Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.磁性ガラス状金属合金のストリップを含む角運動共鳴マーカーであって、 前記ストリップが、予め決められた時間、複数の温度で、炉内でアニーリングさ れたものであり、その第1の温度は急冷及び二次加工後のストレスを和らげるの に充分な高さであり、第2の温度は該ストリップのキューリー温度に近い温度で あり、前記アニーリングは、該ストリップの長さに垂直に及び該ストリップの平 面に適用される外部からの磁場の存在下で行われ、該第2の温度は、該第1の温 度に逐次的に適用されて該磁場の方向に沿って磁気異方性を誘導するように作用 し、前記アニーリングは連続式で、前記アニーリング時間はアニーリング炉を通 過する該ストリップの速度によって決定される、角運動共鳴マーカー。 2.ガラス状金属合金が、場合によってコバルトを含有する鉄−ニッケル基剤 合金である、請求項1記載の角運動共鳴マーカー。 3.ガラス状金属合金が本質的にFe40Ni38Mo4B18からなる、請求項1 記載の角運動共鳴マーカー。 4.第1のアニーリング温度が約350〜400℃の範囲である、請求項1記 載の角運動共鳴マーカー。 5.第2のアニーリング温度が約310〜350℃の範囲である、請求項1記 載の角運動共鳴マーカー。 6.炉が1.8mの長さを有し、そしてストリップが約0.3〜10m/分の一 定速度で進行する、請求項1記載の角運動共鳴マーカー。 7.炉が1.8mの長さを有し、そしてストリップが約0.3m/分の一定速度 で進行する、請求項1記載の角運動共鳴マーカー。 8.炉が1.8mの長さを有し、そしてストリップが約0.6m/分の一定速度 で進行する、請求項1記載の角運動共鳴マーカー。
