Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.環の形状に配置された圧電セグメント(101)の集合からなるタイプのプ レストレスされた環状音響トランスデューサにおいて、 そのセグメントは、実質的に同一のセクタ(102)を形成するようにグルー プ化されており、該セクタの間をくさび形状のギャップで区切るためにこれらの セクタの端に固定され、その狭い方の端が環の内側方向を向いている端片(10 6)と、これらのギャップに整合され且つそれらの中に配置されたくさび形状の 締め付け鍵(109)と、セクタの集合を保持することを可能にする成形環(1 08)と、該成形環によって前記セグメントをプレストレスするために前記締め 付け鍵が前記環の内側方向へスライドすることを可能にする締め付け手段(11 0−112)とを更に備えていることを特徴とするトランスデューサ。 2.前記セグメントに加えられた接線方向のストレスの測定を可能とする前記セ クタの内側表面に固定された歪みゲージ(107)を更に備えていることを特徴 とする請求項1に記載のトランスデューサ。 3.前記締め付け手段は、前記締め付け鍵(109)の内側表面に作られたホー ル内に固定され、ねじがねじ込まれた際に該鍵に及ぼされる張力を与えるように 該セクタの端片(106)を支持するワッシャ(112)を装着しているねじ( 111)によって形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のトラ ンスデューサ。 4.一方は前記締め付け鍵(109)及び前記成形環(108)の間で、他方は これらと同一の締め付け鍵及び前記締め付け手段(110−112)の間に残存 するギャップは、調整が行われる際に充填物が挿入されることを特徴とする請求 項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のトランスデューサ。 5.前記成形層(208)の動的なスティフネスは、前記圧電セグメント(10 1)のそれよりも実質的に10分の1であることを特徴とする請求項1から4の いずれか1項に記載のトランスデューサ。 6.前記締め付け手段(110−112)は、各セクタの所望の値に等しい同一 のストレスを得るように歪みゲージ(107)によって与えられた読み取りをモ ニタしながら同時に前進して締め付けられることを特徴とする請求項2から5の いずれか1項に記載のトランスデューサ。
