Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.酸化鉄を含む脱水素触媒において、鉄含有化合物を触媒中に形成するときに バイモーダル細孔径分布を示す鉄含有化合物を含める改良。 2.前記鉄含有化合物が、磁性をもつ、請求項1の触媒。 3.前記鉄含有化合物が、マグネタイトからなる、請求項1の触媒。 4.さらに、1種またはそれ以上の触媒改質剤を含む、請求項1の触媒。 5.前記改質剤が、K、Ce、Sc、Y、La、希土類、Mo、W、Ca、Mg 、V、Cr、Co、Ni、Mn、Cu、Zn、Cd、Al、Sn、Biおよびこ れらの混合物からなる群から選ばれる、請求項4の触媒。 6.脱水素用酸化鉄触媒の製造方法であって、触媒中に形成するときにバイモー ダル細孔径分布を示す鉄含有化合物を選択し、 前記鉄含有化合物をカリウム含有化合物および水と混合して、混合物を形成し、 前記混合物をペレットに成形し、次いで 前記ペレットをか焼することからなる該製造方法。 7.前記鉄含有化合物が、磁性をもつ、請求項6の製造方法。 8.前記鉄含有化合物が、マグネタイトからなる、請求項7の製造方法。 9.前記鉄含有化合物と1種またはそれ以上の触媒改質剤とを混合する工程をさ らに含む、請求項6の製造方法。 10.前記改質剤が、K、Ce、Sc、Y、La、希土類、Mo、W、Ca、M g、V、Cr、Co、Ni、Mn、Cu、Zn、Cd、Al、Sn、Biおよび これらの混合物からなる群から選ばれる、請求項9の製造方法。 11.高められた温度にて、エチルベンゼンおよび水蒸気を、請求項1〜5のい ずれか1項の脱水素触媒に接触させることからなる、エチルベンゼンの非酸化的 脱水素によるスチレンの製造方法。
