2. Description of the Related Art Conventional road marking construction includes a normal temperature type and a heating type. The heating type has good drying properties, has high working efficiency, and is widely used. The width of the outlet of the melting pot was adjusted in order to apply the heating type melting indication paint on the road surface such as roads and parking lots. This was excellent for straight line work such as road markings and lane markings. Forming a pattern by applying the stencil technique is widely used, but the thickness of the paint is thin and the display effect is weak due to the drawback of the pattern bleeding and sagging.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to form a thick pattern and fill the details of the pattern with paint in a short time. As a problem, since the molten paint hangs or flows out of the mold before it is fixed, the bleeding of the pattern occurs and it is difficult to form the wall thickness. The paint was not filled in the details of the pattern, and it was difficult to form various patterns. For this reason, applications have been limited, and drawing a straight line of a road sign or a lane marking has been mainly limited. The present invention solves these problems, and aims to draw various relief patterns including curves on a so-called pavement surface such as concrete or asphalt using a hot-melt paint, and to draw thick and multicolored. In other words, it is to develop various uses other than the straight line construction to enhance the economic effect. An object of the present invention is to solve this problem and to provide a method for displaying a relief pattern of a heated molten paint.

Means for Solving the Problems In order to achieve the above object, the present invention is constituted by the following means. First, the basic configuration will be described. (1) The heat-type molten coating material is composed of aggregate (extending pigment) such as lime, short glass fiber, thermoplastic synthetic resin, coloring pigment, curing accelerator, metal powder such as aluminum powder, and the like. (2) The pattern plate has flexibility, elasticity, and heat resistance, and is preferably a veneer plate, a cardboard, a rubber thick plate, a foamed rubber plate, a felt plate, or a composite material thereof that is easily cut. This is because the pavement has some irregularities and the elasticity of the composite material improves the closeness. An appropriate pattern is provided on the pattern board, but the contour of the pattern must always be integrated with the entire pattern board. In addition, a taper is formed which spreads toward the lower part of the penetrating pattern to facilitate cutting. The pattern plate forms a flat plate or a ring,
The annular pattern board rotates back and forth in the longitudinal direction. (3) An extruder consisting of a cylinder and a screw is provided at the bottom of the heating type melting pot in order to fill the pattern with paint. In addition, a pressure plate is provided at the extrusion opening (base). Therefore, the pattern plate overlaps between the pressure plate and the pavement surface, and the molten paint is extruded into the pattern space to fill the details and form a thick pattern at the same time. (4) Filling the penetrating pattern of the pattern plate pressed and held between the rotating cylindrical rollers with a heated molten paint to form a relief pattern.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
This will be described with reference to FIGS. Water drops on so-called pavement surfaces made of concrete or asphalt,
A pattern flat plate (2) of a composite material (28) of foam rubber and a rubber plate sprayed with a release agent such as silicone rubber is laid. The adhesive is sprayed on the paved surface through the penetrated pattern. On the other hand, a description will be given of an embodiment in which a heating type molten paint (5) is heated and melted at 170 to 220 ° C. in a heating pot, and a paint extruding structure is provided in the heating type melting pot in order to fill the molten paint in a short time. The heated and melted paint (5) flows into a cylinder (8), and is pressed by a screw (10) rotated by a motor (9) and extruded from an extrusion port (11). The pressure plate (12) is brought into close contact with the penetrating pattern (3) penetrating the pattern plate, and the heated type molten paint is flowed under pressure. The pattern flat plate has elasticity, and comes into close contact with the pavement surface by the pressure of the pressure plate to prevent the paint from dripping or flowing out. Use a spatula or roller to trim the top of the paint and remove excess paint. After the paint has cured in a few minutes, the pattern board is removed. The thickness of the embossed pattern is adjusted by the thickness of the template and the amount of paint. It is possible to form various relief patterns by using various kinds of color paints, and when a metal powder is mixed into the paint, there is a metallic color effect. Also,
By spraying glass peas, a further reflection effect can be obtained.

FIG. 2 shows an embodiment in which a pattern of annular rubber plate material is used on an asphalt pavement surface and the pattern is displayed as a relief pattern. An annular pattern plate having a pattern penetrated is suspended by a guide roller and rotated at a low speed in the direction from A to B. While displaying the relief pattern on the pavement surface, the annular pattern board touches the asphalt pavement surface, moves like a caterpillar,
Therefore, the whole body (4) moves. The description will be made sequentially according to the order of construction. A release agent silicone oil or water is sprayed from a release spray (16) onto the annular pattern plate (14) suspended on the guide roller (15). This is to prevent paint adhesion. At point C where the penetrating pattern is grounded, an adhesive is sprayed from the pliers spray (17) through the penetrating part of the pattern onto the asphalt pavement surface (1). Next, when the annular pattern plate moves slowly and the heating type melting pot reaches the point C, the molten paint is extruded from the extruder (7) into the penetrating pattern through the pressure plate (12), and the pattern is filled with the paint. I do. The embossed pattern cools and settles on the asphalt pavement. Next, the excess paint is removed with a rotating spatula (18), and a transparent or the same color glass peas is sprayed with a glass peas spray (19).
Sprinkle more on the pattern. Pressure roller for next process (20)
Fix the pattern top with and cool it with an air cooling blower (21)
Fix the relief pattern. The ring-shaped pattern board separated from the asphalt pavement surface is removed of the paint adhered by the rotating brush (22), and rotates to move to the initial position. With the above configuration, a series of patterns appear repeatedly and continuously, and a relief pattern (13) can be formed on the asphalt pavement surface. This device unit can be connected by color, and the pattern can be displayed according to the line drawn with chalk in advance. Therefore, several types of color patterns are possible. In this case, if the pattern of the pattern board is provided in different colors, workability is improved, and color mixing of the paint can be prevented.

Since the present invention is configured as described above, the following effects can be obtained. By using the present invention, the sagging and protrusion of the paint can be prevented, the thickness of the paint can be increased, and a complicated pattern can be clearly drawn. Compared to the simple straight line display and the flat expression of oil paint that were conventionally implemented, the solidity has been improved, and continuous relief patterns including curves can be easily displayed on asphalt and concrete pavement surfaces. Patterns are now possible. The field of use has expanded, and it is inexpensive and has higher workability than tile construction and mortar cement construction, so its applications have expanded and new economic effects have been developed. For example, by drawing a relief pattern on a plaza such as an amusement park, theme park or park, the individuality of the plaza can be expressed, and the ground space can be elegantly expressed. In addition, by drawing in a pavement space such as a hotel or a golf course entrance approach, a restaurant, or a store, the atmosphere of the whole building is represented, and it has the effect of making it look larger than a building alone. For example, if an arabesque border is formed on the square in front of a European dynasty-style building, the building and the square are unified, which has the effect of complementing the building. In the restaurant business of the roadside service industry, for example, in the case of a Chinese restaurant, drawing a character pattern can express the individuality of the whole store, and at the same time, the square and the building can be made to look bigger together, which has the effect of attracting customers. As described above, a space as a mere plane represents an effect such as a picture frame, and there are various uses.
