Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.エラストマ吸収性構造であって、 全ての重量%が、エラストマ吸収性構造中の湿潤可能ステープルファイバと熱 可塑性エラストマ繊維の総重量に基づくものとして、 a)およそ20から80重量%、好ましくはおよそ25から75重量%の湿潤可能ステー プルファイバ、及び/又は、 b)およそ20から80重量%、好ましくはおよそ25から75重量%の熱可塑性エラス トマ繊維とからなることを特徴とするエラストマ吸収性構造。 2.前記エラストマ吸収性構造が、吸収性構造の1グラムに吸収される液体が少 なくともおよそ5グラム、好ましくはおよそ7グラムである比液体飽和保持能力 値を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエラストマ吸収性構造。 3.前記エラストマ吸収性構造が、乾燥状態で、およそ60%、好ましくはおよそ 100%よりも大きい最大伸び値を有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2のいず れかに記載のエラストマ吸収性構造。 4.前記エラストマ吸収性構造が、100%液体飽和状態で、およそ 150%、好ま しくはおよそ 200%よりも大きい最大伸び値を有することを特徴とする請求項1 ないし3のいずれかに記載のエラストマ吸収性構造。 5.前記エラストマ吸収性構造が、乾燥状態で、およそ70%、好ましくはおよそ 75%よりも大きい伸び回復値を有することを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいず れかに記載のエラストマ吸収性構造。 6.前記エラストマ吸収性構造が、100 %液体飽和状態で、およそ75%、好まし くはおよそ80%よりも大きい伸び回復値を有することを特徴とする請求項1ない し5のいずれかに記載のエラストマ吸収性構造。 7.前記湿潤可能ステープルファイバが、およそ0.1 から15センチメートルの繊 維長さを有することを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載のエラスト マ吸収性構造。 8.前記湿潤可能ステープルファイバが、セルロース系繊維、紡織繊維及び合成 ポリマ繊維を含むグループから選択されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし7の いずれかに記載のエラストマ吸収性構造。 9.前記湿潤可能ステープルファイバが木材パルプ繊維であることを特徴とする 請求項1ないし8のいずれかに記載のエラストマ吸収性構造。 10.前記熱可塑性エラストマ繊維が、ブロックコポリマからなるメルトブロー 繊維であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし9のいずれかに記載のエラストマ吸 収性構造。 11.前記熱可塑性エラストマ繊維が湿潤可能であることを特徴とする請求項1 ないし10のいずれかに記載のエラストマ吸収性構造。 12.前記エラストマ吸収性構造が、1グラムの吸収性構造に吸収される液体が 少なくともおよそ7グラムである比液体飽和保持能力値を示すことを特徴とする 請求項1ないし11のいずれかに記載のエラストマ吸収性構造。 13.前記エラストマ吸収性構造が、乾燥状態で、およそ100 %よりも大きい最 大伸び値を示すことを特徴とする請求項1ないし12のいずれかに記載のエラス トマ吸収性構造。 14.前記エラストマ吸収性構造が、100 %液体飽和状態で、およそ200 %より も大きい最大伸び値を示すことを特徴とする請求項1ないし13のいずれかに記 載のエラストマ吸収性構造。 15.前記エラストマ吸収性構造が、乾燥状態で、およそ75%よりも大きい伸び 回復値を示すことを特徴とする請求項1ないし14のいずれかに記載のエラスト マ吸収性構造。 16.前記エラストマ吸収性構造が、100 %液体飽和状態で、およそ80%よりも 大きい伸び回復値を示すことを特徴とする請求項1ないし15のいずれかに記載 のエラストマ吸収性構造。 17.ヒドロゲル形成ポリマ材料を含むことを特徴とする請求項1ないし16の いずれかに記載のエラストマ吸収性構造。 18.エラストマ吸収性構造中のヒドロゲル形成ポリマ材料、湿潤可能ステープ ルファイバ及び熱可塑性エラストマ繊維の総重量に対して、およそ15から60重量 %のヒドロゲル形成ポリマ材料を含むことを特徴とする請求項1ないし17のい ずれかに記載のエラストマ吸収性構造。 19.前記ヒドロゲル形成ポリマ材料が、ポリアクリレート材料であることを特 徴とする請求項17又は18に記載のエラストマ吸収性構造。 20.前記エラストマ吸収性構造が、熱可塑性エラストマ繊維からなる繊維マト リックスを有し、前記繊維マトリックスが、湿潤可能ステープルファイバ及びヒ ドロゲル形成ポリマ材料を閉じ込めることを特徴とする請求項1ないし19のい ずれかに記載のエラストマ吸収性構造。 21.前記熱可塑性エラストマ繊維が、ポリオレフィンを含む湿潤可能熱可塑性 エラストマメルトブロー繊維であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし20のいず れかに記載のエラストマ吸収性構造。 22.使い捨て吸収製品であって、 液体透過性トップシート(14)と、バックシート(12)と、前記トップシ ート(14)及びバックシート(12)の間に配置されるエラストマ吸収性構造 (16)とを備え、 請求項1ないし21のいずれか1項に記載したエラストマ吸収性構造(16) が包まれることを特徴とする使い捨て吸収製品。
