The present invention relates to a new method for producing an aqueous emulsion and an aqueous emulsion obtained therefrom. Thus, the subject of the present invention is a positive or negatively charged organic phase containing a water-insoluble active ingredient and one or more anionic or cationic substances in a water-insoluble solvent. A process for producing an aqueous emulsion, characterized in that the active ingredient-containing particles are poured into the aqueous phase containing the polymer, while stirring, and then the particles containing the active ingredient are continuously stirred until the desired size is obtained. The active ingredients used may in particular be substances obtained by the field of plant protection, the field of human or veterinary medicine, or by chemical or microbiological methods such as viruses or enzymes. The method according to the invention can also be used in the fields of cosmetics, foodstuffs or in the field of paints. In the method of the present invention, droplets of the organic phase dispersed in the aqueous phase have a positive or negative charge on the surface, and the aqueous phase contains a positively or negatively charged polymer. Thus, a thin layer of polymer is formed around the droplets of the organic phase. In this way, fine particles are obtained. Thus, the coalescence phenomenon is eliminated, and the interfacial tension decreases. The process according to the invention makes it possible to obtain very stable and very fine emulsions. The aqueous emulsion obtained by the method of the present invention is particularly useful. This is because the emulsion allows for a gradual diffusion of the active ingredient by the very structure of the particles it contains. The encapsulated active ingredient is protected from certain chemical or physical factors, such as humidity, heat, oxidation and excessive volatility. The emulsions of the present invention, when used in the field of plant protection, reduce contamination, toxicity and irritation responsiveness by their controlled release of active ingredients, but also reduce dosage and frequency of treatment. The experimental results described below show that the aqueous emulsion obtained by the method of the present invention provides a longer duration of action of the active ingredient than that obtained by the formulations commonly used to date. It indicates that it was done. More particularly, the subject of the present invention is a process characterized in that the polymer used is a cationic or anionic thermoplastic vinyl resin. Among the preferred thermoplastic resins, resins belonging to the class of polyvinyl alcohol or polyvinyl pyrrolidone are mentioned. In particular, the subject of the present invention is a process which is characterized in that the polymer used is a vinylpyrrolidone-based polymer or a quaternized vinylpyrrolidone / dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate copolymer. is there. The resulting particle size is a function of the stirring speed. Thus, a particular subject of the invention is a process characterized in that the stirring speed is between 10,000 and 30,000 revolutions per minute. Very good results have been obtained with a stirring speed between 15,000 and 25,000 revolutions per minute. The subject of the present invention also relates to a production method characterized by continuing stirring until particles of 10 μm or less are obtained, for example, a production method characterized by continuing stirring until particles of 5 μm or less are obtained. is there. More specifically, the subject of the present invention uses 50-200 g / 1 active ingredient, 1.5-5 g / 1 surfactant, 1.5-5 g / 1 polymer and the required solvent The production method characterized in that the amount is adjusted to 350 g / 1. The invention is particularly suitable for preparing aqueous emulsions useful in the field of plant protection. Thus, a particular subject of the present invention is a process characterized in that the active ingredient is a pesticide (pesticide). Here, pestiside preferably means an insecticide, a herbicide, a fungicide, or the like. The subject of the present invention is therefore in particular a process characterized in that the pestiside is a pyrethrinoid. Preferred pyrethrinoids include, among others, such as deltamethrin, permethrin, cypermethrin, alphamethrin, tralomethrin, cyhalomesurin, fenvalerate, cyfluthulin, flucysulinate, fluvalinate, fenpropasulin, tefluthulin, bifensulin and acrinasulin. Pyrethrinoids. Among them, in particular, the subject of the present invention is a production method characterized in that the pyrethrinoid used is acrinasulin. The anionic substances used are preferably calcium or sodium lignosulphonate, calcium or sodium phenylsulphonate and the like. In some cases, polymers also act as surfactants. The solvents used are preferably aromatic solvents, such as those sold under the name "SOL VESSO (Exxon)" and / or diols such as, for example, propanediol. EXAMPLES The formulations of the present invention are prepared according to the following procedures. Stir the aqueous phase * prepared as follows (approximately 20,000 revolutions per minute), then pour the organic phase ** prepared as described below at a rate of 50 ml / min into the aqueous phase and add 5 μm The aqueous emulsion of the present invention is produced by continuing to stir until the following particles are obtained. * The above aqueous phase was prepared as follows. Dissolve the cationic (or anionic) polymer in tap water. * The above organic phase was prepared as follows. The active ingredient, stabilizer, defoamer and anionic (or cationic) surfactant are dissolved in the organic solvent with stirring at a suitable temperature. Example 1 An aqueous emulsion was obtained from the following components according to the procedure described above. Comparative Study of the Activity of the Compositions of the Invention and Standard Formulation Study 1 The formulation of Example 1 was compared to an acrinasulin emulsifiable concentrate formulation. The dosage is about 75 g of active ingredient per hectare. The outline of the test was as follows. A bean tree with two leaves was used, which was treated with different doses of the test compound using a fisher gun. After drying, these bean trees were laid with female Tetranycyus urticae at a rate of 20 per leaf, at 22-23 ° C. and a constant artificial relative humidity of 60-65%. Held. At various intervals, the number of live and dead mites was counted. Conclusion: Three days after treatment, there was no population recovery for the formulation of Example 1 but slight recovery for the emulsifiable concentrate formulation. The formulation of Example 1 was able to obtain significant efficacy. Study 2 Using the formulation of Example 1 and the emulsifiable concentrate formulation, an anti-mite activity study was initiated. Surviving ticks were counted 4 and 12 days after treatment. The following results were obtained.
