Each of the sandwich panels 2 is assembled, thereby forming a box shape as a whole.
Equipment, luggage, food and drink, and other items are stored and can be moved. Each corner member 1 includes a main body 3 having a rectangular tubular shape, and a ridge 4 formed integrally with the main body 3 and having an inner surface to which an end of the sandwich panel 2 is attached. In the illustrated example, the inner and outer two ridges 4 extend in parallel with each other in such a manner as to extend the surface of the main body 3, and the ends of the sandwich panel 2 are inserted and assembled between them. ,
Two sets of such ridges 4 are provided so as to be orthogonal to each other. And, in the box-shaped body having the panel structure of the conventional example of this kind, such a corner-shaped material 1 is used.
The tip surface 5 of the ridge portion 4 is inclined such that the angle θ 1 with respect to the sandwich panel 2 forms an obtuse angle.

Depending on the use of containers, food carts, other carts, boxes, etc., they are often used outdoors or warmed or cooled inside. In addition, care must be taken to prevent the invasion of bacteria, etc. It is also required to have airtightness, airtightness, airtightness, waterproofness, heat insulation and the like. Thus, a fillet seal A is often provided between the tip end surface 5 of the ridge 4 of the corner member 1 and the corresponding sandwich panel 2 (see FIG. 3 (2)). However, since such a fillet seal A is interposed between the front end face 5 having an obtuse angle θ 1 and the sandwich panel 2, the exposed face to the outside is large, and thus, the impact from the outside is received. Easy,
Further, it has been pointed out that when used for a long time, it is liable to deteriorate under the influence of sunlight, ultraviolet rays, etc., and eventually comes off easily. Therefore, it has been pointed out that a conventional box-shaped body having such a panel structure is insecure in maintaining the watertightness, airtightness, airtightness, waterproofness, heat insulation and the like by the fillet seal A.

, Stress concentration is likely to occur in the sandwich panel 2 corresponding to the tip end surface 5 of the ridge 4 of the corner member 1. That is, in the ridge portion 4 of the conventional example of this type, the angle θ 1 of the tip end surface 5 with respect to the sandwich panel 2 forms an obtuse angle, and the contact edge portion B with the sandwich panel 2 forms an acute angle. A large stress was likely to be locally generated in a portion on the side of the sandwich panel 2 corresponding to the contact edge portion B. Thus, in the case of the conventional box-shaped body of this type of panel structure, stress concentration tends to occur on the side of the sandwich panel 2 as described above, and it has been pointed out that the strength is uneasy.

The spacing between the ridges 4 opposed to each other between the inside and the outside and the width of the sandwich panel 2 are set without any margin, so that the ends of the sandwich panel 2 between the ridges 4 are tightly closed. It can be inserted and assembled into However, in such insertion and assembly, the end of the sandwich panel 2 to be inserted is formed by the edge of the end face 5 where the angle θ 1 of the ridge 4 of the corner member 1 to be inserted forms an obtuse angle. That is, it has been pointed out that it is easy to hit the contact edge portion B having an acute angle (see FIG. 4 (1)), and that the fitting and assembling work is troublesome and time-consuming. As described above, the conventional box-shaped body having such a panel structure has a problem in workability at the time of manufacturing.

The following problems were also pointed out. That is, in order to improve the above-mentioned watertightness, airtightness, airtightness, waterproofness, heat insulation, etc., and to improve the bonding strength at the time of manufacturing, first, at the time of manufacturing, the outer surface of the end portion of the sandwich panel 2 must Adhesive C or a sealing material is applied in advance, and the end of such a sandwich panel 2 is inserted and assembled between the ridges 4 of the corner member 1 (see FIG. 1) See figure). However, the adhesive C or the sealing material applied to the end of the sandwich panel 2 to be inserted at the time of such fitting and assembling is reduced by the angle θ 1 of the ridge 4 of the corner shape member 1. It is often said that at the edge of the distal end surface 5 forming an obtuse angle, that is, at the contact edge portion B which forms the acute angle of the protruding ridge portion 4, it is cut off (see FIG. 4 (2)). The problem was pointed out. In the case of the conventional box-shaped body having this kind of panel structure, since the adhesive C and the sealing material are stripped off and the persistence thereof is poor, the water-tightness, air-tightness, airtightness, and waterproofness are also considered from this aspect. It was pointed out that there were concerns about the heat insulation properties and the adhesive strength of the assembly.

