Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.食品、たとえば食肉及び植物性産物、飼料、又は食品製造又は飼料製造の ための機械及び装置を消毒及び/又は殺菌するための方法であって、消毒/殺菌 される予定である目的物(18)が、電気的にアースされ又は接地され、そして前 もって処理された液体(5c)から形成され、陽性又は陰性の電荷に荷電され、 そして定義されたpH値を有する噴霧(19)により、所望する間隔で処理され、こ こで前記処理された液体が圧力下で砕解され又は噴霧化され、そしてそれを酸化 性又は還元性にするレドックスポテンシャルを有し、そしてまた、前記目的物( 18)が、所望により、補充磁場、好ましくはパルス磁場(22)に暴露され得、こ の工程の後、目的物(18)が前記噴霧の蒸発の相を通過する事実により特徴づけ られる方法。 2.前記液体(5c)が脱イオン化される事実により特徴づけられる請求の範 囲第1項記載の方法。 3.前記液体(5c)が逆浸透膜(3a)を通して導びかれる事実により特徴 づけられる請求の範囲第1項記載の方法。 4.前記液体(5c)が20〜160 バールの圧力下で砕解される事実により特徴 づけられる請求の範囲第1項記載の方法。 5.前記液体(5c)が 400mV〜2000mVの間隔でレドックスポテンシャルを有 する事実により特徴づけられる請求の範囲第1項記載の方法。 6.1000mV〜2000mVのレドックスポテンシャル間隔内での前記液体(5c)が 、6.5 以下のpH値を有する酸である事実により特徴づけられる請求の範囲第1又 は5項記載の方法。 7.前記液体(5c)が、前記目的物(18)の大きさ及び形状に依存して、20 KV〜200KV の静電圧を有するように荷電される事実に より特徴づけられる請求の範囲第1項記載の方法。 8.前記磁場が 200テスラ〜900 テスラの強度、及び1〜800KHzの範囲の周波 数を有する事実により特徴づけられる請求の範囲第1項記載の方法。 9.前記レドックスポテンシャルが、前記液体(5c)中へのオゾンの調節さ れた溶解により発生せしめられ又は創造される事実により特徴づけられる請求の 範囲第1又は5項記載の方法。 10.前記レドックスポテンシャルが、過酸化水素、塩素ガス、次亜塩素酸、ア ルカリ溶液又は液体における次亜塩素酸塩イオン、及びクロラミン又はそれらの 成分の混合物の前記液体(5c)中への調節された溶解により発生せしめられ又 は創造される事実により特徴づけられる請求の範囲第1又は5項記載の方法。 11.前記レドックスポテンシャル及び静電荷又は静電圧の両者が、噴霧(19) の形成の間、その噴霧を形成する水性液体において蓄積され、そしてまた、前記 噴霧を形成する液体(5c)が、前記噴霧形成水性液体のパラメーターのための 測定プログラムの実施の前、地面への電気的連結のための装置の供給により電荷 を解放される事実により特徴づけられる請求の範囲第1,5又は7項記載の方法 。 12.請求の範囲第1項記載の方法を実施するためのプラントであって、逆浸透 膜単位(3a)を通してプラントに導びかれる原水(1)の条件づけのための脱 イオン単位(2)、好ましくはオゾンによる使用のためのレドックスポテンシャ ル発生器又は装置(7)及びたとえば過酸化水素のために企画された1又はいく つかの他のレドックスポテンシャル発生単位、オゾン又は他のレドックスポテン シャル発生媒体の溶解のためのミキサータンク(5)、ノズル及び荷電された電 極と共に砕解器ヘッド(12a)を有する高圧液体砕解 器(12)に前記ミキサータンク(5)から処理された液体(5c)を取る高圧ポ ンプ(11)、ここで前記ヘッドが噴霧(19)を創造し、そして前記噴霧上に電荷 を強制し、前記噴霧(19)が消毒/殺菌されるべき目的物(18)が運ばれる閉鎖 容器又はキャビネット(21)内に分配され、目的物(18)の移動方向への磁場又 はパルス磁場の創造のための発生器(22)、及び目的物(18)の処理に続いて蒸 発及び乾燥相を還元することができる空気を条件づけするための空気装置(23) を含んで成る事実により特徴づけられるプラント。 13.前記ミキサータンク(5)における水中へのレドックスポテンシャル発生 ガスの溶解が、インジェクター(32)及び螺旋形状化された混合チャンバー(31 a)の使用によりもたらされる事実により特徴づけられる請求の範囲第11項記載 のプラント。 14.前記プラントが、たとえばポンプ又は送風機(34)の開始又は停止を通し てミキサータンク(5)中へのレドックスポテンシャル発生ガスの取込みを制御 するためのディスプレー(6a)及び測定電極(6b)を含んで成るレドックス メーター(6)、及びミキサータンク(5)における液体レベルの制御するため のメーター又は測定装置(17)を包含し、そしてまた、操作された又は制御され た接地を伴って液体取込みパイプ(17)上に固定される液体の取込みを制御する ための磁気弁(17a)及びレベルゲージ(17b)を含んで成る、制御単位又は装 置を含む事実により特徴づけられる請求の範囲第11又は12項記載のプラント。 15.前記液体取込みパイプ(17c)と共に前記制御単位(6b)及び(17b) が、接地(36)を供給される侵漬装置(16)上に固定され、前記侵漬装置が、そ の一部がミキサータンク(5)から離れて持ち上げられている高い位置から、前 記一部がミキサータンク(5)内の液体(5c)と接触して存在する侵漬位置に 、複動シリン ダー(16a)により動かされ得る事実により特徴づけられる請求の範囲第11〜13 のいづれか1項記載のプラント。
