Therefore, a large space is required in the front-rear direction, and the stretcher and the front-rear movement of the stretcher are required. There are drawbacks such as the structure of the support base for supporting the structure is complicated and expensive. The present invention divides a storage chamber into upper and lower parts, locks a stretcher formed by a strong frame on a lower body, and enables a cover forming an upper part of the storage chamber to be rotatable on the frame of the stretcher. An object of the present invention is to provide a novel patient cleaning apparatus which solves the above-mentioned drawbacks by connecting.

That is, an elongated container-shaped main body having an open upper surface is provided, a frame formed into an elongated rectangular shape by a strength member is locked to the upper surface of the main body, a sheet having a large number of water holes is stretched over the frame, and A cover surrounding the upper part excluding the front part forming one end in the longitudinal direction, and having an opening for exposing the patient's head to the outside is provided in the front part forming one end in the longitudinal direction, and the cover is rotated on the frame. The apparatus is configured so that a lower nozzle for ejecting cleaning water upward is provided on the main body, and an upper nozzle for ejecting cleaning water downward is provided on the cover. In this case, the cover may be rotatably provided at a rear end portion on the other end side of the frame. Further, the main body and the cover are preferably formed of a foamed resin. Further, it is preferable that a front portion of the main body, which is one end side in the longitudinal direction, is removably divided. Further, a hand shower is connected to an introduction pipe for introducing washing water to the lower nozzle, the hand shower is housed in the main body so as to be able to protrude and retract, and a shower head attached to a tip end of the hand shower is connected to a front part of the main body. It is good to be detachably locked to a part. Further, a pump for separately increasing the pressure of water and hot water sent from the supply source side, a decompressor for reducing the pressure of water and hot water discharged from each pump to a predetermined pressure, and water passing through each decompressor A mixer for mixing hot water at a predetermined ratio is provided, and a downstream side of the mixer is connected to the lower nozzle and the upper nozzle.
In this case, the discharge pressure of each of the pumps is set to about 1.8 to 3.0.
Kg / cm 2 or more, and the outflow pressure by the pressure reducer is about 1.5
It is better to be ~ 2.5 Kg / cm 2 . Further, it is preferable to provide a high-temperature sensor for detecting an abnormally high temperature of the mixed water that has passed through the mixer, and a shut-off valve for shutting off the flow of the mixed water based on a detection signal of the high-temperature sensor. Further, a low-temperature sensor for detecting an abnormally low temperature of the mixed water in a flow path at the preceding stage from the mixer to the nozzle, and a switching valve for discharging the mixed water in the flow path to the outside according to a detection signal of the low-temperature sensor are provided. Good.

Since the cover that covers the main body is rotatably connected to the main body, the frame reinforces the main body, and the holding force of the seat and the cover increases. Therefore, the main body and the cover can be made lightweight and simple, and the installation space can be reduced. Further, since the front portion of the main body protruding forward from the cover is divided so as to be detachable, a space for carrying and storing is reduced. In addition, the hand shower is housed inside the main body so that it can be protruded and retracted, and the shower head is detachably locked to the front part of the main body, so that the hand shower is not exposed to the outside when not in use and quickly when used. Can be taken out. Also, after the hot water and the water sent from the supply source are separately pressurized by the pump, the pressure is reduced to a predetermined pressure, and these are mixed at a predetermined ratio. It is possible to always obtain hot water with a stable temperature. In addition, since the outflow pressure by the pressure reducing valve is set to about 1.5 to 2.5 Kg / cm 2 , the hot water spouting from the nozzle gives an appropriate stimulus without causing pain to the patient. Further, when the mixed water (hot water) obtained by mixing the hot water and the water has an abnormally high temperature, the flow of the mixed water (hot water) is shut off in advance, so that the extremely hot water does not flow out of the nozzle. Further, when the temperature of the hot water becomes abnormally low before the hot water is supplied to each nozzle, the hot water is discharged to the outside. And so on.
