Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.保持具内に設けられた半透膜を有し、前記保持具は前記半透膜と共に外方 管を形成し、この外方管内に内方管が収容された細長いマイクロ透析カテーテル (A)へ接続されるマイクロ透析装置であって、前記内方管は前記カテーテルの 末梢端に開口を有し、前記内方管の基部端に第一のラインが接続され、前記内方 管と外方管との間に形成された空間の基部に第二のラインが接続され、前記ライ ンの一方に接続されたポンプが透析流体を供給し、マイクロ透析装置を流れた透 析流体を前記ラインの他方のものの端部から収集する手段(B)を備えたマイク ロ透析装置において、前記ポンプは間欠的な時期毎に所定量の流体を間欠的に供 給するように構成し、この所定量はマイクロ透析カテーテルの縦方向における前 記半透膜の範囲に相当する、内方管(A2)と外方管(A1)との間の空間の部 分の上方空間内に取入れられうる容積に最大でもほぼ等しくしたことを特徴とす るマイクロ透析装置。 2.ポンプがバッテリ(7)と、電気モータ(1)と、歯車装置と、この歯車 装置を介してねじに接続されるねじ(3)と、シリンダおよびこのシリンダ内を 動くことができかつこのシリンダから突出したプランジャロッドを有するプラン ジャを含む取換え可能な射出注射器(6)とを収容するケーシング(20)、並 びに前記プランジャの末梢端において前記ねじと係合されうる螺条の切られたオ ープンナット手段を備えていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項のマイクロ透 析装置。 3.モータ(1)とねじ(3)との間に伝動手段を設け、モータ制御手段がモ ータの回転を感知するセンサ(10,11,12)を含むことを特徴とする請求 の範囲第2項のマイクロ透析装置。 4.伝動手段は、モータの1回転が10分の数マイクロリットル程度のポンプ 送給量に相当するようになされていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第2項または 第3項のマイクロ透析装置。
