Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 電気アクチュエータ(8)によって駆動されると共にクランク(15A)を持 つクランク機構(15)に作用する駆動シャフト(13)を備え、連接棒(16)が偏 心的に上記クランク(15A)と接続され、対応するシリンダ(20)内で可動なピ ストン(17)を上記連接棒(16)が支持するモータ駆動圧縮機において、 上記シリンダ(20)内の上記ピストン(17)の少なくとも一部の行程中に、上 記ピストン(17)を支持する上記連接棒(16)が上記クランク(15A)の存在す る平面を横切る長手方向の軸(K)を持つように、上記シリンダ(20)は90°以 外の角度(α)で上記駆動シャフト(13)の軸(X)に対して傾斜されている長手方 向の軸(W)を持っていることを特徴とするモータ駆動圧縮機。 2. 請求項1に記載のモータ駆動圧縮機において、上記連接棒(16)は対応す る玉継手(19,30)によって上記ピストン(17)と上記クランク(15A)に接 続されていることを特徴とするモータ駆動圧縮機。 3. 請求項2に記載のモータ駆動圧縮機において、上記連接棒(16A)の小端 部と協働する上記玉継手(19)は上記クランク(15A)内に偏心的に形成された 座(29)と連合されていることを特徴とするモータ駆動圧縮機。 4. 請求項1に記載のモータ駆動圧縮機において、上記シリンダ(20)は圧縮 機ボディ(26)と連合されているシリンダボディ(40)を備え、このシリンダボ ディ(40)は上記連接棒(16)が中で動くチャンバ(43)を持ち、上記駆動シャ フト(13)内に長手方向に設けられると共にケーシング(2)の内部の空所(5)の 下部領域(5A)に入っているパイプ(13C)に接続されているダクト(13A)を 少なくとも用いて上記チャンバは上記モータ駆動圧縮機(1)の上記ケーシング( 2)の内部の上記空所(5)と連通していることを特徴とするモータ駆動圧縮機。 5. 請求項4に記載のモータ駆動圧縮機において、ダクト(44)は上記駆動シ ャフト(13)内の上記ダクト(13A)に接続されていると共に上記座(29)とつ ながり、上記座(29)内では上記連接棒(16A)の上記小端部と連合されている 上記玉継手(19)が配置されていることを特徴とするモータ駆動圧縮機。 6. 請求項1に記載のモータ駆動圧縮機において、上記クランク(15A)は上 記圧縮機ボディ(26)内の各座(26A)に配置された機械的結合部材(21)上で 動くことを特徴とするモータ駆動圧縮機。 7. 請求項4に記載のモータ駆動圧縮機において、上記シリンダボディ(40) は上記圧縮機ボディ(26)と連合されているフランジ付きの端部(41)を持っい ることを特徴とするモータ駆動圧縮機。 8. 請求項7に記載のモータ駆動圧縮機において、上記圧縮機ボディ(26)は コップ状に成形され、上記電気アクチュエータ(8)の一部(8A)を収容する側壁 (56)を持ち、上記壁(56)は上記アクチュエータ(8)の傍に配置された螺子付 き接合要素(55)によって上記アクチュエータ(8)の下に配置された支持部材( 6)と協働することを特徴とするモータ駆動圧縮機。
