る前側樹脂通路を軸方向に形成し、かつリングバルブの
後方におけるスクリュ本体の前端を弁座に形成した樹脂
の逆流防止機構を備える射出成形機のスクリュヘッド装
置において、前記スクリュヘッド頭部の後部に、前記リ
ングバルブの前方に位置して当該リングバルブの減耗を
防止するボロン合金素材で一体成形した前リングスペー
サを回動自在に装填するとともに、当該前リングスペー
サを装填する前記スクリュヘッド頭部の後部に、外郭面
が、当該スクリュヘッド頭部の外郭部と前記前側樹脂通
路の底部の中間に位置し、前記前リングスペーサが最後
方位置まで変位しても外れない長さに選定したスペーサ
ガイド部を設けてなることを特徴とする射出成形機のス
クリュヘッド装置。1.
