Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is generally applied to a relatively thin-walled thin metal pipe having a diameter of about 20 mm or less and a thickness of about 1.2 mm or less, which is provided as a supply path for oil supply or air supply to automobiles or various machines and devices. For example, the present invention relates to a method for reinforcing the connection end portion of the thin-walled thin metal pipe related to a connection structure with a pressure-resistant rubber hose or a resin tube covered with a braided braided metal thin wire on the outside and the structure thereof.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as this type of reinforcing structure, for example, as shown in FIG. 10, FIG. 11 or FIG. 12, a short reinforcing pipe (P 4 ) is provided in the vicinity of the connection end of the metal pipe (P 3 ). 10 is inserted into the insertion portion having the same diameter as shown in FIG. 10 with the relevant dimensions for insertion, or the inner end where the reinforcing pipe (P 4 ) is inserted on the pipe (P 3 ) side. A stepped portion (P ′ 3 ) is provided at the peripheral edge and is engaged and inserted as shown in FIG. 11, or the reinforcing pipe (P 4 ) is inserted into a metal pipe (P 3 ) Clamping (5) with each other and engaging and inserting them, or both of them were simply inserted with loose insertion.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in such a conventional technique, in the case of FIG. 10, in relation to the loose insertion by artificial push-in, there is a problem due to processing variations in mutual insertion allowance. It was difficult to keep the position constant. Further, in FIG. 11, the step portion processing at the fixed position from the end portion is easily caused after the insertion in relation to the step portion (P ′ 3 ) in the direction of the support portion. Was annoying. Further, in the case of FIG. 12, the caulking operation between the metal pipe (P 3 ) and the reinforcing pipe (P 4 ) is often uncertain, and at the same time, the outer periphery on the pipe (P 3 ) side is clamped by the chuck during caulking. The heat-resistant plating layer on the surface has problems such as damage. In addition, both of these have problems such that the fixing with the reinforcing pipe (P 4 ) becomes unstable and the movement occurs.
[0004]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems of the prior art, and has a press-fitting wall portion provided with a slightly enlarged diameter and / or deformation at only one end portion of the insertion portion formed by the reinforcing tube. By press-fitting, engaging and fixing in the vicinity of the connection end of the part, it is possible to extremely easily perform the press-fitting engagement work of the reinforcing pipe by a fixing structure at the part of the press-fitting wall. At the same time, the positioning of the press-fitting from the other end can be made constant and the variation can be eliminated, and the connection end of the thin-walled thin metal pipe that can be securely fixed on the inner peripheral surface of the metal pipe It is an object of the present invention to provide a reinforcing method and a structure thereof.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, according to a first embodiment of the present invention, a compression fitting wall portion is formed by slightly expanding or / and deforming one end portion of a short-sized reinforcing tube, and is formed in a metal pipe. Thin-walled thin diameter that is inserted from the other end of the reinforcing pipe, and is press-fitted and fixed to the inner peripheral surface of the metal pipe with the press-fitting wall, and a connection part having a desired shape is formed near the connection end of the metal pipe. It is characterized by a method of reinforcing a connection end of a metal pipe.
[0006]
Further, the second embodiment of the present invention is a connection end structure with a double wall that forms a connection part of a desired shape in the vicinity of the connection end of the metal pipe, in the vicinity of the connection end formed by the metal pipe, A thin-walled thin diameter constructed by press-fitting and fixing to the inner peripheral surface of the pipe with a slightly expanded or / and deformed press-fitting wall portion formed at one end of a press-fit portion formed by a short-sized reinforcing pipe The gist of the reinforcing structure of the connection end of the metal pipe, and the press-fitting wall portion is formed by forming a cross section of a perfect circle, an ellipse, a polygon, or a corrugated circle.
[0007]
Since the present invention is configured as described above, the press-fitting wall portion is formed by the press-fitting and fixing structure only at one end portion of the press-fitting wall portion of the reinforcing pipe that has been slightly enlarged or / and deformed. The press fitting allowance can be easily obtained, and it is fixed securely in relation to easy press-fitting work only at the pipe end and positioning without any variation from the connection end of the metal pipe. Will be able to.
[0008]

FIG. 8 is a view corresponding to FIG. 8, in which (P 1 ) is a metal pipe having a thin and thin diameter, and is arranged with the pipe diameter and thickness.
[0009]
Further, (P 2 ) is a short-sized reinforcing pipe, and is slightly expanded in diameter to about 0.05 mm to 0.3 mm in the radial direction at one end portion (rear end portion in the press-fitting direction) of the press-fitting portion. Further, a connecting end formed by the metal pipe (P 1 ) is provided with a press-fitting wall (P ′ 2 ) that is deformed and has a length that is about 1 to 2 times the pipe diameter. It is in the vicinity of the inside, and is configured to be a double wall portion (1) by being press-fitted and fixed to the inner peripheral surface (P ′ 1 ) by press-fitting from the other end portion of the reinforcing pipe (P 2 ). It is.
[0010]
If this point is described dimensionally, the maximum outer diameter of the press-fitting wall (P ′ 2 ) at the connection end of the reinforcing pipe (P 2 ) is φD 1 , the outer diameter of the other part is φD 2 , and the metal pipe When the inner diameter of (P 1 ) is φd, a relationship of φD 1 >φd> φD 2 is established, and the press fitting wall portion (P ′ 2 ) is press fitted and fixed to the metal pipe (P 1 ). Other than the press-fitting wall portion (P ′ 2 ), the metal pipe (P 1 ) has a minute gap, for example, a gap of about 0.05 to 0.2 mm.
[0011]
It should be noted that an annular flange (3) extending in the radial direction as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4 is integrally provided at the distal end portion of the press-fitting wall portion (P ′ 2 ) of the reinforcing tube (P 2 ) so that a metal pipe ( Insertion into P 1 ) and press-fitting work are facilitated, and the annular flange (3) serves as a stopper and positioning with the metal pipe (P 1 ) is facilitated.
[0012]
