Since the raised portion which rises in an arc shape outward in the radial direction is provided, it is possible to effectively and sufficiently prevent the stagnation of the resin generated in the resin flow channel groove, thereby reducing the deterioration of the molding quality and the molding defect due to the deterioration of the accumulated resin. It has a remarkable effect that it can be reliably eliminated.

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 ヘッド本体部の前側に尖形のヘッド先端
部を有するとともに、後側にスクリュ本体の前端に結合
する所定長さの小径シャフト部を有するスクリュヘッド
部と、前記小径シャフト部の同軸上に軸方向へ変位自在
に装填するリングバルブとを備え、前記ヘッド本体部か
ら前記ヘッド先端部に至る外周面に、周方向所定間隔置
きに複数の樹脂流路用溝を設けるとともに、前記小径シ
ャフト部と前記リングバルブ間に樹脂流路用空間を設け
てなる射出成形機のスクリュヘッド装置において、前記
樹脂流路用溝の底面に、前記小径シャフト部の外周面よ
りも径方向外方へ円弧状に盛上がる盛上部を設けたこと
を特徴とする射出成形機のスクリュヘッド装置。
