Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.設備部分(ai)が自動的に制御される技術的設備、特に発電所設備のプロ セスデータの解析方法において、 −設備プロセスを特定する特徴(mi)が予め定められ、また設備プロセスに対 して重要なパラーメータ(Pi)が準備され、 −各設備部分(ai)に対して各特徴(mi)の存在がパラメータ(Pi)を手掛 りにして検査され、 −種々の設備部分(ai)に共通の特徴(mi)および種々の特徴(mi)に共通 の設備部分(ai)を手掛りにして設備部分(ai)および特徴(mi)の組み合 わせの間の相関が求められ、また −設備部分(ai)および/または特徴(mi)が情報要素(I(ai)、I(mi)とし て、それぞれ2つの情報要素(I(ai)、I(mi)の間の間隔(L、W)がそれらの 相関の度合を表すように互いに位置付けされて表示される ことを特徴とする技術的設備のプロセスデータの解析方法。 2.設備部分(ai)の特有の識別子およびこれらの設備部分(ai)のそのつど の作動状態に該当するパラメータ(Pi)が事象報知(Mi)にまとめられること を特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。 3.設備部分(ai)を表す情報要素(I(ai))および特徴(mi)を表す情報要 素(I(mi))の位置付けが、特徴(mi)を表す情報要素(I(mi))と設備部分 (ai)を表す情報要素(I(ai))との間の間隔が、この設備部分(ai)がこの 特徴(mi)を有しているときには、予め定め得る第1の限界値を上回らないよ うに、またこの間隔が、この設備部分(ai)がこの特徴(mi)を有していない ときには、予め定め得る第2の限界値を下回らないように決定されることを特徴 とする請求項1または2記載の方法。 4.予め定め得る規範を手掛りとして、設備部分(ai)のどれが表示されるか が決定されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3の1つに記載の方法。 5.時間窓が規範として予め定められることを特徴とする請求項4記載の方法。 6.時間窓が特徴(mi)として予め定められることを特徴とする請求項1ない し5の1つに記載の方法。 7.相い続く事象報知(Mi)の情報要素(I(ai),I(mi))が状態複合として 共通に表示されることを特徴とする請求項2ないし6の1つに記載の方法。 8.情報要素(I(ai),I(mi))の共通の表示からシステム状態が予測されるこ とを特徴とする請求項1ないし7の1つに記載の方法。 9.状態複合が設備特有の知識から導出された参照複合と比較されることを特徴 とする請求項7または8記載の方法。 10.各情報要素(I(ai),I(mi))の位置を決定するため3つの空間的座標が 求められることを特徴とする請求項1ないし9の1つに記載の方法。
