Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent peeling off of an elastic material so as to improve durability in an elastic shoe for a crawler in which the elastic material is made integral in the road surface side of an iron crawler plate having a plurality of rugs continuous in a longitudinal direction for reducing damaging of the road surface. SOLUTION: In a crawler elastic shoe constructed in such a manner that rubber shoes formed by integrally vulcanizing iron crawler plates 20, 21 and 22 having rugs in a road surface side, supporting plates 4 each having a shape nearly identical to the shape of the road surface side and rubber pads 3 in the road surface sides of the supporting plates 4 are laid on each other, the heights h1 and h2 of the tips of the supporting plates 4 extended to the road surface side corresponding to the rugs of the front and rear ends of the iron crawler plates are set lower than the heights H1 and H2 of the rugs of the front and rear ends.

2. Description of the Related Art A crawler shoe used for a construction vehicle usually has an iron footplate having a lug protruding in a direction perpendicular to a traveling direction of a crawler on a tread side of the crawler shoe. And endlessly connected to each other via a pin. However, when traveling on a pavement road surface, the road surface is significantly damaged. Recently, an elastic body for protecting the road surface has been integrated with the tread side of each shoe. That is, there is known a structure in which an elastic body such as a rubber pad is detachably integrated on the tread side of an iron shoe plate via a support plate, using a foot plate mounting bolt of the iron shoe plate in common.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The gist of the present invention is to provide an iron track plate having a lug on the tread side, a support plate having substantially the same shape as the tread side, and a tread side of the support plate. In the elastic shoe for a crawler obtained by laminating a rubber shoe formed by integrally vulcanizing a rubber pad, the height of the tip of the support plate extending to the tread side corresponding to the lugs at the front and rear ends of the iron shoe plate is increased. It is characterized by being lower than the height of the lugs at the front and rear ends, and is preferably an elastic shoe for a crawler in which rubber pads cover the top surfaces of the lugs at both ends of the iron footwear plate.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION An elastic shoe for a crawler according to the present invention.
By specifying the height of the lugs at both ends of the support plate as described above, the distortion generated in the rubber pad adhered to the end of the support plate is reduced, and the occurrence of adhesion peeling due to shearing force is reduced. It was done. The rubber pads cover the lugs on both ends of the iron footboard, so that even when stepping on a stone or the like, the rubber pads at the tip of the support plate are alleviated from distortion and stress. It is difficult to do.

EXAMPLES The elastic shoe for a crawler of the present invention will be further described below with reference to examples. FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view of a first example of an elastic shoe for a crawler according to the present invention.
Reference numeral 2 denotes a lug formed on the tread side of the iron shoe plate 1.
The lug 2 is provided with three 2 0, 2 1, 2 2 of the end and the central longitudinal. Reference numeral 3 denotes a rubber pad, which is vulcanized and bonded to the support plate 4. The support plate 4 has substantially the same shape as the tread side of the iron shoe plate 1, and a cap nut 5 is welded to the tread side of the support plate 4 in advance. The cap nut 5 is embedded in the rubber pad 3.

The front and rear ends 4 1 and 4 2 of the support plate 4 are iron footwear plates 1.
Rises on the tread side along the lugs 2 1 , 2 2 at the front and rear ends of the front, and the height of the rising portion (4 1 , 4 2 ), h 1 ,
h 2 and the height H of the lugs 2 1 , 2 2 at the front and rear ends of the iron shoe 1
The relationship between H 1 and H 2 is such that H 1 > h 1 and H 2 > h 2 . Preferably, H 1 -h 1 , H 2 -h 2 ≧ 1.
It can be said that about 5 mm is good. And usually lugs 2 1 , 2
2 has a small radius of curvature (R), but the rising heights h 1 and h 2 of the support plate 4 in the present invention.
It is preferable that heights H 1R ≧ h 1 and H 2R ≧ h 2 below the starting point of the R portion.

The present invention has the above-mentioned structure,
It has the following features. (1) By lowering the height of both ends of the support plate from the height of both end lugs of the iron shoe plate, distortion generated in the rubber bonded to the front end of the support plate is reduced, and adhesion peeling due to shearing force is reduced. . (2) The lower end of the support plate is lower than the starting point of the curved portion at both ends of the lugs, and the upper end of the support plate is 1.5 m from the ends of both ends of the lugs.
It is more effective if the distance is not less than m. (3) Since the top surfaces of both ends of the lugs are covered with rubber pads, even when stepping on a stone or the like, the distortion and stress of the rubber at the tip of the support plate are relieved (because the rubber sandwiched between them is thick) Therefore, cracks are less likely to occur in the rubber.
