【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 一定肉厚の円壁を有する小径の鋼管と、
薄肉鋼板からなる大径のスリーブ金具とからなり、 前記鋼管は、一端に弾性ホースのホース端部を外周に挿
入可能に形成した挿入端部と、該挿入端部の他端側にて
該鋼管の外周面から径方向外方に突出した第1の環状膨
出部と該第1の環状膨出部の背後に径方向外方に突出し
て該第1の環状膨出部の外径より大きい外径に形成され
た第2の環状膨出部とを備え、 前記スリーブ金具は、直円筒部とその一端内側を閉じる
鍔部と、該直円筒部に対し同心円状に該鍔部に形成さ
れ、直径が前記第1の環状膨出部外径に等しいかそれよ
り大きくかつ前記第2の環状膨出部外径より小さい組付
孔とを備え、 前記直円筒部は前記鋼管の挿入端部外周に同心的にかつ
前記鍔部は前記第2の環状膨出部に当接せしめて配置さ
れ、前記組付孔が前記第1の環状膨出部と第2の環状膨
出部間に形成された谷間に挟まれた状態にかしめつけら
れていることを特徴とするホース接続継手。

記鋼管の挿入端部外周に同心的にかつ前記鍔部は前記第
2の環状膨出部に当接せしめて配置され、前記組付孔が
前記第1の環状膨出部と第2の環状膨出部間に形成され
た谷間に挟まれた状態にかしめつけられているホース接
続継手を備え、 前記鋼管の挿入端部と前記スリーブ金具の直円筒部間に
前記弾性ホースのホース端部が挿入され、該ホース端部
が該挿入端部に対して該直円筒部により外周からかしめ
つけられていることを特徴とするホース接続構造。
