In a conventional wooden fence, it takes time and effort to assemble each member such as a wooden pillar and a plate or a panel, and there are many fixing points using bolts. The work was complicated and the installation took a long time. In addition, wooden fences are soft and highly elastic, making it difficult for children to get hurt even if they hit them.Although they are suitable for installation in parks and other places with many children, they have low stiffness and are subject to strong winds. They often fall down, break or break when people lean or lean on them, requiring frequent maintenance.

According to the present invention, a wooden fence installed in a green space such as a park or a residential area can be assembled in a short time with a simple operation by minimizing fixing points by bolts, and can be made of a soft woody material. An object of the present invention is to have sufficient rigidity equivalent to that of a metal fence while maintaining the appearance, and not to be easily broken even by a strong wind as in a conventional case.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, a wooden fence according to the present invention comprises a pair of frame plates formed with fitting concave grooves on opposing peripheral surfaces of a core made of a square metal tube. And a panel having recesses provided on both sides of the core material and fixing hooks fixed to the lower side surface of the core material, a decorative panel formed by incorporating a grid material into a rectangular frame member, and an end portion. A decorative panel is provided between struts that have a cap that is formed so as to be able to engage with the upper end of the core material and a lid that is attached to the top of the strut, and that are erected at appropriate intervals on the mounting frame surface. Attach, support the bottom of the decorative panel inserted in the panel insertion groove with the side end locked by the locking hook, support the bridge, and bridge the bridge between the posts, and put the lid on the joint of the pillar and the bridge. It was attached, and the cap was fixed to the support with the lid (claim 1).

According to this, since the core member made of a metal tube is disposed at the core of the column, the rigidity of the column is increased, making it difficult for the column to fall or deform, and the decorative panel to be mounted between the columns. And support the Kasagi stably. The bridge from the top of the fence disperses the load from above the fence to the struts at both ends through the bridge, thereby preventing deformation due to the concentration of the load. The decorative panel and the column are joined in the panel insertion recess, and the lid is attached to the junction between the cap and the column, and neither joint is exposed, so a direct impact is applied to the joint from the outside. It is difficult for the members to deform or separate or come off from each other, and is not directly exposed to rainwater, etc., and can be protected from corrosion, rust, etc., so that the initial joint state is stably maintained. You.

[0007] Since the frame is attached to the square core material by fitting the frame plate with the fitting concave groove, the frame plate is firmly fixed to the core material, and the variation in the mounting position of the frame plate between the supports is reduced. As a result, the panel insertion recesses provided on both sides of the core material also have a predetermined width. The fence can be assembled by attaching a decorative panel and a shade between the juxtaposed columns, and attaching a lid on the top of the column, and using bolts only when the lid can be attached to the column, the decorative panel Since the head and the cap can be attached without using bolts, the attachment of these members does not require much trouble. The decorative panel shall be fitted in both sides into the panel insertion recess and the bottom shall be locked by the locking hook. This eliminates the need for cumbersome mounting adjustments, and the fence can be assembled in a short time as long as the columns are accurately positioned with respect to the body surface.

[0008] In the fitting form of the cap and the core material, a locking hook bent in an inverted U-shape is fixed to the end of the cap, and the locking hook is provided so as to engage with the upper edge of the core material. (Claim 2). In this case, if the end of the cap to which the locking hook is fixed is provided in such a width that the locking hook can be inserted into the panel insertion recess, the locking hook is positioned in the panel insertion recess and is exposed to the outside when engaged with the core material. Not preferred.

In another form, a support can be provided so that a core material protrudes from an upper end of a frame plate, and a support can be provided so that a bottom portion of a cap is engaged with an upper end of the core material.
In this case, since the cap overlaps with the support, the lid is attached to the support from above the support, and the cap is fixed in a sandwiched state between the cover and the upper part of the support.

The above-mentioned cap is mainly used for supporting and protecting the upper part of the decorative panel, or for use as a hand rub of the fence. However, the rigidity of the decorative panel is sufficiently high so that protection of the upper part of the panel is unnecessary. May be a form that does not use a cap. That is, the decorative panel is mounted between the columns erected at appropriate intervals on the mounting frame surface, and the bottom of the decorative panel with the side end inserted into the panel insertion recess is locked by the locking hook. It can be formed by supporting and locking the upper part of the decorative panel by using a fixing device as required, and attaching a lid to the top of the column (claim 4).

In any of the above embodiments, it is possible to provide a woody, warm, soft fence with little exposure of the metal members while having the same rigidity as the metal fence. Each member constituting the fence is formed using wood, but if a natural woody feeling is realized, some or all members may be formed using a synthetic resin material having appropriate elasticity. You may. In addition, in any form of assembling, the number of fixing points and adjustment points using bolts can be reduced, so that each member is manufactured as a single unit, and the necessary number of these are transported to a construction site and the required number of units are transported. Can be easily assembled. further,
If several types of pillars with different dimensions and decorative panels with different lattice patterns are formed, these can be selectively used to form a variety of fences with different designs such as heights and patterns.
