After securing such a state, next, a predetermined amount of foaming raw material g (for example, liquid polyurethane foam raw material) is injected from the raw material injection port 13 into the skin via a funnel (FIG. 4). Then, the skin is integrally formed in the foaming mold.
In this way, the foam 6 is formed by foam molding, but the tongue 19 protrudes from the opening 15 into the skin.
2 is adhesively fixed to the foam 6. In addition, the guide piece 14 located inside the epidermis sandwiches the tongue piece 19, and the foaming pressure generated by foam molding tightens the tongue piece 19 from both sides via the guide piece 14, so that the entire tongue piece 19 is formed. Are integrally fixed to the skin and the foam 6. The funnel set jig 4 and the funnel 5 may be removed before foam molding,
It may be removed after foam molding. This is because even if removed after the foam molding, the residual pressure of the foam 6 causes the remains of the funnel tube 51 diameter to disappear.

As described above, the foam molding is completed, and after demolding, the headrest is taken out (FIG. 6). Then, a slit 17 is formed in the rear tilting direction starting from the stay hole 11 in a later step.
By inserting the headrest, a retractable skin-integrated molded headrest can be obtained (FIG. 7). Slit 17 is cut to where near the position of the seam N 1. The tongue piece 19 is tightly attached to the back surface of the epidermis in a state where the tongue piece 19 is sandwiched between the guide pieces 14 and the tip portion is embedded in the foam. In the case of a fixed type headrest, a slit 17 is inserted or a stay 2 is provided.
The headrest with the integral skin is completed without tilting 1 to the front position.

In the thus configured headrest with integral skin and the method of manufacturing the same, the insert 2 is set on the skin 1 with the stay 21 at the front tilting position.
The stay 21 does not fall further in the front direction, and no wrinkles are generated at the bottom front part as shown in FIG. Then, the stay 21 at an angle adjustments Ddoresuto to may move the rear direction, there is a stitch N 1 near the stay 21, wrinkles that would derive its motion is well absorbed would otherwise. Stitch N 1, it is rigid suppress the occurrence of wrinkles, also inconspicuous even under some variations due to the movement of the stay 21, and has a convenient appearance quality maintenance. Not only stitch N 1, stitch N 2, N 3 in this vicinity may have a buffering effect, believed to suppress the generation of wrinkle. At the prototype stage,
It has been confirmed that wrinkles that have been seen conventionally do not appear due to the tilt of the stay. Furthermore, when the insert 2 is set on the skin, the stay 21 is inserted into the stay hole 11 and fixed in position, so that the movement of the skin during foam molding is stopped, and the shape of the headrest becomes stable. In addition, the sealing performance around the stay 21 is poorer than that of a conventional product having poor sealing performance, and leakage of the foaming material at the foam molding stage is reduced. The backing slab of the present embodiment also suppresses foaming material leakage.

Further, prior to the foam molding, simply by inserting the tongue piece 19 into the raw material inlet 13, the tongue piece 19 is automatically fixed in accordance with the foaming and hardening of the foamed raw material.
The work time for manufacturing the headrest can be reduced. Further, in the present embodiment, since the width W of the funnel set jig 4 is substantially equal to the distance L between the suturing lines (the width of the raw material inlet 13), when the funnel set jig 4 is inserted into the guide piece 14, Then, the guide piece 14 extends laterally, and closes the raw material inlet 13 and the opening 15 except for the funnel tube 51. Therefore, in addition to preventing the leakage of the foaming material outside the skin during foam molding,
When commercialized, the raw material injection port 13 with the tongue piece 19 sandwiched at the bottom surface of the epidermis appears linearly closed, and a product excellent in quality can be obtained. If the overhang portion 192 is folded, the opening portion 15 can be easily passed through. Then, when the overhang portion 192 passes through the opening portion 15, the overhang portion 192 naturally expands in the epidermis, and is locked to the guide piece 14 around the opening portion 15 by the return action. Therefore, once the tongue piece 19 is set only once, the tongue piece 19 does not come out of the opening 15 unless an excessive force is applied, and the work of setting the tongue piece 19 into the material inlet 13 becomes easy. .