The angle of the tip of the ridge portion of the corner member with respect to the sandwich panel is made acute. First, the fillet seal is hardly peeled off because of the inclination, second, stress concentration is hardly generated on the sandwich panel, and third, the work of inserting and assembling the sandwich panel is also facilitated. Fourth, a box-like body having a panel structure is proposed in which an adhesive or a sealing material is hardly peeled off at the time of inserting and assembling the sandwich panel, and fifthly, these are easily and easily realized. Are inclined so that the angle θ 2 with respect to the sandwich panel 2 forms an acute angle. That is, the front end face 11 of the ridge portion 4 is fitted with the sandwich panel 2 fitted and assembled.
3 and FIG. 4, the inclination is an obtuse angle like the angle θ 1 of the conventional example shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, and the contact edge portion B of the sandwich panel 2 with the surface plate 8 Does not form an acute angle, but the angle of inclination θ 2 forms an acute angle, and the contact edge portion F of the sandwich panel 2 with the surface plate 8 forms an obtuse angle. It should be noted that such an inclination of the surface plate 8 does not need to be entirely completely linear in cross section, and, for example, as shown in FIG. A curved R portion may be formed.

Two sets are projected from the main body part 3 in orthogonal positional relation, and the ends of the sandwich panel 2 are inserted and assembled between the two ridges 4 respectively. Note that a fillet seal A is often provided between the distal end surface 11 of such a ridge 4 and the corresponding sandwich panel 2 (see FIG. 1 (2)). In addition, an adhesive C or a sealing material is applied in advance to the outer surface of the surface plate 8 at the end of the sandwich panel 2 (see FIG. 2 (1)). Insert the end of the sandwich panel 2 with the material between the ridges 4,
Assembly is also performed (see FIG. 2 (2)). In the illustrated example, the adhesive C is previously applied only to the outer surface of the surface plate 8 at one of the ends of the sandwich panel 2 (outside in the drawing).
In addition to this, an adhesive C or a sealing material is applied in advance to the outer surface of the other surface plate 8 (inside in the drawing), and then inserted and assembled. Is also performed. In this manner, the end of the sandwich panel 2 is inserted between the ridges 4 of the corner member 1,
At the time of assembling, it is further appropriately bonded, thereby further improving the assembling adhesive strength, watertightness, airtightness, airtightness,
Improvements in waterproofness, heat insulation and the like have been achieved.

(See FIG. 1 (2)). Therefore, the surface exposed to the outside is small (compared with the fillet seal A in FIG. 3 (2) showing the above-mentioned conventional example described above), so that it is hard to receive an external impact, and further, it is used for a long time. However, it is hardly affected by sunlight, ultraviolet rays and the like, and hardly deteriorates. Therefore, in the box-shaped body 6 having the panel structure, the fillet seal A is not easily peeled off.

Therefore, when a load L is applied to the sandwich panel 2 in, for example, a substantially perpendicular direction (see the above-mentioned FIG. 3 (3)), a stress generated at a portion corresponding to the contact edge portion F of the sandwich panel 2 is generated. Is alleviated. That is, the box-shaped body 6 having the panel structure has the angle θ 1 of the front end face 5.
In this case, stress concentration is less likely to occur than in the above-described conventional example (see FIG. 3 (3) and the like) in which the contact edge portion B forms an acute angle. In particular, when a rounded portion R is formed partially on the contact edge portion F side of the distal end surface 11 of the ridge portion 4 (see FIG. 1 (3)), stress concentration is greatly reduced. You.

