Claims (1)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 真空容器と、この真空容器内に原料ガス
を導入し、排出する手段と、前記真空容器内に配置さ
れ、被処理物を支持するとともに被処理物を加熱する支
持兼加熱部材と、前記真空容器内に配置された高周波放
電電極とを具備したプラズマ化学蒸着装置において、 前記高周波放電電極はパイプ状の電極棒をはしご状ある
いは網目状に配置したもので、前記電極棒の被処理物側
にガス吹き出し穴を設けた構成であることを特徴とする
プラズマ化学蒸着装置。
1.
