入しているO−157菌や大腸菌、ブドー球菌、レンサ
球菌、サルモネラ菌、腸炎ビブリオ菌などを確実に殺菌
でき、それらの菌による事故を防止出来る。又、爪楊枝
2の原価が安いため、爪楊枝2にアリルイソチオシアネ
ート1を浸透させ、ポリ袋などで密封しても、その製造
