Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To impart a design pattern and an uneven shape to a surface of a decorative plate and to improve water resistance, weatherability and heat resistance by mounting and press bonding a sheet so that a transfer pattern is brought into contact with an adhering surface of a base material surface, releasing the base material of the sheet, and sequentially laminating a liquid repellent layer and a transparent resin layer on the surface. SOLUTION: A transfer sheet 7 having a transfer pattern layer 4 provided on a surface of a transfer sheet base material 8 is prepared. Then, an adhesive layer 3 is provided on a surface of a base material 2. The layer 4 of the sheet 7 is superposed to be opposed to the layer 3 provided on the material 2, and heated and pressurized from the sheet 7. Then, the material 8 of the sheet 7 is released, and the layer 4 is provided on the material 2. Further, a liquid repellent layer 5 of ink containing liquid repellent is provided on an upper surface of the layer 4. Then, the surface of the material 2 containing the layer 5 is coated with transparent resin, and cured. Thus, the uneven pattern forming decorative plate having the layer 5 and an uneven pattern 6 made of transparent resin is obtained.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a decorative material having a design with an uneven pattern on its surface, which is used for various kinds of furniture and building interior materials, a decorative sheet having an uneven pattern formed on a base sheet by various methods is known. Some are attached to a substrate, for example, (1)
A method of forming irregularities on a substrate sheet on which a pattern is applied by using an embossing roll, an embossing template, or the like; (2) Visually applying a matte conduit print or the like on the substrate sheet in a decorative manner. (3) forming a printed portion such as a conduit for forming a concave surface on a substrate sheet on which a pattern is formed with an ink containing a lyophobic agent,
A method of forming a concave portion by applying a transparent resin thereon and making the printed portion of the conduit or the like liquid-repellent, or (4) forming a printed portion of the conduit or the like with foaming ink, polishing by heating and foaming. A method of forming a concave portion is known, and all of these methods apply an uneven pattern to the surface of a base sheet made of paper, a synthetic resin sheet such as vinyl chloride, acrylic, or the like, and attach it to a substrate. As a result, it is produced as a decorative material having a design with a concavo-convex pattern on the surface, and there is a problem that water resistance, weather resistance, heat resistance, and the like are poor.

Also, without using the above-described base sheet, a pattern such as a grain or a conduit is directly printed on the substrate by the same method as in the above (2), or the grain or the pipe is printed by a normal pattern printing. Although it is conceivable to form a concave portion by the method (3) or (4) on the surface expressing a conduit or the like, in the case of direct printing, the smoothness and printability of the substrate itself are determined with respect to the above-mentioned base material sheet. In general, the design is inferior, so the design of the picture is not good, and the production efficiency at the time of printing the picture is very poor.

The structure of the transfer sheet 7 for forming the pattern layer 4 on the embossed pattern forming decorative board 1 includes, as shown in FIG. 4 are laminated. As the transfer sheet base material 8, a plastic film such as a polyethylene film, a polypropylene film, or a polyester film, a paper, or a composite film thereof, which is used as a base material of a normal transfer sheet, can be used. Those having a peeling effect by themselves can be used as they are, while those having no peeling effect by themselves are provided with a peeling layer by a usual method. In addition, in the transfer sheet 7 of FIG. 3A, the pattern layer 4 is the outermost layer, but the adhesive 3 may be added on the pattern layer 4 as needed. The reason why the adhesive layer 3 is not required is that the picture layer 4 may be capable of imparting adhesiveness to itself, and the other reason is that the decorative sheet substrate 2 on the side to which the picture is transferred is used. This is because the adhesive layer 3 may be provided on the surface.

As the liquid repellent used for the liquid repellent ink, known ones, for example, silicone, polyethylene wax,
Liquid repellent substances such as paraffin wax, amide wax, wax wax, and vinyl fluoride compounds can be used, and silicon is preferred. The addition amount is desirably 0.1 to 10% by weight. When the addition amount is large, the printability of the liquid repellent agent layer is deteriorated and the adhesion to the transfer pattern layer surface is deteriorated. If the amount is small, the transparent resin layer does not repel. If necessary, a matting agent may be added. Examples of the matting agent include silica, calcium carbonate, acrylic beads, and melamine beads. As a printing / coating method of the liquid repellent agent layer 5, a known method, for example,
The printing can be performed by a normal printing method such as a gravure offset printing method, a screen printing method, a pad printing, and a sponge roll.

FIG. 3F shows the pattern layer 4 transferred to the substrate 2.
Shows a state in which a transparent or translucent resin is applied on the liquid repellent agent layer 5 formed on the surface of FIG. The transparent resin layer 6 is repelled and thinned in the liquid repellent layer 5 containing the liquid repellent,
It is formed relatively thick where there is no ordinary pattern layer 4 or liquid repellent agent layer 5, and irregularities are formed as a whole. When the transparent resin is dried and cured in this state, the uneven pattern layer 6 is formed, and the decorative pattern-formed decorative board 1 'of the present invention can be manufactured. As the transparent resin for forming the concavo-convex pattern layer 6, it is desirable to form a film having excellent surface properties such as contamination, solvent properties, and scratch resistance. As the resin system, an acrylic resin, a urethane resin, or the like is used. Thermosetting resins, ionizing radiation-curable resins such as polyester acrylate and urethane acrylate are preferably used.
Known coating means such as flow coating, gravure coating, roll coating, and spray coating can be used as the coating method, and the coating amount is preferably from 10 to 200 g / m 2 .

Example 2 An acrylic resin-based release agent was applied to a 25 μm-thick polyester film with a gravure coat of 2 g / m 2 to form a release layer, and a release layer was formed thereon by gravure printing using an acrylic resin ink. Was printed, and an amide-based resin adhesive was further applied thereon with a gravure coat of 20 g / m 2 to form an adhesive layer, thereby producing a transfer sheet. Then, the transfer sheet was placed on a 3 mm thick MDF plate such that the adhesive layer surface of the transfer sheet was in contact with the transfer sheet, and the transfer conditions were at a temperature of 220 ° C. and a pressure of 3 kg / cm 2.
The transfer was performed by heating and pressing under the condition of 2 m / min. After the transfer sheet substrate of the transfer sheet was peeled off, an embossed pattern-formed decorative plate having an embossed pattern formed on the surface was obtained in the same manner as in Example 1.

As described above, according to the present invention, since a picture layer is provided on the surface of a base material by transfer without using a printing sheet, a fine picture pattern can appear and the picture layer can be formed on the picture layer. By sequentially forming the liquid repellent agent layer and the transparent resin layer, it is possible to obtain a decorative plate having a concavo-convex pattern having a good concavo-convex pattern layer on the surface.
