gravity of the whole. Is 0.6 to 0.9.

[0015] Thus, the specific gravity of the entire outer wall material is reduced to 0.
By setting it to 9 or less, both the front and back layers and the intermediate layer have many voids inside, so that the putty material can penetrate into the voids and improve the adhesion with the elastic body by the anchor effect. In addition, the occurrence of coating film breakage can be effectively suppressed. In addition, nailing is easy, and cracks can be prevented from occurring in the nailed portion. On the other hand, by setting the specific gravity of the entire outer wall material to 0.6 or more, it is possible to appropriately maintain nail holding force such as nail head penetration resistance and nail side surface resistance. Furthermore, since the front and back layers are made of mineral fibers, the nail head can be easily driven until it is flush with the surface of the outer wall material, and cracks are unlikely to occur during the driving, so that the nail head is not noticeable by painting. can do. Therefore,
An outer wall material optimal for the joint structure according to the first, second, or third aspect of the invention can be easily obtained.

The elastic body 6 is inserted into the insertion recess 3 of the joint 2 with a gap formed between both side surfaces of the insertion recess 3 (joining end surfaces of the outer wall materials 1 and 1). Have been. The elastic body 6 also has a substantially rectangular cross section, and the gap between both sides of the insertion recess 3 and the elastic body 6 is set to about 1 mm. The thickness of the elastic body 6 is set to be about 1 mm smaller than the depth of the insertion recess 3 (the same as the thickness of the outer wall material 1). The elastic body 6 preferably has an elongation of 50% or more. For example, a molded urethane foam having an elongation of 150% is suitable. In addition, a synthetic resin foam such as foamed polyethylene or EPDM (ethylene propylene dimonomer) foam may be used. Further, it may be of the same quality as the putty material 9 described later, but in this case, it is necessary to use a material that has been cured until there is no change in volume.

The procedure for obtaining the joint structure is as follows. First, one outer wall member 1 is fixed to the rim member 12 by nailing, and then about 1 mm to the joint end face of the fixed outer wall member 1. The elastic body 6 is temporarily fixed to the rim member 12 via the adhesive 7 so as to leave a gap. That is, the elastic body 6 is temporarily fixed before the insertion recess 3 is formed. Next, the other outer wall material 1 is nailed and fixed to the body edge material 12 so that a gap of about 1 mm is formed between the joint end surface and the elastic body 6. After the outer wall materials 1 and 1 are fixed to the frame member 12 such that the distance between the joining end surfaces thereof is about 2 mm larger than the width of the elastic body 6, the insertion recess 3 is formed. Alternatively, the elastic body 6 may be temporarily fixed.

Subsequently, both sides of the insertion recess 3 and the elastic body 6
An elastic putty material 9 is filled into the gap between the elastic members 6 or the surface of the outer wall material 1 so that the surface on the surface side of the outer wall material 1 is flush with the surfaces of the outer wall materials 1 and 1. The surface of the materials 1, 1 to the putty material 9 is coated to form a coating film 11.

Therefore, in the first embodiment, the joint portion 2 formed between the joining ends of the two outer wall materials 1 and 1 is provided.
The elastic body 6 is adhered to the joining end portion of the outer wall materials 1 and 1 via the elastic putty material 9 in the insertion concave portion 3. Since the film 11 expands and contracts following the movement, the coating film 11 does not break at the joint portion 2. Further, since the surface of the putty material 9 is flush with the surfaces of the outer wall materials 1 and 1, no step is formed on the coating film 11. Further, since the volume of the elastic body 6 does not decrease due to a change with the passage of time, the elastic body 6 does not become thin like a caulking material. On the other hand, the putty material 9 becomes thin, but the thickness of the putty material 9 is about 1 mm.
Dents can be made less noticeable. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the appearance defect from occurring at the joint 2 of the coating with a simple configuration.

Further, since the adhesive 7 is provided on the back surface of the elastic body 6, before filling the putty material 9 at the time of construction, the elastic body 6 is moved to the joint portion 2 width on the fixing surface of the outer wall material 1 of the body edge material 12. Can be temporarily fixed at the center in the direction, and the workability can be improved, and a gap can be secured on both sides of the elastic body 6 to reliably fill the gap with the putty material 9. The body 6 can be securely bonded to the joining end portions of the outer wall materials 1 and 1. Since the putty material 9 can be suppressed from going around the back surface of the elastic body 6 by the adhesive 7, it is possible to prevent the elastic body 6 from being bonded to the body edge material 12, thereby preventing three-sided adhesion. . For this reason, the two-sided adhesion that the elastic body 6 is adhered only to both the outer wall materials 1 and 1 can be secured, so that the extension of the elastic body 6 is not limited by the three-sided adhesion, and 11 is the joint 2
Can be reliably prevented from being cut. Moreover, even if the pressure-sensitive adhesive 7 loses its tackiness due to aging, the elastic body 6 is not bonded and fixed to the body member 12 by curing. Therefore, it is possible to more effectively prevent the occurrence of poor appearance of the coating while maintaining good workability.

Further, each outer wall material 1 is obtained by laminating and integrating front and back layers 1a, 1a made of mineral fiber, inorganic powder and binder, and an intermediate layer 1b made of inorganic foam and binder. Since the overall specific gravity is 0.6 to 0.9, the front and back layers 1a, 1a and the intermediate layer 1 have a low specific gravity.
b both have many voids inside, and the putty material 9 can penetrate into the voids to improve the adhesion to the elastic body 6 by the anchor effect, effectively preventing the occurrence of coating film breakage. Can be prevented. In addition, nailing is easy, and cracks can be prevented from occurring at the nailed portion. On the other hand, nail holding forces such as nail head penetration resistance and nail side resistance can be favorably maintained by setting the specific gravity to 0.6 or more. Further, since the front and back layers 1a, 1a are made of mineral fibers, the nail head can be easily driven until it is flush with the surface of each outer wall material 1, and cracks hardly occur during the driving. For this reason, the nail head can be made inconspicuous by coating each outer wall material 1. Therefore, each of the outer wall materials 1 can be optimized for the joint structure of the present invention.
