Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-mold label which is not high in cost, free from the flow of ink at the time of molding, and obviates the removal of designs at the time of molding or use. SOLUTION: A thermoplastic resin layer 3 obtd. by coating with an EVA (ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer) based resin is formed on the rear surface of a base material 2 consisting of an OPP(oriented polypropylene) film, PET film, paper, synthetic paper, etc., and thereafter, a design printing layer 4 by urethane-based ink is formed on the front surface side of this base material 2. A protective layer 5 obtd. by coating of a two-part curing type of an acryl polyol system is thereafter formed on this design printing layer 4. Further, an antistatic agent layer 6 obtd. by coating of an anionic surfactant is formed on this protective layer 5 after the complete curing of the ink of the protective layer 5. A plasticizer is added at 2 to 5% to the protective layer 5 and PE (polyethylene) wax is added at about 10 to 20% to the thermoplastic resin layer 3, thereby, the outside surface is provided with fine ruggedness.

れる。そして、保護層は2液硬化型インキからなるもの
で、耐熱性に優れているため、保護層自体が金型に取ら
れることもない。また、2液硬化型インキからなる保護
層は耐摩耗性に優れているため、長期に亙って印刷層の
絵柄が保護される。また、このインモールドラベルは、
基材以外にフィルムを用いないためコストを低く抑えら
れる。
