Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hose holder which systematically holds plural hoses in hydraulic or pneumatic equipment so as to avoid mutual interference, and thereby avoids disadvantages such as oil leakage, air leakage and abrasion caused by mutual contact and interference of the equipment and the hose. SOLUTION: A hose holder is composed of a base body 2 and a holder 3 integrated thereon for holding a hose or the like. A fitting port 4 is formed on the holder 3 for the running of the hose. A socket 6 is formed on one end of the base body 2, while a fitting part 7 fittable to the socket 6 is formed on the other end. An installation hole 8 is preferably formed while penetrating the base body 2 from the bottom of the holder 3.

2. Description of the Related Art There are many hydraulic and pneumatic devices such as machine tools, construction machines, and internal combustion engines, and a large number of hoses such as hydraulic hoses and pneumatic hoses are attached to them. However, they are often plumbed in an intricate interlaced state. However, in the past, there was no simple instrument intended to hold them neatly, so that these hoses rub against each other due to vibrations during operation of the equipment, and the contact parts were worn out. Holes often opened, causing oil leaks and the like.

The base 2 has a C-shaped receiving port 6 at one end thereof, and a receiving port 6 rotatably and closely fitted to the receiving port 6 of another holder 1 at the other end. It has a fitting portion 7 of a corresponding shape. In order to make it possible to connect the holders 3 having different diameters to each other, the sockets 6 of all types of holders 1 are connected.
The size of the fitting portion 7 is common (see FIG. 3). The normal fitting portion 7 is inserted into the receptacle 6 from the end face thereof, but by making the receptacle 6 somewhat elastic, it can be pushed in from the front side, that is, from the right in FIG. Good.

It is to be noted that the fitting part 7 of the other holder 1 fitted to the receiving part 6 of one holder 1 may be displaced in the lateral direction due to vibration or the like during operation of the equipment. In consideration of the above, the width of the receiving port 6 and the fitting portion 7 is designed to be a length that does not easily come off due to the vibration or the like. Further, if necessary, a mounting hole 8 is provided to penetrate from the inner bottom surface of the holding portion 3 to the base 2. When mounting hole 8 is provided, holder-1
