Description of the Related Art An elastic shoe for a crawler used for a construction vehicle is usually made of an iron footboard having a lug protruding from a tread side thereof in a direction perpendicular to a traveling direction of a crawler by a plurality of links. It is structured to be connected endlessly to each other via a bush and a pin. However, when traveling on a paved road surface, the road surface is significantly damaged.
A rubber shoe for protecting the road surface is integrated with the tread side of the vehicle. That is, there is known a structure in which a rubber shoe including a rubber pad and a support plate is integrated on the tread side of an iron shoe plate by using a foot plate mounting bolt of the iron shoe plate.

In the elastic shoe for a crawler obtained by laminating a rubber shoe formed by integrally vulcanizing a rubber pad, the height of the tip of the support plate extending to the tread side corresponding to the lugs at the front and rear ends of the iron shoe plate is increased. , Formed to be higher than the height of the lugs at the front and rear ends, and
The tip of the support plate is buried in the rubber pad, which is related to the elastic shoe for the crawler.

Therefore, the width end of the support plate is required. It is preferable to provide a hook for sandwiching the width end of the iron shoe plate on one side, and to provide a female screw part provided for coupling with the iron shoe plate on the other side, and particularly apply the hook to the inside of the body where it is difficult to work Is good.

As described above, both ends of the support plate forming the rubber shoe are specified with respect to the lug of the iron shoe plate, and further specify the relationship with the rubber pad, and together with the increase in the strength of the support plate, In addition, the strain generated in the rubber pad bonded to the tip of the support plate is reduced, and the occurrence of peeling of the two due to shearing force is reduced. By increasing the angle of inclination of both ends of the support plate with respect to the lug, the rubber pad completely covers the front end of the support plate and the amount of rubber at the front end is increased. This reduces the concentration of strain and reduces the occurrence of rubber pad cutting and adhesive peeling, thereby improving the durability of the elastic shoe for the crawler.

It has the following features. (1) The height of both ends of the support plate is made higher than the height of the lugs at both ends of the iron shoe, and the tip is covered with a rubber pad. Adhesive peeling due to force is reduced. (2) If the angle of inclination of both ends of the support plate is made larger than that of the lug, the effect of the rubber pad is greater. (3) If the top surfaces of the lugs at both ends are covered with a rubber pad, the rubber at the tip of the support plate is less strained and stressed even when stepping on a stone or the like, so that the rubber is less likely to crack. (4) If at least one of the rubber shoe and the iron shoe is integrated with a hook, the workability of the integration is remarkably improved. (5) Due to the presence of the front and rear ends of the support plate, the strength of the support plate is increased, and the durability of the rubber shoe is improved.
