【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、収容室内に収容した入浴者(患者)の身体に温水シャワーを浴びせて該入浴者の身体を加温及び洗浄するシャワー入浴洗浄装置に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来の技術として、先に本出願人が出願した特開平10−286297号明細書に記載されたもの、即ち、頭部を露出させて入浴者を収容する容器状の本体を設け、該本体の内面に多数のノズルを設けるとともに、該本体に外部から温水を導入して前記各ノズルに温水を導入する導入管を設け、また、上記本体に上記導入管に接続されて外部に露出するハンドシャワー、上記導入管に消毒液・洗浄液を混入させる混入弁、ノズル及びハンドシャワーへの温水の供給を許容・遮断する開閉弁、これらを作動させる操作盤等の補機類を一括して設けるようにしたものがあった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記従来のものは、ハンドシャワー及び各種の弁及び操作盤等の補機類を本体側に設けるようにしていたので、これらの取り付け位置が本体構造によって制約され、介護者の作業性が低下したり、組み立て及び保守点検に手数を要したりするものであった。本発明は上記補機類を本体に対して移動可能な可動台に設けることにより、上記不具合を解消した新規なシャワー入浴洗浄装置を得ることを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、上記目的を達成するために以下の如く構成したものである。
即ち、請求項1に係る発明は、入浴者を収容する容器状の本体を設け、該本体の内面に多数のノズルを設けるとともに、該本体に外部から温水を導入して前記各ノズルに温水を導入する導入管を設け、給湯装置、ハンドシャワー、操作盤等の補機類を一括して装備した可動台を設け、該可動台側に設けた前記給湯装置の出湯口を可撓性のホースを介して前記本体の導入管に接続したシャワー入浴洗浄装置において、前記給湯装置として、供給源側から送られる湯を一時的に滞留させるアキュムレーターと、該アキュムレーターから流出する湯温を検知して規定温度の湯をアキュムレーターから本管に流通させ、規定温度以外の湯をアキュムレーターから排出管に流通させる温度検知弁と、前記本管に弁を介して出湯口とハンドシャワーとを並列接続するようにしたものである。
また、請求項に係る発明は、前記アキュムレーターとして、密閉されたケース内に上部が略閉塞されかつ下部が開口した倒立コップ状の迂回容器を設け、前記ケースの上部に供給源側から送られる湯の流入管を設け、前記迂回容器内の上部からケースの下部を貫通してケース外に開口する流出管を設けるようにしたものである。
また、請求項に係る発明は、ケースの上部の流入管の出口をケースに対して接線方向に傾斜させたものである。
また、請求項に係る発明は、本管にバイパス路を設け、該バイパス路にサイフォンインジェクターを介して消毒液及び又は洗浄液の導入ホースを接続したものである。
また、請求項に係る発明は、可動台に消毒液タンク及び洗浄液タンクを載置し、これらを導入ホースを介して本管のバイパス路に接続したものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施例を図面に基いて説明する。図面において、図1は本発明によるシャワー入浴洗浄装置の第1実施例を示す斜視図、図2は本発明による給湯装置の説明用配管図、図3はアキュムレーターの断面図、図4は図3のIV−IV断面図、図5はアキュムレーターの第2実施例の断面図、図6は図5のVI−VI断面図である。

図1において、1はFRP(繊維強化プラスチック)製の本体であり、前面(左面)及び下面が開口した箱状に形成し、該本体1の前面をFRP製のドア2により開閉し、この部から車椅子に乗せた入浴者を出入りさせる。本体1の上壁の前部側に平面視U形の窓孔3を形成し、この窓孔3から入浴者の頭部を露出させる。上記本体1の内面に多数のノズル4を分散させて取り付ける。各ノズル4のうち本体内の最後部に取り付けるノズル4aは噴出方向を適宜調節して入浴者の陰部及び肛門部に対応させることができる可動ノズルとする。

上記本体1の周壁は内壁、外壁の二重壁構造とし、これら内外壁の空間部に上記各ノズル4に温水を供給する導入管5を配管する。この導入管5は、本体1の下部に沿うU字形に湾曲した大径かつプラスチック製の親管6に可橈性かつ小径の枝管(ホース)7を多数並列に接続し、各枝管7の先端を上記各ノズル4に接続する。上記親管6の後部(図1において右部)に外部との接続口8を取り付け、また、該親管6の後部下部に自動排水弁9を取り付ける。この自動排水弁9は上記親管6内の圧力が所定値以上の際には閉作動し、該圧力が所定値以下になった際に開作動するようになっている。

以上の説明から明らかな如く、本発明の請求項1に係る発明は、入浴者を収容してその内面に設けた多数のノズルから温水を噴出させる本体と、給湯装置、ハンドシャワー、操作盤等の補機類を一括して装備した可動台とを設け、可動台側から可撓性のホースを介して上記本体側に湯を供給するようにしたので、本体の構造が簡素になり、本体設計の自由度が高くなるとともに、介護者が操作するハンドシャワー及び操作盤を介護者の移動する位置に容易に移動させることができる。また、移動容易な可動台に補機類を一括して装備したので、これらの組み立て及び保守点検が容易になる。