The space between the two projecting ridges 4 facing each other and the width between the surface plates 8 of the sandwich panel 2 are set without any margin. In other words, the ends of the sandwich panel 2 are closely fitted and assembled without gaps between the ridges 4 of the corner members 1.

The end of the sandwich panel 2 is guided by the front end face 11 where the angle θ 2 of the ridge 4 of the corner section 1 forms an acute angle, and the contact edge F which forms the obtuse angle of the ridge 4. (See FIGS. 2A and 2B). That is, the angle θ 1 of the tip end surface 5 forms an obtuse angle, and the contact edge portion B
As in the above-described conventional example (see FIG. 4 and the like) having an acute angle, the end of the sandwich panel 2 hits them and it is avoided that the sandwich panel 2 is difficult to insert and assemble. As described above, in the box-shaped body 6 having this panel structure, the sandwich panel 2 can be smoothly inserted and assembled.

Angle theta 2 between the end outer surface, an acute angle, the contact edge portion B of the sandwich panel 2 protrusions 4 forms an obtuse angle shape. Therefore, in the box-shaped body 6 having the panel structure, the adhesive C and the sealing material applied to the end of the sandwich panel 2 are prevented from being scraped off at the time of the above-described insertion and assembly. (See FIG. 2 (2)). That is, as in the above-described conventional example (see FIG. 4) in which the angle θ 1 of the distal end face 5 forms an obtuse angle and the contact edge portion B forms an acute angle, as shown in FIG. The adhesive C or the sealing material applied to the end of the seal is less likely to be scraped off.

That is, in the box-shaped body having the panel structure, the fillet seal is interposed between the sandwich panel and the tip end surface of the ridge portion of the corner material having an acute angle. And the exposed surface to the outside is small. Therefore, it is less likely to receive an external impact, less affected by sunlight, ultraviolet rays, and the like, and less likely to deteriorate. The angle with respect to the sandwich panel is acute with respect to the tip end surface of the ridge portion of the corner member. And, since the contact edge portion of the ridge portion with the sandwich panel has an obtuse angle, even when a load is applied to the sandwich panel, stress concentration occurs at a corresponding portion of the sandwich panel as compared with the conventional example described above. Is less likely to occur. in this way,
A large stress is hardly generated locally in the sandwich panel, and the box-shaped body having this panel structure is excellent in strength by that much.

That is, in this type of box-shaped body having a panel structure, the ends of the sandwich panel are tightly fitted and assembled without any gap between the ridges of the corner members. At the time of such insertion and assembling, that is, at the time of manufacturing a box-shaped body having a panel structure, the end portion of the sandwich panel is formed at the acute end surface of the ridge portion of the corner member and at the contact end having an obtuse angle. Guides are provided at the edges, so that the fitting, assembling and assembling operations can be performed smoothly without troublesome and time-consuming work as in the above-described conventional example. As described above, the box-shaped body having the panel structure is excellent in workability in manufacturing.

That is, as described above, in a box-shaped body having this type of panel structure, the ends of the sandwich panel are tightly inserted and assembled without any gap between the ridges of the corner-shaped members. Even if the sealing material is previously applied to the outer surface of the end of the sandwich panel, it is less likely to be scraped off. In other words, the end surface of the ridge of the corner member forms an acute angle with the end of the sandwich panel,
Since the contact edge portion has an obtuse angle, the adhesive or sealing material on the sandwich panel side is less likely to be stripped off at the time of fitting and assembling at the time of manufacture as compared with the above-described conventional example of this type. As described above, since the persistence of the adhesive and the sealing material is improved, the box-shaped body having the panel structure can be used for water-tightness, air-tightness, airtightness, waterproofness, heat-insulating properties, and the like. Excellent in strength.
